Twin Willow Gardens is an awesome wedding spot! The ceremony site is like a scene from The Hobbit, seriously picturesque. As a wedding DJ, I had a blast with the layout - it's perfect for an epic dance party. Plus, the owners are easy to work with. We got married at Twin Willow Gardens on June 30, 2023 and we are not exaggerating when we say that Brian and Rebecca are THE BEST, and TWG is the PERFECT wedding venue!! We wanted a romantic fairytale, whimsical forest themed wedding, and as soon as we saw the venue, we knew it was the one. Even in January, we could tell how beautiful the place would be in summer, and on our wedding day, we were greeted with a stunning peaceful willow forest, amazingly manicured garden and reception lawn, freshly renovated and painted bar and shop, and we are truly in awe of how Brian and Rebecca designed and maintain the venue. All our guests raved about how incredible the grounds were, and as my dad and I stood in the forest waiting to walk down the aisle, he couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous it all was, and how happy he was to give me away surrounded by nature. If you have a chance to book TWG, DO IT. Brian and Rebecca were so communicative, responsive, and kind throughout the entire planning process, rehearsal, and wedding day. We are so grateful to have had our wedding there, and will be revelling in the memories forever. Thank you, Brian and Rebecca! -

Everything about this venue- from the magical wooded ceremony area, to the warm and inviting reception surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, to the beautiful couple who owns it!
We couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a gem of a venue for our special day.
After 3 long years of planning, postponements, and headaches due to the c0vid chaos- Brian and Rebecca had our backs the entire time. They made us feel safe and secure during such an unknown time.
Booking with Twin Willow Gardens, not only will you find yourself in one of the most beautiful venues in Washington state, but you’ll find yourself supported by two of the best wedding industry professionals along the way. It’s really a win/win for any future bride and groom.

I knew Twin Willow Gardens was our perfect venue when we toured it with Rebecca and the forested ceremony area brought me to tears. It is everything I had pictured for our wedding and more. Brian and Rebecca are incredible to work with. They are receptive, kind, and quick to respond to all of our questions. They are constantly working on the venue to improve it so you can see how much they love what they do. We had the most perfect and smooth wedding day. With the addition of their chandelier to the ceremony area, it truly felt like a fairytale. The tented reception area and gardens are gorgeous and our guests still have not stopped talking about our wedding. This is without a doubt the best venue in Snohomish and we cannot recommend it enough. Get on their waitlist now because you absolutely will not regret it! -

PERFECT is an understatement.... My husband and I booked Twin Willows almost 2 years before our wedding because it was my dream to get married in a forrest. Not only did I get my dream venue, but we also got to work with Rebecca as our partial coordinator which made everything that much easier having the owner involved in the coordinating too. From the moment we met Brain and Rebecca we knew we would work well together. They want to do anything in their power to give you the best day. Leading up to the wedding, during covid times, I expected to not hear much from the owners as I was sure they would be putting out fires, but they were still always available to answer my questions no matter how small. Everything was well organized with these two and me being an overly organized person myself, it made for a perfect match. Rehearsal was so well planned, everyone new exactly what they needed to do.
Fast forward to our wedding day/ the best day of my life! We arrived at Twin Willows and I expected to have to fix problems all day with vendors or decor that I made and brought. Nope. Not a single problem needed to be run by me. Not to say their weren't any, but whatever happened throughout the day, Rebecca and Brian made sure all hands were on deck so the Bride didn't have to worry. I actually got to enjoy every minute of my wedding!
The ceremony area is unbeatable. I have had so many people say it was the best ceremony they have ever witnessed. Literally breathtaking (especially in the fall). The gardens are spectacular for photos and are so large you can always find a place for a little quiet with your partner when things got overwhelming. We really appreciate those moments just the two of us, tucked away in the gardens.
Overall there is not a single complaint. We had about 150 guests and everyone enjoyed themselves here. Easy to get to, lots of parking, and I was worried about not having enough restrooms but this was never even an issue. If you want the perfect outdoor wedding, look no further, this is THE place.

I fell in love with this venue the moment I saw the ceremony area. It’s like you are in the middle of a forest. The gardens in the reception area are so beautiful. We got married there in June, and it just so happened to rain most of the day, but they were so prepared for it. They provided umbrellas for all the guests and squeegeed the benches off. Brian and Rebecca at Twin Willow Gardens are fantastic. They were so great to work with, and super responsive with all our questions. I am so happy they survived through COVID and we were able to reschedule our date with them. Highly recommend this venue, it’s absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful experience.Twin Willow Gardens's reply:

I looked at many vendors before I found this one. I thought I had my pick until I saw Twin Willow Gardens. I also looked at all vendors shortly after we had a surprise snow - and lots of it. Every other vendor mentioned how much work they needed to do to make the place look right when our wedding date arrives. Twin Willow Gardens has the place looking perfect even during the storms. I was highly impressed with all of this and their flexibility and kindness. I sincerely cannot wait to celebrate at this venue. -

