  Genuine Custom Care

  Blown away... I googled searched vendors for our private lake home wedding in 2020. Prior to all the chaos we booked a 125 person wedding. Fast forward 8 months following lock down we had tough decisions to make and dread them entirely. Sticking to our original plans we moved forward. Ty and his guys did an absolutely outstanding job the entire wedding. The customization was unique and flexible to our changing needs. The 40x60 tent was his newer option and it shocked me at how beautiful it was with the wood poles + Edison lighting .. GET THE LIGHTS!! I went for the hydride music option creating my own playlists. Hands down the best option.. no funky chicken & skip whatever song I wanted when I wanted. All in all I wish I could get Married every weekend with TY and his team!!!

  AMAZING - the best

  - Wow! What can I even say to thank Ty and his team for the incredible job they did. They were so amazing from my very first conversation with Tyler. I thought he was so kind and he had so much knowledge about what we would need to create our dream wedding outside. I remember telling my mom how great I thought Tyler was based on the one phone call and she was hesitant and then she met him and realized why I had liked him from the very first conversation. He thinks of things you’d never think about that you’d need which is so helpful when you are planning your wedding. We used them for most everything we needed, tent, tables, chairs, power, restroom trailer, vendor coordinator, lighting, fans, trash cans, mosquito control. They were all super easy to talk to and responsive to our messages. We used Ty as our vendor coordinator for our wedding day and that was one of the best decisions we made. He was INCREDIBLE. He did so much behind the scenes, and contacted all of our vendors to ensure they were where they needed to be when and went over the parking details and everything with them. He truly helped pull off our day and made everything run so smoothly. I can’t thank him enough for what an incredible job he did. We would recommend Ty’s to anyone who needed flawless service for planning any event! They were so incredible and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and especially Ty who did an excellent job as our vendor coordinator and lifted stress off of us by handling all of that! Thank you thank you!!

  My husband & I decided to get married in his parents backyard on the St. Croix River in Hudson, WI. The view is amazing and the place is special to us. I knew that planning a wedding at a private residence would be a lot of work and coordination but once I found Ty I found that it was so easy! He provided the tent, bathroom trailers, hot and cold beverages, trash pickup, chairs and sound system for our wedding. I could not be more impressed. The tent was beautiful and fit perfectly. It was a size that I did not even know existed, but Ty did!
  His team moved the chairs for us and hid the generator in the woods. All the rentals they provided were beautiful! I was so impressed with the tent and tent lighting and the chairs were comfortable and clean.
  The bathroom trailer was amazing! So many people commented on how nice it was and we were pleased to save our parents from a septic disaster.
  Ty and his whole team are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor wedding not wanting to deal with 7+ vendors. Ty is great to work with, relaxed and smart not to mention affordable!

  Ty operates his business the way it should be done; everything you would want from a wedding vendor! Our son and daughter-in-law were married a month ago and Ty's services included chair rental, ceremony sound system, iced cold water for guests on a very warm day during the wedding service, and our FABULOUS day-of-wedding Coordinator, Sarah! The chairs are very high quality chairs that we could not find available for rent elsewhere, especially for the reasonable pricing that Ty offered. They are padded and very comfortable, with thicker legs that don't sink into the grass like other chairs. The sound system was excellent, with no problems. As for Sarah, she was meticulously prepared for the wedding day, fully understanding the needs and wishes of the bride and groom. Sarah had a winsome way of always being everywhere, seamlessly making sure there were no worries for the couple or their loved ones. She truly became a family member in the best sense! There are many other services available too - really nice people to work with overall.

  Not only do they have top notch rental products for any wedding, but they have Tyler, who is someone you want on your wedding planning team. He is well organized, experienced in planning weddings and full of practical advice that we so needed. There is much work that goes into arranging chairs, tables, tents, restroom trailers, rain plans, etc. and he will walk you through all of it with confidence. Thank you Tyler and all of your staff.

  The forecast leading up to our October wedding was all over the place. Our rain plan started to look a little less appealing the likelier it seemed we might need to use it. So we attempted to make a plan C, or B? Anyway, I got in touch with a few chair rental outfits in the area with less than two weeks to go. Ty's was the most responsive, helpful, and friendly business. Working with them was so easy. They were organized, detailed, flexible, and accommodating. I'm sure signing our contract with them kept the rain at bay, but the white chairs they set up in our shelter were beautiful. :)

  Ty's was the best! We used them for renting chairs for our June park wedding. My set up crew discovered, literally an hour before the ceremony was set to begin, that the power source at the park wasn't on. Ty heard what was going on, offered to grab a generator, and took off, bringing the generator to the site with plenty of time to spare. Multiple people who were helping me that day stopped me to make sure I heard about the fantastic customer service. So thankful for this experience and highly recommend using Ty's!

Finding a good bathroom situation for a 250+ guest wedding was a task but Ty was a great help and the bathrooms were the highlight of our wedding. I think everyone we talked to had a compliment about them and there was never a line. It was fantastic, I would totally use them again for any event!

  We adored working with Ty's! The quality of the rentals was excellent, the value cannot be beat, and Ty and his wife were very responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. Did I mention how nice they are? We really loved having them around!

  When I selected Ty's, I thought I was just renting chairs. My daughters wedding was in Lowell Park in Stillwater. Being a public park, we had to deal with all of the people in the area enjoying the day. Tyler set-up the chairs for the wedding, and roped off the area to keep people from entering the area. He managed the people that wandered through our event, and simply made everything perfect. People that were assisting with our wedding said that Tyler, and his crew were amazing to work with. We can't say enough about Tyler, and his service. If you are looking for piece of mind, amazing service, and so much more Tyler is your guy. We sing Tyler's praises from the rooftop, and tell everyone we know how amazing he was to work with.

  The chair wedding set up looked fantastic and the sound set up worked wonderful for our wedding. We were very happy with Ty's wedding rental. Tyler was very quick to answer all my questions and was great to work with. We defiantly recommend!

  Great Service. There chair rental was unbelievable. Ty was the person who completed all setup and minor touches. We were amazed by how Ty was using a tape measure to make sure rows and chairs were perfect. If that wasn't enough once all the chairs were set in place he pulled out the soap, water, and sponge to make sure the chairs were "white glove" certified. I would recommend Ty's for any occasion and you wouldn't be disappointed.

  Ty and Alissa were amazing! They catered our food and brought us chairs. Everything was perfect and Ty always responded to my requests and/or questions withing 12 hours. They stayed late to help clean everything up and helped put everything together for us to take home. I would and have been recommending them to everyone I know. They are amazing and played a very important role in making our day go smoothly. They are simply wonderful!

  The part that Tyler played in our wedding day was the least stressful aspect. He and his team did an AMAZING job with every step of the process. Not only are they incredibly (and genuinely) friendly and professional, but they are flexible as well. Tyler communicated quickly and the perfect amount. I would highly highly highly recommend him for any and all of your events!
