  Tracie Domino Events....be ready for perfection! Tracie and her entire team never miss a detail! Tracie was excellent at the big picture piece of our special day and really understood the 'feeling' we wanted. She had SO MANY unique ideas on venues, invitations, decor...everything. Tracie's network expands to every city in every industry. Tracie would respond to my emails and texts within minutes of me sending them...and if she was busy, she would let me know when I would hear back from her. Her communication is show stopping! She is so polished and fun to be around! Tracie Domino Events is the highest quality partner in the industry! Would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Hiring Tracie was one of the best decisions I made while my planning my wedding. She was detail-oriented and professional, and foresaw potential problems that I never would have thought of. I had zero stress in the days leading up to the wedding because I knew Tracie had everything taken care of. Several vendors told me that the day of timeline Tracie sent out was more detailed than anything else they had seen. I would 100% recommend Tracie to any friends getting married.

  Tracie did an amazing job with the design aesthetic of our wedding. Once we booked the venue she had a little over two months, which is crazy but she pulled it off beautifully. I sent her one floral photo and had a brief "design" phone conversation. She absolutely did everything decor related and our wedding was stunning! Guests couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had, how beautiful the ballroom was, floral arrangements, entertainment, etc. The compliments keep rolling in a month later. My husband and I are very happy that Tracie and her team helped us for our destination wedding weekend.

  My husband and I were planning on having a fusion Indian/Christian wedding since I’m Indian and he’s American. I first learned of Tracie Domino Events from the Maraharani Weddings website where she was listed as a platinum vendor. From the beginning, we knew we’d need someone more for the weekend-of coordination rather than a full blown wedding planner, so that’s what we hired Tracie to do. I’m a project manager so planning the wedding and all the details was right up my alley. However, having Tracie and her team there to execute my vision was hands-down the best decision I ever made. As most Indian brides will tell you, planning a 3 day wedding is stressful, but when you have a professional team like Tracie Domino Events there to take over, it really allows you as the bride to just enjoy each event and not stress over details. One of the best compliments I got after the wedding festivities were over was how smooth everything went and that all the events were so well planned out and executed. It wouldn’t have gone so well without Tracie and her team there to keep the vendors on track. Prior to the wedding, Tracie and I only had one face to face meeting, with the rest taking place over the phone or thru email. Some of the things I loved best about working with her was her attention to detail, her flexibility, and her absolute professionalism. She has a way with putting the brides at ease throughout the planning process, which is vital to managing our stress levels. She even got loads of compliments from our other vendors on her professionalism and detail oriented nature (she sent a 32 page schedule of events to all the vendors detailing where and what each of them should be doing at any given time!). She even had copies of our vows that I had forgotten in my room on the way to the Christian ceremony. It’s this preparedness that she exhibited throughout the weekend that would make me gladly refer her to anyone looking for a planner or coordinator. Top notch vendor!

  I was planning a wedding for my daughter, and then I got too overwhelmed. I decided to hire Tracie Domino Events. The staff as great, they were able to give us a great quote. They also assured us that they could provide everything my daughter wanted for her wedding. When the wedding date came up, everything came together and it was the best wedding I had ever been to. I would recommend them to anyone thanks guys, for making my daughters wedding the best wedding ever!

  If you want perfection for your wedding... Tracie Domino is the go to gal!!! She was amazing from start to finish. Details that i would not even think of she had on her list.:) she was by my side throughout my wedding planning and she just made everything easy. She listened to what i wanted for our wedding and made it happen... Very prompt, professional, flexible, and up to date with trends. I was a beautiful and worry free bride and i owe it all to her and her wonderful team. Thank you again Tracie!!

  Tracie was extremely attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly so that we did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was so well organized and her attention to detail was amazing from the decor to the lighting to making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. Her expert advice proved to be invaluable as she answered all of my questions and always seemed to be one step ahead of me, anticipating my needs before I even thought about it.

  I don't know how my mother and I would have pulled off my wedding without Tracie. My husband and I, we live in Dallas, decided to get married in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area because four out of six of our grandparents live there. We figured that because our wedding was going to be a destination for 85% of our guests, they could travel to our grandparents. However, that meant we were planning a wedding in a location unfamiliar to us and we needed help. Tracie came recommended by my cousin and it was the best wedding gift they could have given us.
  
  Tracie kept us on track, gave us monthly updates to help us prioritize our planning. Because of her relationships in the community, we felt like we had the inside scoop for vendors, pricing, and in control of the planning process.
  
  Additionally, she was forth coming with her schedule (coordinating other weddings) and when she was and was not available. This was very helpful as it helped set expectations for when we knew we could reach her or why we had not heard from her.
  
  I remember one evening when Tracie spent over an hour with me one the phone helping to create my "vision board" for the wedding. We must have gone back and forth with pictures of fabrics, flowers, lightening, etc. for what felt like forever until I was happy with everything. She also provides her opinion when asked but will not force it upon you.
  
  We had the best experience working with Tracie and would highly recommend her.
