    Amazing!!!!

We are so happy we chose to go with Town & Country for our wedding. Alex was a pleasure to work with and we loved everything about our experience. The cost was reasonable, the quality of food, service, and space was worth every penny and more. Thank you to Alex and her team for helping our wedding dreams come true!

We had our reception at the Town & Country's restaurant, Trellises Garden Grille, and everything was so beautiful and went really smoothly. The restaurant is a great venue for 75-125 people, and has a gorgeous outdoor patio with rosebushes and palm trees, and great food and service. They even made my Wedding cake, with was amazing and exactly what i'd sketched out. The Town & Country also got us a great deal on rooms for our Wedding guests, and they made sure our guests all got to stay in rooms in the same courtyard so everyone could mingle together all week.

We loved using Town and County for our ceremony and reception. Maria went above and beyond. We opted for a buffet and the food was wonderful. They even have their own bakery, so i just gave them a picture of what I wanted my cake to look like and they did a great job and the cake was delicious. They had a good variety to choose from and we even alternated the flavors for each tier. I am so happy that we chose Town and Country for our wedding day, it was trully magical.

    Not Worth It

This review is hard for me because everything with our wedding venue turned out great. It was beautiful, everyone had a great time, and the hotel amenities were part of that. However... the catering manager Alex was very difficult to deal with. She was bad at communication, things fell through the cracks and got confusing, and she was not responsive enough. Wedding planning for me coincided with a stressful time at work and I was pulling my hair out trying to nail things down. We ended up bringing in a friend who had worked in the wedding industry before and he became our coordinator so we didn't have to deal with Alex. One quick example: this was a destination wedding and my husband and I arrived on Thursday for our Saturday wedding to stay at the hotel Thursday-Monday. We landed at the airport and I called the hotel to see if we could get an early check in. They didn't have us checking in until Friday. That's a conversation you don't want to have when you arrive for your wedding. They fixed it but it never should have happened in the first place. We feel we may have been overcharged for some things but we didn't keep clear enough records of everything because, when you're signing for things on the morning of your wedding, your head isn't necessarily on straight. Overall, the venue was perfect, but I can't recommend that anyone use them because of all the logistical issues we had to deal with.
