Courtney is phenomenal! 10 out of 10 recommend. I hired Courtney Hildebrand as my wedding planner and she was an absolute gem! As it got closer to the wedding day and as a Bride, she handled big and small details so I could truly relax and enjoy my big day. Courtney put a lot of work and effort into making the day of as smooth as it could be – from the outside looking in – it was a perfect operation. During the planning stages Courtney offered such great design ideas such as what linens and colors to us, place settings, table layout, recommended fabulous vendors etc. and helped me plan a beautiful dream wedding! I trusted Courtney on such an important day because she has the expertise and experience within the wedding industry, also experience within my wedding venue to plan and coordinate my wedding. I again and again will recommend Courtney Hildebrand to plan your wedding 😊 -

I could not say enough good things about Courtney and everything she gave us. Throughout the year long process of planning the full catering, rentals, and day of planning for our wedding she was incredibly patient, thorough, collaborative, knowledgeable, and funny! She is very professional, and you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. There were so many little things she thought of that made our day go smoothly/lives easier. She gave us insightful advice on some of the bigger decisions as well. She was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance. I would hire Courtney and TCO again in a heartbeat and if you have the opportunity to work with them, you should without hesitation. -

Courtney is beyond amazing! A couple years ago we went to a wedding that was planned by Courtney. After seeing how flawless and beautiful the wedding was, we knew we wanted her for our special day.
Courtney is the best! She made the stressful planning experience easy and enjoyable. She was always available to answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance. Courtney took all my random ideas and created the most beautiful ceremony, reception space, and wedding. Her attention to detail and organization truly made our day perfect.

Thank god for Courtney! We found Courtney and the Catering Outfit through our preferred vendors list provided by our venue, and we are SO grateful for her. She is extremely professional, knowledgable, and just all around someone you want on your team for your wedding. She had some many tips along the way, and was always available to jump on a call to talk things through. She was seriously a godsend the day of the wedding making sure everything was set up to perfection, and even made sure that my husband and I could see the reception space just us before the reception kicked off. She is so thoughtful and really did make our day a dream. We can't thank her enough! -

I can't say enough good things about Courtney! I'm certain my wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her! I learned of her wedding planning services after I hired her and The Catering Outfit as our caterer. She was our point of contact for our food and drink menus, and I quickly secured her as our wedding planner after I saw how easy and reliable she was to work with. She was always willing and available to answer my many questions, and change things around as I frequently do. She was super accommodating to us postponing our wedding because of COVID, and I feel like we developed a friendship over the two years of working together. When my wedding day finally came, I didn't have a worry in the world because I knew Courtney was in charge and I was meant to just enjoy my day. Do yourself a favor and hire Courtney as your wedding planner; you won't be disappointed!! -

Courtney was a phenomenal month of coordinator. Her services frankly extended much beyond the month prior. She was present for all my rental appointments, helped me create my design vision and was my rock during the wedding weekend. All my family and friends loved her and really appreciated her organizational skills and keeping everything on track. Courtney was such a help from the get-go, but once COVID hit and we switched to an outdoor wedding with tons of safety precautions, Courtney was on her A game and helped us have a safe but still very gorgeous event. I can't thank her enough for being my right hand man throughout this whole process! -

My wife and I hired Courtney for our day of Coordinator for our wedding at King Family Vineyard. Courtney helped us a ton along the way with table settings, rentals, food choices and floral ideas. During the wedding day it rained and she helped us with a few different rain options for seating, staying calm / collected while we were frantic. She was a huge help and we would highly recommend anyone getting married or in need of an event coordinator to hire Courtney. -

There is not enough space to list all of the reasons to choose Two Byrds as your event planning team. I was a corporate event planner for several years and promised that I'd let someone else "do the work" for my wedding day. Courtney and her team exceeded every (very high) expectation that I had as a former planner! She is detailed, creative, innovative, thoughtful, solution-oriented, and well-connected - truly an expert in the central Virginia wedding industry field. On top of that, she's a pleasure to work with and totally calm and composed. Her energy and expertise made the planning process a breeze and our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect because of her leadership. I can't imagine it happening without her. Thank you, thank you, thank you! -
Ashley Sent on 11/11/2017Courtney was our wedding planner and day of coordinator for our June wedding at King Family Vineyards. I can't recommend her enough! Much of her value comes from her institutional knowledge and local experience in Charlottesville - she's able to answer any questions you have immediately (I had a lot of dumb ones!) and offer recommendations for vendors, etc to meet your budget. From venue selection, vendor selection, wedding timeline creation, rentals, menu selection - Courtney was there for us every step of the way. And we knew how busy she was with other weddings, but we received such personal service that we felt like we were her only clients! In terms of day of coordination, I basically handed Courtney my wedding binder, relaxed and enjoyed a glass of champagne and she took it from there. She was responsible for all set up and decor, coordinating with all of the vendors, keeping the wedding on schedule and the biggest plus was at the end of the night, she broke down all of the decorations and loaded them into my car while I was off to my honeymoon suite! If I had to do a fraction of what she did on my wedding day, I wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy my wedding and be a bride. Courtney helped create and execute our best day ever and again, I can't recommend her enough!!!
