Jeniece Sent on 11/20/2017I cannot say enough about Two Birds Bridesmaid!! From the moment I contacted them, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. I was able to visit the showroom where myself, my mom and 4 bridesmaids were greeted with beverages and the utmost hospitality. All 4 of my girls, who range in different sizes, were able to find a dress that flattered their figure. The rose color was absolutely gorgeous against their complexion. It was a no brainer. We purchased the same day. The dresses were shipped out timely and we had them a month prior to the big day. They needed very little alteration. I highly recommend Two Birds. You won’t be disappointed with your decision!

User2546076 Sent on 03/02/2016I recently got married (October 2015) and used Two Birds as my bridesmaid dress vendor. I cannot sing their praises loud enough! TwoBirds was efficient and helpful through the whole bridesmaid dress process. From color pairings (I used two different colors) to helping the maids pick a tying style that made them feel beautiful and unique.
These dresses are so versatile. They fit almost any venue and flatter so many body types. Plus your bridesmaids will actually use them again. I had a destination in Tulum, Mexico and the fuchsia and coral colors looked amazing on the beach! There are so many color options!
The payment process was super easy and they even offer shipping if you aren't able to make it to the showroom. -

Made the wrong color for my event. Offered a couple different colors and styles. No time to fix so disappointed. This was not for a wedding if it was I would be really upset. So I'd worry about ordering if its really important. -

I never really write reviews but felt the need to let out my frustration and disappointment with this company and hopefully assist others.
I ordered a few swatches on 4th Jan and after 4 weeks emailed to follow up and was told they were posted only that week and they will come in approx 7 days.
Followed up again on 23rd Feb, 7 weeks after ordering the swatches on their website and it has now been two weeks and they havn't even bothered to respond to the second follow up. It has been 9 weeks and still no swatches have arrived.
I don't know if they don't care because we haven't spent any money yet or if is is just how they operate their business.
They have made a already stressful time even more stressful with their poor communication and even poorer customer service.
We found another vendor www.thegownhouse.com.au that had the same dresses half the price. Their swatches arrived within a week and a dress was also within a week. -

Plain and simple. I ordered a blush slit dress online, and I received a charcoal ballgown dress. When I called/emailed to complain, they were uncooperative ignored my requests. They did NOTHING to remedy the problem.
The dress was such low quality. The material was so cheap. You're better off spending your hard-earned money on any of the many great dupes on Etsy. I would have AT LEAST expected excellent service, but they could not even provide that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS STORE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. There's a reason they don't allow reviews directly on their website.

User1233667 Sent on 07/09/2013The dress is horrible and very expensive!!! The pictures on their site look great, but that is not the way it really looks. First of all the material is the cheapest material ever, flimsy and transparent. Second, there is no structure to the dress, everything looks funny and unflattering. I ended up taking the "dress", it's just a piece of cheap material, to a seamstress to have a real dress made. I tried tieing it different ways and it was so uncomfortable, the undergarments can be seen and you feel the dress is going to slip off!!! I do not recommend it!!!' -

Paid extra for an early date which they didn't hit, emailed me to tell me but didn't use correct address, which they had, and didn't bother to phone. I had to do all the calling and when they did arrive I was under pressure to collect them and they would not courier free of charge despite asking. No apologies, just poor attitude and on the price of the dresses just not acceptable. When I did collect them they were put in a bag, no wrapping and they hadn't put names of girls on them, no matching dresses and bandeau despite giving all the details when asked. Most disappointing service I have had in a very long time, not worth the hassle.
