  Great for weddings

  As a guest at a destination wedding, I found it so easy to work with TravelSmiths. They answered my texts no matter the hour. They worked to get me the best deal. They made it very easy. Even an easy to use app with my own itinerary. And they answered me and helped me while I was actually on the trip. And I know the bride and groom are happy with TravelSmiths too.

  The Coolest & Best Travel Company!

  Man does this team know how to plan a honeymoon of a lifetime! Sally for sure knows her way around the world! We did a 2 week Maldives and Dubai Honeymoon. And it was the perfect mix of relaxing and adventure! She will keep you on budget and get you the best prices, best flights/seats and best experiences as newlyweds!! She also had Brittany work alongside with us to help plan our excursions in both countries and Brittany was fantastic. Very insightful and very responsive! My husband and I had the time of our life on our honeymoon we cannot thank them enough and will definitely be using TravelSmiths for all vacations moving forward!

  We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and it's all thanks to Travel Smiths. From the moment we engaged their services, we knew we were in capable hands. Our destination wedding at El Dorado Royale in Mexico was a dream come true, and it wouldn't have been possible without their expertise and dedication.
  
  With 97 guests in attendance, there were plenty of moving parts to coordinate, but Travel Smiths handled everything seamlessly. From the initial planning stages to the day-of coordination, they were with us every step of the way.   Look no further!

  Sally Jane was the glue that held my COVID Destination Wedding together! Her and her staff were just a FaceTime away from anything my guests or I needed. A lot of other agencies tried to promise us smoke and mirrors, but Sally and TS’s customer service is untouchable.

  Weedingmoon at Hard Rock Punta Cana

  My fiance and I knew we wanted to do a destination wedding. However, we did not know if we wanted a cruise or an all inclusive resort. We were referred to Travel Smiths by a family member who have worked with them in the past. I am grateful that I took him up on his suggestion because the Travel Smith's team helped create our wedding dream come true. From the beginning they gave us a lot of suggestions and explained their opinions thoroughly. We decided to have our weddingmoon at the Hard Rock Punta Cana. During the planning phase they took the stress off of us to arrange family/friend travel plans, they were a liaison between the hotel and us, they guided us on what travel documentation was needed for a wedding ceremony and were quick to respond to all my and family questions. While in Punta Cana it was a peace of mind to know the Travel Smith's team were literally a text message away to answer last minute questions. If you are thinking of having a destination wedding, please contact Travel Smiths because I could not have asked for better customer service with sincere excitement for my now husband and I to get married.

Sally went above and beyond by meeting with us afterhours due to our busy work schedules and discussed every possible option to make our wedding the most amazing and special time of our lives! Sally is just a ball of excitement, knowledgeable ,organized and detail oriented.
  Sally and her team helped us plan our dream destination wedding with our families and closest friends present. A special thank you to her two employees who helped and guided me through it all; Brittany B. and Amanda C. All communications were promptly answered with incredible attentiveness. TravelSmiths made sure that all details from the time we boarded our flights to reaching our destination, during the whole week stay and our return home were perfect, and that it all went smoothly.

From start to finish both Sally and Joy were by our side assisting with any questions and concerns we may have had.   My husband and I used TravelSmiths to help in planning our April, 2019 destination wedding in Jamaica. We initially were nervous when we spoke with Sally about the idea of a destination wedding but she was so knowledgeable and familiar with our selected resort we knew we could be in good hands. We had ~60 guests and were completely intimidated at the thought of getting that many people to another country for such a big event. Sally and Joy made the entire process so easy and stress free and acted as liaison with the weddings department which helped move the planning process along during delays. They were incredibly professional and, while I’m sure they were working with other clients, made us feel like we were their top priority. Our guests were so pleased with their service as well. One couple has even booked their honeymoon with a TravelSmiths! I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding - We will definitely be using the TravelSmiths to plan our next trip!

  Honeymoon 2019

  My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Travel Smiths with agent Pete Pappas. Pete was wonderful and made the planning smooth and easy. We booked our honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay and had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Pete for upcoming travel.

  ABSOLUTELY MUST LOVE!!!! Best Travel Experience & Service

  We absolutely loved doing our destination wedding with TravelSmiths. We hosted 180 guests with us at our wedding in Mexico, and TravelSmiths handled each of their booking details flawlessly. My husband and I adore that TravelSmiths has been in the travel industry for over 30 years, and their service is comparable to none. TravelSmiths and their incredible connections with Karisma and various other destination wedding vendors & resorts perfectly crafted the ultimate destination wedding for us. We would not have done our wedding any other way. It was so much fun to have all of our loved ones in the same place for at least three days celebrating our love. I can not explain how truly magical the entire experience was. I would highly recommend using the additional services TravelSmiths offers, such as the wedding website creator Vinnie Bono AND the wedding coordinator services with Kate Anderson of Simply Sapphire.   What a wonderful experience. I worked with Jen and she was just amazing. Responded to any questions very quickly and was there for us through out the whole process even send a quick email while we were on the honeymoon to make sure everything is okay. I will absolutely use this travel agency for my next trip. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

