  Loved working with & great style

  Kate and Lory did an excellent job with our hair and makeup for the wedding. I have been seeing Kate for a decade for my hair, so it was a no-brainer to hire TopStyle for my wedding. I made some adjustments after my bridal trial and Kate listened. They even did a great job with the mothers who don’t usually wear makeup and wanted a lighter makeup look. Everyone chose their own style, and Kate and Lory delivered!

  Can’t go wrong with the team at Top Style!

  Top Style was incredible to work with! They were incredibly flexible and made it work when I added some services only 2 weeks prior to my wedding. They were punctual, and gave all of my girls exactly what they asked for. Plus, they were AHEAD of schedule for the wedding day timeline, which eased my nerves as a bride when my vendors became trickling in. They were kind, fun, and made me feel like the ultimate priority. Please book them for your wedding!

  They were Great

  I used top style and had a wonderful experience. From the time that I went in for my trial to the big day I have nothing but great things to say! The hair and makeup artist were hilarious and so personable. They helped everyone to feel comfortable while looking their best. They did a great job on our hair and makeup. I absolutely loved how everything turned out and I had a great experience working with them!

  Long time client

  I've been working with Kate as my stylist for ages, and she was even apart of my dating journey with my now husband, so it was a no-brainer to go with her and the salon's services for my wedding hair, and once I discovered that she also does makeup-there were two things to check off the list as soon as I got engaged! She did my hair for our engagement ceremony, and those curls stayed gorgeous through the entire weekend, and the hair and make up for the wedding was lovely and elegant-exactly what I wanted. Kate and Lory did great with our wedding party's makeup, and were wonderful to work with as always! Everyone complimented the hair and makeup, and while it wasn't cheap, it was worth the money! Highly recommend the Top Style team! Love you all!

  Great wedding day hair/makeup!!!

  I was so happy I went with top style for my wedding day! They were great to work with, they showed up on time and stuck to the schedule with eight of us getting our hair and make up done! Very high quality of service and on top of that they were a pleasure to be around!! Highly recommend!

  Extremely talented & empathetic team - just what you need on your big day!

  I cannot say enough good things about Kate and her team. I was referred to Kate by a friend of a friend for wedding hair and make-up. We had a wonderful first trial and then COVID hit, forcing us to move our wedding back several months. First, Kate was so accommodating in helping us align for future dates. We had moved our date back several times and aligning with vendors was not an easy task. But Kate was so responsive in providing her availability, it just made it that much easier.
  
  Second, Kate and her team fit me in for another hair and make-up trial given it had been several months since we first met. This meant so much to me because I know how busy her salon is and by the time we made a decision to move forward with the wedding, we were working on a tight timeline. I think hair and make-up is one of the biggest wedding day investments so huge kudos to her salon for making this happen!
  
  Third, Kate is SOOOO talented. I am not someone who knew what my wedding would look like, let alone my hair and make-up. I came with a few photos but mostly just words and ideas of what I was thinking. And she totally hit it out of the park. Tons of compliments from other members of my family that also had their hair and make-up done by Kate and her colleague Lory. Lory was just as fantastic and it was great being supported by two incredibly talented women.
  
  Finally, she is super kind and empathetic. This is so important leading up to your wedding day and of course on the day of. I had an extremely tough year and was very emotional when planning certain aspects of the wedding. Kate was so understanding when I needed a break during my second hair & make-up trial and made me feel very comfortable. On the day of, she was so calm. I of course had a lot of nerves as the day unfolded, and she just continued to reassure me that everything I was feeling was normal. It was so nice to have someone kind and understanding around you and your loved ones during these types of special moments that can come with a lot of emotions!
  
  Ps. I still come here for other hair services - I have done two cuts and one color and I am booked for my second cut in a few weeks. NOTE: I drive from Annapolis, MD - that is how amazing I think her salon is, especially after visiting several salons in the Annapolis area after moving here from San Francisco a couple of years ago.

  Highly recommend for wedding hair and make-up

  I had the pleasure of working with the ladies at Topstyle by Kate Noda last week for my wedding. Lory, Heather, Annabelle and Vanessa came to our wedding hotel the morning of the wedding and did hair and make-up for me, my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law. Everyone was extremely happy with their hair and make-up. I personally had my hair done by Heather and airbrush make-up done by Lory and LOVED how everything turned out. Not only are these ladies really talented, but they are extremely sweet and professional. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding hair and make-up company!

