Greater Good Events went above and beyond every step of the way. Our wedding coordinator, Sam Arpino, paid meticulous attention to detail and anticipated any and all possible scenarios, while always exuding warmth, kindness, and steadfast support. She was completely in our corner in a way that we will never forget. She is a true expert with the biggest heart, and I'm so happy for the other couples who will have the honor of working with her + Greater Goods! -

My wife and I first spoke with Together Events (Justine & Maryam) because of their great reviews online. We wanted help but also didn’t mind doing tactical work, so we were really looking for thought partners that could give us inspiration, introduce us to great vendors, double-check contracts, help with logistics, and ask us the questions we didn’t even know we had to answer. From the first call, it was clear that TE had the experience to help with all of this and more, and at very reasonable prices. By the end, we thought they were dollar-for-dollar the best investment we ever made for the sake of our own time and mental health. Not to mention the wedding came together beautifully, in large part thanks to TE.
We got the partial planning package that includes vendor recs, contract & logistics help, full day-of coordination, and a number of consulting hours with Maryam, our incredible planner. We can’t say enough great things about Maryam. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring, easy to work with, responsive, and dependable, guiding us through every step in the process. When we wanted to find vendors from our cultural backgrounds, she had great recs. When we mentioned a hip hop dance party, she had an amazing DJ in mind. She kept us on track, was a true professional in managing our vendor / venue logistics, and still always made sure to ask how we were feeling along the way.
You can imagine by the day of, we were tired, nervous, and anxious about if everything would come together. Maryam and Nirala (our other amazing day-of coordinator) were godsends, seriously. They had the venue looking flawless by the time we arrived, vendors already setup, timeline locked down. Behind the scenes, they made sure everything was executed perfectly. The night was a blur but I don’t remember a single thing out of place. I do remember coming to our private room after a long first dance, to find several plates of food and a diet coke (my beverage of choice) already waiting. We felt so incredibly taken care of that night and because of it, we were able to have an amazing time ourselves.
If you are looking for any form of planning (day-of, partial, full), Together Events has you covered. We can’t give them enough stars and credit for planning the greatest night of our lives. The cost was easily worth the quality of help. Thank you so much Maryam, Nirala, Justine, and Together Events. -

Maryam and her team were incredible and helped us to have an amazing wedding day! Maryam started working with us well in advance to make sure everything was perfectly planned and executed without a hitch. Going into the planning process, there were so many details that we would not have been prepared for without the Together Events team.
I would recommend Together Events to anyone looking for a highly focused team to help create the perfect event.

Working with Together Events for our wedding was one of the best decisions my partner and I made. We heard about Together Events through a friend and decided to browse and learn more. It's hard to grasp why you need a coordinator when starting to plan a wedding, but I'm telling you with the right coordinator (in our case Maryam) you will feel like everything is possible.
From day 1 Maryam understood what kind of an event we were hoping for. We had looked at a few other coordinators before this and came out of conversations feeling uncomfortable. Everything felt too prescriptive and super heteronormative. It wasn't until we started working with Together Events that we felt like we were being heard, that we were allowed to have the kind of wedding WE wanted, not the one society designed for us.
Toward the last few weeks we handed everything off to Maryam and team. We were off the emails, off the coordination chain and could focus on being with our family and friends.
During the day, I literally had zero things to worry about. When things didn't go according to plan (as they do) I didn't worry at all because Maryam literally had everything under control. She and her magic carpet bag kept moving smoothly.
We felt that we didn't just find a great coordinator to work with but also came out of the event with a new friend! -

Justine and Together Events were one of the first and best vendors we booked and they were SO worth it. We set out to plan a wedding that both aligns with our style & relationship, as well as our values. They knocked it out of the park. We did month-of coordination as well as vendor concierge and budget consultation (which I REALLY recommend). They were able to help us choose other incredible vendors within our budget constraints and that was priceless. It was a great balance of my husband’s and my tendency to want to control things ourselves and being able to relinquish and just have a good time on the day! Thank you so much to Justine and her team for making it all happen—our wedding was beautiful and fun and so us. -

Hiring Justine and her team to coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Justine was a calm, authoritative presence during those final weeks, helping us to make tough decisions, prioritize the remaining tasks, and lock down any final vendors — all in support of our vision for what we wanted the wedding to be. And of course she also did an amazing job of managing all the vendors, and she had wonderful, supportive team members on-site on the big day. -

We had the privilege and pleasure of having Justine as our day-of coordinator for our wedding celebration this summer. It was meaningful for us to work with someone who is dedicated and passionate about serving the community. Justine has such a bright and friendly presence to begin with, and is extremely professional and thoughtful. She was on top of all ends and made sure we felt relaxed throughout the evening. Not once did we feel stressed or nervous (expect stage fright for vows!), prep, production, and post party were all seamless. Justine, we cannot thank you enough for being a part of our celebration. Daniela Sent on 05/01/2018Justine from Together Events is PHENOMENAL!!! Do yourselves a favor - stop searching for your event planner and choose Justine to be part of your event team! She is hands down THEEEEE BEST DECISION we made in our surprise vow renewal party that my sister and I were planning for our parents’ 40th wedding anniversary! If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have been able to pull any of this off! It would've been a failed dream, but thanks to Justine it was an EPIC REALITY!!!
Not only is she extremely organized with an eagle-eye attention to detail, but she is also an incredible listener and creative wonder woman with such a calm and patient demeanor. Much needed for a nervous wreck, like me! She made sense of my loose ideas for a vibrant, colorful, magical vow renewal and worked with my modest budget to create a beautifully, festive environment that my family can party in!
Since this party was a total surprise for my parents, my nerves were all over the place but Justine put me at ease every single time with her smile and enthusiasm! On the day of, Justine and her assistant made a great effort to work with my familial volunteers to pull everything off with flying colors. Everyone who helped out mentioned how incredibly calm, organized, and sweet Justine is, especially my hubs, who was super-charged with all my nervous excitement. HA!
The moment my parents walked in, they were blown away and soooo surprised! It got pretty damn emotional. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! During the event, Justine handled everything seamlessly - always chill, smiling, and silently keeping everything moving!
I can clearly go on and on and on about how IN-FRICKIN-CREDIBLE Justine from Together Events is, but really words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for everything she’s done for me and my family! We will treasure these memories FOREVER and I owe it ALL to this talented, kickass woman, who will surely make your wedding/event the most fun day everrrrr! -