  My wife and I planned our destination wedding in Cancun with TravelSmiths. It was completely new and uncharted territory for us. TravelSmiths and the entire team their understand our lack of understanding and experience in doing this and spent alot of time coaching us. It truly felt that TravelSmiths was in our corner and consistently fighting to make sure we received everything we were asking for including extra perks we requested. Our travelers/guests were all treated like royalty and every person was checked and double checked on all aspects of the trip to ensure smooth travel arrangements. They were available at all times of the day/night including immediate responses when we were down there and had any questions causes or concerns. Including coordination of all of our outside vendors above and beyond what we hired them for. I would recommend anybody sitting down and speaking with TravelSmiths if they are considering a destination wedding. You will immediately see the value that they provide.

  We have used TravelSmiths Travel Agency several times now and undoubtedly would not use anyone else. We have dealt with other travel agencies in the past and non of them met the standard, professionalism, quality, compassion and dedication as TravelSmiths has done. We arranged our wedding through TravelSmiths at the El Dorado Royale Resorts in Mexico. The planning process for the travel and wedding was excellent. Everything was explained in detail what to expect, costs, any variations we wish to choose, along with contacts at the resort to further the planning process. Several of the team members followed up on the pre-plans, the days of travel and the post wedding experience after we returned home. The true dedication to helping and assisting customers was beyond what we have ever experienced before. We keep in touch with several of the staff and continue to book other getaways and trips. Truly an unforgettable and professional experience with TravelSmiths. I would strongly recommend utilizing them and getting a "5" Star customer experience.

We have dealt with other travel agencies in the past and non of them met the standard, professionalism, quality, compassion and dedication as TravelSmiths has done. We arranged our wedding through TravelSmiths at the El Dorado Royale Resorts in Mexico. The planning process for the travel and wedding was excellent. Everything was explained in detail what to expect, costs, any variations we wish to choose, along with contacts at the resort to further the planning process. Several of the team members followed up on the pre-plans, the days of travel and the post wedding experience after we returned home. The true dedication to helping and assisting customers was beyond what we have ever experienced before. We keep in touch with several of the staff and continue to book other getaways and trips. Truly an unforgettable and professional experience with TravelSmiths. I would strongly recommend utilizing them and getting a "5" Star customer experience.

  My husband and I heard about the Travel Smiths from a few friends who had used them to plan their honeymoons. We had never been to a travel agent before and we were glad we decided to use this one. Scherene helped us plan our honeymoon to Thailand and it was absolutely amazing. The hotels she put us in and the excursions she signed us up for were all fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the country and took care of absolutely everything. We did not have to worry about a thing. Before we left, she mailed us a package that included all of our important paperwork, our itinerary, and a ton of useful information about the country. I kept the folder in my backpack for the entire trip and it was super useful. If you are looking for a travel agent we highly recommend Travel Smiths.

  BEST WEDDING PLANNER! Jamie at Travel Smiths is a life saver. Like many other brides I have a very busy career so planning a destination wedding seemed very overwhelming I did not even know where to start or where to find the time. Hiring Jamie was the best thing I could have done for myself , she made sure everything was absolutely perfect and helped me enjoy the process of planning and not become overwhelmed. She also has great taste and is able to give great advice if needed. JAMIE IS THE BEST! Travel Smiths did an amazing job as well booking all of our guests ( Jennifer H. was my agent ). From the start everything was easy - they helped us put up a wedding website - and we were able to add their contact info to our invitations. We had 80 guests to Tulum, Mexico ranging in age from 1 yrs old to 85 years old. My guests also traveled from all over the country. They were able to accommodate everyone's travel needs seemlessly. Our wedding was truly magical and better then I could have ever expected. We are so happy with our decision to use Travel Smiths. We will continue to use them for future travel and well as recommend them to everyone I know!

  When it came time to book our honeymoon, we knew that we wanted to work with Donna at TravelSmiths. It was wonderful talking with her initially. We weren't really sure where we wanted to go and pricing obviously had a lot to do with it. We had a few places in mind and Donna also suggested a few places as well. She told us about St. Lucia, showed us where it was on the map, gave us some information about the island and showed us pictures. She assured us that it was a popular honeymoon spot and raved about the Sandals resorts there! Before we actually booked, she e-mailed us all the quotes for the different places that we were interested in. She got these to us very quickly and they were very informative. We chose to honeymoon in St. Lucia at the Sandals La Grande which was absolutely amazing!! We cannot say enough great things about St. Lucia and the resort; it was by far the best vacation we've ever been on. Donna was a pleasure to work with and we cannot say enough great things about her either. She was so patient, helpful, understanding, informative, and prompt. She took the time to send us all of the excursion choices we had and even gave us prices which was important. She booked a couple of our excursions for us and even told us about a helicopter ride that we could take from the airport to the hotel which I HIGHLY recommend. That was a great experience and I am so glad that we booked that. We highly recommend using TravelSmiths and Donna for your vacation and honeymoon needs. She is fantastic and really knows her stuff!
