  Amazing experience at a wedding planned by TOJ

  I attended a wedding that Jewel hosted in July 2019. The level of professionalism and organization I witnessed her and her team serve is one that I have truly never experienced before at any wedding.
  
  Right from wedding the ceremony/exchange of vows to the reception, the couple and guests were all properly catered to. Everything was so orderly and communication around cocktail hour or just addressing questions was so transparent and cordial. Jewel and her team were super focused on ensuring everyone was having a good time. It really was an enjoyable experience.
  
  Customer service was 10/10 and till date, we can’t stop talking about the event. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to book her services for any future event.

  If you're having second thoughts about booking TOJ for your wedding or any other event DONT!!! because having her and her team plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She took the stress off the planning process and handled every stumbling block like a pro/you effortlessly. Our wedding was in May and I still get compliments about how our wedding was not like every other typical Nigerian wedding because it was well coordinated. Doyin and her team were very professional.

  I can not express the words of how to describe how AMAZING is Jewel and her staff! I recently had a wedding during the month of April and was an out of town Bride planning an wedding 5 States over...needless to say I was extremely overstressed and that is an understatement. Approximately 3 1/2 weeks before my wedding I was in dire need of professional help to execute my special day. I reached out and hired Jewel as my wedding planner...and I can truely say it was the #1 Best decision I made during my entire wedding planning process!! Jewel (I.e. “Super Jewel” as she has been coined in my family lol) stepped in took over everything and executed flawlessly. Please listen....3 1/2 week’s before my wedding and Jewel was my lifesaver! I had the best wedding Officiant, Decorating Company, High Fashion Name brand wedding shoes(discounted price), etc...the list goes on! Jewel was 100% responsive to all of my request and concerns, text, email, phone calls all hours of the day it didn’t matter what time it was Jewel was there responding and providing the answers!!! Jewel ensured that my vision and expectations was overly exceeded and provided me my “Fairytale/Royal Wedding” Day!! Our Wedding Day is still the talk among both my side and my Husband’s side of the family. EVERYONE continues to talk about how amazing Jewel and her team was in executing such an extravagant event and the professionalism, knowledgeable, kindness, accommodating, humble characteristics of her and her team! Please, if you are planning an Wedding or any large event/production please don’t second think about hiring Jewel as your Planner...she is the key to make all your envisioned dreams come true!

  Having Jewel as our wedding planner was undoubtedly the best decision we made. She is incredibly good at her job and has great relationships with every vendor you could think of. We went with all her vendor recommendations and they were excellent, no regrets. She is very very detail oriented, doesn't leave anything to chance and you can rest assured that nothing will fall through the cracks. She is also highly skilled at managing family/friend dynamics on the wedding day and that is priceless. The couple is her priority and everything that she does is to make them happy and stress free. We had an amazing time and didn't have to worry about a single thing. This is not an exaggeration- Jewel is THE wedding planner every couple should have!

  Jewel and her team were simply amazing in every way. Although my work and travel schedule did not permit time for us to meet in person, Jewel was very accommodating in providing a vision that met our wedding budget's price point while still exceeding our expectations. After our initial email, Jewel took the initiative to view our ceremony and reception venues (even without a contract in place!) to provide insight of what she believed would align to my vision as a bride within the budget I had outlined for her. Throughout the months after, she and her team were timely with communication and helped to keep me on track, despite both of us being very busy! The day of the wedding was stress-free, and my guests and I were in awe of the beautiful environment that she had prepared for us. Romantic, timeless, and classic are all words that described both the decor and Jewel herself. Her passion for her craft is evident, and I am so thankful for her commitment to her brides and the execution of their visions.

  The best planner!! Everybody at my wedding text me after about her awesomeness. We left money(cash) at the venue and she hound us down to make sure we got I.T. I knew exactly what I wanted and she we above and beyond. BTW, the discounts she gets you will save more at the end than not having her!!!

  I certainly recommend having not just any planner help you plan your wedding day, but hiring one as diligent and attentive to details as touch of Jewel. I initially had plans to be a DIY Bride but somehow I still had a consultation with Jewel because I was curious. After that first consultation, I dropped my crown as the DIY lady and knew I NEEDED Jewel to plan our wedding.
  
  Jewel listened to everything I wanted and seemed to know the things I'd forgotten to mention. She allowed me the freedom of sharing my dreams with her and executed them leaving me with no stress on our wedding day.
  The pure joy my husband and I felt going into our wedding ceremony and seeing everything work out so flawlessly is seriously beyond description. 7 months later, I am back here to write my review because each time we watch our wedding video or look at our pictures, I am reminded of how amazing TOJ was! Delivery beyond expectations! Life has been going on fast-forwward since our wedding, but I made it a note to do this before our 1 year anniversary. LOL
  
  Yup I was a procrastinator. MORE reasons why TOJ was a necessity in my life. Lol.. I remember I would forget to sign contracts and she would remind me of the importance of signing them after she read over each and every word and made sure I understood them.

  We hire Jewel to be my daughter's wedding coordinator. Jewel took care of every last minute details, so we can enjoy the day with the Bride and Groom and our guests. We also used a couple of her recommended vendors and were very happy with them. She made the wedding day such a joy because she took care of all the wedding day details.
  
  Jewel is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and helped my family to discover and review vendors and get the one we wanted. Jewel is down to earth and approachable. She was patient with us about getting my daughter's wedding successful , she brought to the table and explained everything we asked in as much detail as we required. She was never pushy.
  
