This venue is gorgeous and their team goes above and beyond to make your special day incredible! I can not recommend them enough.

Tara was incredible to work with. If we had a need or desire for our reception, she found a way to make it happen. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail the day of the wedding because we knew Tara had it handled. The view of the city is the perfect setting for your wedding guests to experience Memphis at its best. I could not recommend anyone more highly than the Tower Center and Tara!

We had the best experience using the Tower Room/Center for our wedding reception. The service was great, the space is beautiful and the views are amazing. It worked out grear for a large reception of 300. There was plenty of room for tables, food and a dance floor. Everyone we worked with ensured that our wedding reception went off without a hitch. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them!

The Tower Center was great to work with for my wedding! Even amidst a staffing change and vacancy, all of my needs were met. The event coordinator apparently quit unannounced 4 months before the wedding, which caused some communication problems for a few weeks. However, the rest of the events staff pulled together and met with me to make sure everything would be perfect for my wedding day... and it was! The best part of all is the catering company located in the Tower Center, Wade Catering Company. The food was absolutely phenomenal, everyone loved it. The catering menu options were basically unlimited, and the recommendations were spot on. The Tower Center rooms and views were unforgettable. We rented the entire floor, which gave us such beautiful views of the entire city of Memphis. And the windows... were the perfect backdrops to all of the pictures. It was an unforgettable day, but they made it even better.

This space is beautiful!!! No one can deny that the ballroom has an amazing view and a regal aura. However, the coordinator was a bit of a challenge to work with. There were so a lot of positives and a ton of negative aspects. Some positives (besides the beauty of the venue) is that they had a plan for routing guests through the parking garage in the event of rain; they accommodated my schedule for taste testing on the weekend; and allowed for setup the night before my event. Some of the negative aspects: a couple of days before the wedding, they decided to drape the venue with ivory drapes although i paid for and requested white draping which they claimed was destroyed by the cleaners; they did not serve the sparkling juice for the toast until a while after both toasts from the maid of honor and best man; the building underwent renovations in the main entrance and no one decided to inform me or my planners that renovations were expected to take place at all that year; i had to request a final bill several times and make several corrections to my statement before it reflected everything that i asked for in the very first meeting. Again, it was an amazing venue and just what I wanted but I wish that the venue coordinator was not as difficult to work with.