Brian and Rebecca at Twin Willow Gardens are fantastic. They are organized, super responsive, and worked so well with all of our vendors. The proactive planning, communication and guidance from Brian and Rebecca made all the difference. We were married at the end of July and the gardens and ceremony grounds were breathtaking! We got married 8.30.19 and choosing TWG for our venue was the best choice. We planned our wedding in AZ, so we took a risk based off reviews online & pictures. So if you are on the fence, book it! Dave and Rio were extremely helpful and responsive. The ceremony and reception area are magical & our guests raved about its beauty. Exceptional professionalism, customer service, and the venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding in the Summer. 10/10 recommend. Thank you TWG team for everything. -Jasmine & Ares -

Jannette and David go to extra lengths to make that garden the unforgettable moments the guests have. They also are so kind and even helped get our tent so that all my hard work didn't go to waste by the unexpected rain. I have not been married before therefore it was a little tricky coming up with little details for a perfect day. They helped by sharing their experiences with other brides (crucial). Although you don't want to copy another wedding, as the bride you want to be able to measure where you're at in planning Jannette will let you know her honest opinions and not let you just shoot into the darkness leaving room for mistakes. Also, I can say they were always around but from a soft distance. Not there to just puppy dog your event just there when you need them. Twin Willow Gardens is absolutely the best venue to have your day. -

They did so much for us - not just helping with set up but also practically guiding me (the bride) by the hand when nerves took over just before the ceremony. And then of course, there is the venue. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our whimsical, fairytale wedding. All of our guests kept asking us how we found the place because it was just such a beautiful hidden gem. Jolene Sent on 04/08/2012I loved working with Jessi & Richard! You can tell Jessi loves gardening and Richard works just as hard to help maintain their gorgeous grounds. Very sweet couple and beautiful venue. The only down sides are A) it's all outdoors so you need to make sure to plan for potential weather changes and B) since they're on a septic system, the guest facilities are portable potties, however they brought in nicer than normal ones and they did NOT smell.
If you want an outdoor venue with a lovely view and plenty of photo ops, you MUST check this place out! -

The most beautiful, magical venue. All of our guests raved about how awesome it was, even in the rain! Facilities were clean, grounds were perfectly manicured, and anything you could possibly need for a wedding is right there. Only wish it was a bit more affordable. -
User1278746 Sent on 08/08/2013This venue is absolutely breathtaking. It is an all outdoor venue in Snohomish, WA with countless wildflowers planted in every corner. There are two locations to have your ceremony, in the woods or on the lawn. We had our ceremony on the lawn that has a beautiful view of the valley. We had a short cocktail hour where the owner of the venue and some of our volunteers flipped the lawn from ceremony to reception in a matter of minutes. The venue includes chairs and tables for up to 200 people (the good white wooden chairs with padded seats, no plastic crap), twinkle lights strung throughout the venue, all the buffet, head, gift and sign in tables and plenty of other things you wouldn't think about. Our wedding was on Sunday because this venue books up fast, but it cost less than a Friday/Saturday wedding. Overall, the venue is relatively inexpensive for how much is included. The owner was a little difficult to work with during our planning session and the rehearsal, but on the day of the wedding she was a huge help and did everything the way we asked. We had numerous comments (and continue to receive them) about how beautiful the venue was and that it was the best wedding our guests had ever been to. This is a great venue! -

My husband and I got married at this venue just over one month ago, and these are my reflections of our experience.
Overall, the venue itself is a gorgeous outdoor venue, and the owners appear experienced with wedding planning and hosting. We appreciated the fast and quick communication leading up to the wedding day, and their planning and flexibility during the pandemic. They are well equipped to set up the venue how you would like, handle large or small crowds, and make sure you've considered a lot of details of planning, which was greatly appreciated.
However, our experience was dampened on the actual wedding day; in the end, we left with the distinct feeling the owners cared far more about their business and venue as opposed to caring about our happiness or satisfaction with the day. We experienced this in many ways and heard about it in feedback from a majority of our guests afterward. Some examples include: inspecting the tiny homes/wedding party areas during the ceremony...which we were directly told were locked and not accessible to anyone but our wedding planner. As it turned out one of our guests had brought hard alcohol (against the rules) to some of the wedding party - unbeknownst to myself or my husband. The alcohol was sought out and found by the owner as soon as the ceremony started. Subsequently, the owner brought this to our attention grand total of 15 minutes after our ceremony, implying that we would be losing our deposit. This was just added, unnecessary stress in the middle of the wedding. Some of our guests and wedding party reported being reprimanded for smoking several feet outside the smoking areas, some for holding sparklers incorrectly, and some for parking the getaway car 30 feet from the building as opposed to 50 feet and an overall feeling of being policed. These were all small things, but in the end, all these small things ended up being a large and unexpected detraction from our otherwise perfect wedding day.
When booking this venue, understand that the owners will be part of your wedding day, not in the background.

We do pride ourselves on a well run event venue, which includes collaboration with the vendors you hire, and if needed, will enforce our policies and procedures, as outlined in all contracts. If safety or security of the client, guests, staff, vendors, neighbors or venue are at risk, we will intervene. This is not just an event venue, but also our home. Open bottles of hard alcohol clearly visible in tiny homes - yes we will take those. Smoking or vaping on the driveway, under the tent, in the ceremony area or gardens - we'll ask that they move to designated area. Getaway car pulls too far in, not allowing room for all guests to line up for sparkler exit - we'll have them move further out to accommodate everyone. Ensuring guests don't light hair or dress on fire with sparklers - yeah we'll provide guidance there too.