  While many Events planners and coordinators would probably jump at the chance to get the wedding planned and move on with other clients, Jewel always did extensive comps and research and gave us an educated opinion. Because of her extensive knowledge and honesty, we completely trusted Jewel when we did find the right vendors, she said it was the right one. Jewel was totally and completely selfless to make sure we were able to get all of the answers I needed. She met with my family generally at inconvenient times for meetings and was super flexible to make sure we could make it work.
  
  She replies to emails/calls/texts promptly, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the various areas event planning process and goes out of her way to help her client. Jewel has a genuine interest in helping and guiding the client in the right direction. Jewel is very professional, responsible, responsive, easy and a joy to work with, amazingly helpful and a great lady. It was a pleasure working with her.

  I Love everything about Touch of Jewel! From the professionalism, to the personal relationship I developed with Jewel. She is awesome at what she do and she has one awesome team that back her up! I could not put into words how many details go into planning a wedding. From the cake, to the food, pictures,lights, video, decor, DJ, wedding favors, guest count, invitations, and that's just to name a few. This is suppose to be the most special moment in your life and if you have to worry about all these things and more you could only imagine how stressed out you will be on your big day! Having Jewel there to help put our minds at ease. She kept track of all our vendors, also kept our bridal party informed of everything that was happening. We was able to enjoy our day as we should. Hiring Jewel will be the best decision you make when it comes to your wedding, she makes you feel like your day is the most important day in the world. She is also very passionate about what she does and she treats your day as if she's planning her own, ( but with your idea's, oh course). Basically saying that she will put her all in making your day perfect. My family no longer sees her as our wedding planner, we see her as our life long friend!

Jewel basically took over from day one in making headway of bringing my vision to life - from basically finding single vendor that I used, obtaining my save to date, invitation, to tracking down a wedding gown for me while also making sure that the grooms men were properly suited for the occasion. With her, I had nothing to stress about as she planned the wedding as if it was her own. She stressed enough for the both of us and never let me realize how much stress wedding planning could be. She provided more than a platinum package vent for me and I can not say thank you enough for letting me be stress free for my day.

  Jewel is just absolutely great. She is very good at what she does and also very reasonably priced. My wedding planning was become overwhelming for me and luckily a friend recommended her. She started off with a blast and got things crossed off my list quickly, plus she has saved me money! If you need an event planner in the Dallas area, she is the person to go to.

  I've been working with Touch of Jewel as custom cakes vendor and I have been nothing but pleased with their level of professionalism. They keep constant, clear communication with us and make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible with any event! I would highly recommend this company for anybody looking for a professional, compassionate and determined wedding planner. They definitely will not disappoint!

  TOJ is Absolute the best!!! She's a really great person and truly cares about making it the best wedding possible.
   Throughout our experience, they provided many suggestions and recommendation that proved to be invaluable, and took care of our needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about TOJ and her team.  She is just the BEST out there.

  She was great, detail oriented and very efficient. She work with me based on my budget and made my day a wonderful experience. It was phenomenal to be able to enjoy every moment without any worries or concerns. I would definitely recommend touch of jewel.

  it was such a blessing for me to connect with jewel. i was one of those brides who thought she could plan her own wedding. however, i'm also not someone who keeps up with planners, i work best at the last minute and when it comes to making decisions i can be a bit indecisive at times. so i quickly found out that planning a whole wedding just would not work for me. i reached out to jewel about 7 months before my wedding with nothing but a venue, bar, and dj. Jewel was able to delivery more than what I could have dreamed. She was easy going and very flexible with my schedule. She kept me calm and prevented the bridezilla. i am thankful that together we were able to bring a beautiful vision to life. i am thankful that jewel helped link me with other amazing vendors who meshed well with our personalities. and at the end of it all...the proof is in the pudding. no only did we get rave reviews on what a magical night it all was from family and friends...we too were at a loss for words more times than a few. thank you and may God continue to bless you, your family, and your business

  I hired Touch of Jewel for my wedding. PROS: Jewel is very personably and friendly. She was very prompt with scheduling meetings with the venue, showed up on time, etc. Leading up to the wedding day, I like that she called to confirm with vendors and kept in touch with them with updates which saved me a lot of time as a busy bride. She also went into every small detail of a wedding and asking questions about everything. CONS: The day before the wedding and the wedding day...What I didn't like started with the distribution of the "day of" timelines. The timelines that the vendors, wedding party, etc. received did not align so there was a lot of confusion behind the scene which caused a lot of people to call me to find out what she was talking about. It was stressful as I didn't have time to explain over and over again to people as I was busy trying to handle other things for my big day.
  
  I also didn't like that she brought her 6ft+ tall advertisement poster (on a stand) to display at my wedding as if my wedding was sponsored by TOJ. The little business cards on the table, okay, I can deal, but the 6ft advertisement poster was not okay. I had a lot of guests ask me about that which I was taken aback when I saw it as well. There were also small things that a coordinator should know if you are coordinating a wedding. For example, the flowers the flower girls throw should not have been UNDER the runner. The runner should have been pulled out first AND THEN the flower girls walk down. Or that the officiant shouldn't have his back to the audience which blocks the view of the bride and groom from the guests. Luckily one of my bridesmaids caught it before I even had a chance to say it because I was thinking the exact same thing.
  
  Overall, she wasn't terrible, but she wasn't that WOW factor either.
