Where to begin? I truly believe our wedding day would not have been the same (let alone possible) without Torey and her husband. Leading up to our wedding day, she was incredibly helpful with tips and tricks for timelines, planning, decorations, table setups, where to buy rental items and kegs, you name it. Correspondence was quick and easy, and she reminded us of things we didn’t even know we needed, which was incredible! We were planning a wedding from out of state, and Torey helped ease any concerns we had. Torey showed up to our rehearsal the night before our wedding (which was the first time we met her in person), and she stepped in and helped right away. We would’ve been running around with our heads cut off without her, seriously! She worked with our venue and caterer to iron out last-minute details the night before the wedding and offered quick and amazing advice to finalize decisions. It was so helpful to have her there, knowing she could handle any slip-up or miscalculation with ease. She spoke with our wedding party the night before as well, once again giving amazing advice since the wedding day was going to be hot and humid at the end of June. On our wedding day, she worked hard from the morning until late at night making sure everything ran perfectly. We trusted her to make any necessary decisions for us if anything came up, and she helped clean up and organize our decorations and belongings at the end of the night. She really went above and beyond to make our day special. My bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and everyone who interacted with her had nothing but amazing things to say about how friendly, professional, and ahead of the game she was. A wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator is so important to keeping everything running smoothly, and we are so thankful we had Torey!!!
We truly cannot thank you and Elliot enough for everything that you did leading up to and on our wedding day. You made so many behind-the-scenes decisions that we didn’t even know of, which made our day seamless. We wouldn’t have been able to have the stress-free and incredible day that we had without you, THANK YOU TOREY!!

Torey makes everything easier - my husband and I wanted our wedding to feel like a unique and vibrant festival experience. With that said, we had a very large wedding to plan, in the middle of nowhere (Eagles Mere Pa) and we had to build everything from the ground up. Torey knew exactly where to be and how to fill in the gaps with helpful suggestions and took charge when we needed a break from trying to direct the show. She is worth every penny and she will coordinate/plan with you, while also keeping you calm. -

There are not enough words to say about Torey... professional, creative, patient, and all-around amazing are just a few that come to mind.
My husband and I are LA based, originally from Williamsport PA. Between our 3 hour time difference, 3,000 miles, and our crazy schedules (he’s a chef, I’m an event manager) Torey took every curve ball that we threw in stride, with the utmost professionalism and good humor. Need recommendations for a DJ? Done. Can’t find a photographer? Easy. Want to rent full-sized trees for your venue? Haven’t before, but let me find out... all are 100% true, and just a few examples of her supreme problem solving skills.
With just a little over 9 months to plan (we wanted to marry On our 10 year anniversary) Our wedding was non-conventional, to say the least... despite a bit of pushback from our respective families, Torey understood our vision from the very first conference call, for that alone, I couldn’t be more appreciative. With all the positivity and reassurance in the world, she made sure that our expectations were not only met, but were exceeded, ten fold. And not only ours, but our guests as well.
Our laid back attitudes come with lofty expectations.... 5-star service among them....and that’s Torey.

Torey made my dream wedding come true. She is full of ideas, and has some amazing connections with some amazing vendors. Never once did I not feel like something wasn’t being taken care of. I’d give Torey a 100/10 -

Worth every penny and more!
From day one, Torey was our go to for everything! The whole 2 year process of wedding planning could not have been as stress free without her. We had another vendor commit and then back out. Torey searches until she found a replacement. She was able to hire staff to fill into positions that we were in need of and did it in a much more economical way than if we had hired an outside service. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the date of the wedding knowing Torey and her staff were there to take care of everything. My husband, (lovingly and mostly jokingly)complained about money for 2 years, but when all was said and done he said hiring Torey was the best spent money! -

Torey and her team were fantastic throughout our wedding weekend from start to finish- She helped everything move seamlessly, carried my dress down the aisle, made sure our drinks were always full, and helped us feel 100% at ease! I'm so thankful that she was there to coordinate with the vendors and "put out small fires" so that we did not have to! Highly recommend her to anyone! -
Stefania Sent on 10/09/2017“Best decision ever made” is what Ryan and I kept saying to ourselves. We had a complete DIY camp wedding, and needed to bring everything to the location (from napkins to chairs to soda). Ryan and I set up as much as we possibly could, but our main goal was to actually enjoy all the fruits of our labor for the weekend…and we did (cue Torey and team). I explained to Ryan that the main reason we needed an event coordinator was for them to field questions, problem solve and take action…all without us knowing about it and stressing over it. In addition to doing this, they took on the herculean task of setting up and breaking down event spaces in a short amount of time. There is no way we would have been able to do this alone, and no way we would have enjoyed our wedding weekend.
Thank you so much again, Torey & team! We couldn’t have done it without you guys!!!!

Lauren Sent on 11/16/2016Torey is a rockstar. She helped execute every detail to t on my wedding day. I'm still trying to figure out how she did it all without seeming the least bit stressed. Don't skimp on the day of wedding planner. Torey will ensure that your perfect day is just that, PERFECT.