Their quality is always excellent, and that held true for their wedding services.   Hire TopStyle for your wedding!

  Kathy and Lory from Top Style Salon did a fabulous job on my hair and makeup for my wedding! The salon was easy to work with leading up to the wedding and responded to all my emails and questions promptly. They worked with me to create a schedule that would work for the wedding day. Both stylists were on time and prepared. I had opted not to do a trial and Kathy and Lory did a great job listening to me and creating my look just how I wanted. They also did my mom, best friend, and mother-in-laws hair and makeup, and everyone loved their looks. Kathy and Lory were also enjoyable, sweet and kind to spend the day with. Highly recommend booking their services!

  Kate is Amazing

  Kate has been doing my hair for a decade now and she was one of the first vendors I reached out to when planning our wedding. She is always so friendly and easy to talk with and I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my hair on my wedding day. Kate showed up cheerful and ready to go bright and early. All of the bridesmaids loved their hair and it lasted the entire night even in mid-July Virginia humidity when a storm rolled through mid day. Kate was also great with my three nieces from ages 4-9 and they felt like princesses. I cannot thank Kate enough for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day.

  Made each of us feel so pretty!

  On the morning of our son’s wedding, Kate and Annabelle did my hair as well as seven other family members — our 2–year-old niece, three teenage young ladies, and three other adult women. Kate and Annabelle worked their magic for each one. They made each of us feel so pretty. I loved watching the transformation of our nieces. Those girls carried themselves with such confidence that day. I know part of that confidence was the beautiful styles Kate and Annabelle gave them. I so appreciate their amazing work.

  Graet Service!

  I first reached out to Top Style by Kate Noda for a bridal hair trial. Scheduling with Kate and her team was so easy - they are extremely responsive and organized!
  After my trial, I knew that I for sure wanted Kate to do my hair on my wedding day. Not only did it look beautiful, Kate's no stress and fun personality would be welcomed on the morning of my big day. Leading up to the wedding, I made a few more appointments to cut and color my hair. Since my natural color is dark brown, she did some highlights so that you could see the details in my up do. It made a big difference!
  Kate traveled to the hotel where my bridal party was getting ready on the day of the wedding and started on our hair promptly. This was SO worth the travel fee! The fact that she came to us made the day so much less hectic. Her team scheduled for each person to have 45 minutes for their hair. I sent her photos of how my bridesmaids wanted their hair done, or at least "inspo photos", and she killed it! We had a few bumps in the road with timing, but Kate was extremely patient and worked with us to make sure that everyone looked great and felt good with their hair.
  I’ve gone back to her salon a few times now, and will continue to do so after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Top Style by Kate Noda to anyone who is in need or a hair stylist – whether it be for your wedding day or just in general!

  Kate and her team are awesome! I was referred over to Kate for my wedding hair and makeup and after checking out her pricing and my trial, I knew I made a good decision. She listened and gave advice for my look and was so flexible with timeframe to get all my bridesmaids and mother’s hair and makeup on wedding day! Definitely recommend!

  Kate and her partner Micaela were a dream team- both were friendly, easy-going and professional. The morning of my wedding they were both right on time and had a schedule prepared so it was easy getting everyone's hair and makeup done. Each person chose a different hair and makeup look and Kate and Micaela were so accommodating and executed each look beautifully.

  I found Kate through a coworker and was not disappointed at all! She did my hair and make-up for my boudoir photo shoot and my wedding. She came to my venue for the wedding and did my hair and make-up and hair for five bridesmaids. She is so sweet and makes any hairstyle a reality! My girls all had very different ideas for their hair and they ALL looked amazing! Will continue to use Kate for hair styling in the future.

  Kate was amazing! I started going to Kate about 8 months before my wedding date. Wanted to get a sense of who she was as a person and how well she would do as a hair stylist. To say the least, i felt super comfortable with her and her approach. She's super outgoing and very friendly, which is why i feel the experience was so pleasant.
  
  From then on, i was certain that i wanted to have Kate do my hair for the wedding. We scheduled a hair appointment about a month before my wedding to do a trail and i loved what she did. She was able to accomplish my vision with ease. On the day of the wedding, she arrived with lots of excitement and energy -- even at 8:30 AM. :) She worked on each of my bridesmaids hairs --- without even knowing what they would like to accomplish. She did a wonderful job on all of them and especially my hair. I was receiving so many compliments at the reception on what a wonderful job she did. I agree! Would recommend Kate in a heartbeat.
