  I loved them! They helped us so much! We went to David's Bridal first, but it was so expensive, I ended up getting the dress of my dreams, instead of settling for something I could afford.

  I went through these guys because I went to the wedding show and was told I would get $20 off each suit and it seemed like a good deal and when I went in the suits had gone up in price (most by $20) so it wasn't that great of a deal. Even though all the guys had gone in to get measured, All 7 suits had to be altered. They were WAY off!! one person complained that one of the arms on their suit was longer than the other. We had picked out my husband's suit (the groom) because he wanted tails. When he picked up the suit they gave him the suit without tails. He didn't notice this until he got home because he was so frustrated with the bad service they received. Since we were getting married the next day in a different city he couldn't make the change in time for the wedding. I really feel the quality of the suits were lacking. I'm very disappointed I went with these guys. I'm glad to say all the other services I received were awesome!!! you win some you lose some.l

  i do not reccomend this shop at all. i had just moved to idaho, and lived near this place so i went in. knowing that david's bridal was more pricy and not knowing any other shop in town yet, i decided to go in here. they have beautiful dresses and just about any wedding or prom accessories you could need... but they lied to me. i was told i would get my dress by a certain date, and then by someone else, calling me, was told that it might come in time for my wedding if they rush order it. we jumped through a ton of hoops and by the skin of our teeth made it. but i would not wish that on anyone.

  My husband used this business for our grooms men and himself. They were horrible. The owner was extremely rude, the tuxes were not even what we had discussed, two of the groomsmen's did not even fit. The owner told my husband there was nothing that they could do because he should have been at the shop the day before. How would we have know what without a call? But we made it work, because it was the day before our wedding. My sister and I took the tuxes and shoes back the day after the wedding, the only other worker at the establishment counted them and wrote that they were all there and accounted for. My husband that evening told me he forgot to take some stuff out of his pockets. He called and left a message asking them to look through the pockets and we would be there in the morning to pick up the forgotten items. When I arrived there the next day the lady had no idea what I was talking about. I told her there was a large amount of money from my father in law in a envelope with our names on the front of it, along with two bracelets that were presented to my children from my husband as a part of our family coming together as one. She preceded to tell me she checked the pockets right in front of my sister and I. Which was a lie, she didn't even take them out of the bags that we brought. She also informed me the guy that picks up the tuxes for drying cleaning had came that morning and they were already gone, if they had found anything they just throw it into a box and see if anyone claims it. NO HELP AT ALL! I left extremely upset. My husband and my sister went back to the shop after I had left with a police officer to file a report. I will never go back and I encourage everyone to stay away from that place

  I came into this place wanting a tux for prom. It was about 4 or 5 days before. I ordered the tux, got fitted, and payed in full up front. I went in 2 days later to pick it up and the jacket was too short and they said it was hemmed out to the max. The shirt was the most outrageous. At a first glimpse it looked like it could fit a sumo wrestler. I asked for another size and they didn't have any. I asked to try a different color. They didn't have any. No white or black tux shirts to fit a 6ft teenager? That can't be right... It was. The employees were very uninformed and unprofessional. I asked multiple times for a discount or refund of some sort and they avoided the question assuring me that they would find the right size. Which never happened. I wore my own. I've never felt so cheated and outraged by a business in my life. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time here. 0 out of 10
