    We have used the ultimate cheesecake bakery for all three of our kids weddings. The cake is by far one of the best tasting wedding cakes ever, moist and delicious!
    They are so easy to work with and the price is very reasonable. Can't wait to be in town during the holidays and order cake for the family. We are adding them to our must haves at the holidays since all the weddings are behind us.

    I was a guest at a wedding in San Antonio a year before my own wedding. I was blown away by the bride's cake and could not forget the moist, flavorful, and perfect density of the cake. I was continuously disappointed as I began sampling cakes in Houston for my own wedding. I could not find something that could compare to my friend's cake from the Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery. I contacted the bakery and shared with him my dilemma. My parents (living in San Antonio) sat down with the baker and worked out a plan to bring my cake from San Antonio to Houston. My guests loved the cake and it had the flavor I remembered from my friend's cake a year before. Thank you Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery!

    The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery made our wedding cake and two grooms cakes for our wedding June 2, 2012 at Los Encinos Hill Country Estate. The wedding cake was white cake with raspberry and raspberry cream filling. The first groom's cakes was carrot cheesecake and the other was the tuxedo cheesecake. They were so delicious! Our family and friends are still raving about them. Thank you for delicious and beautiful cakes and outstanding service!!

    For a set price we got to design and decorate our cakes however we wanted to!! The quality of the cake speaks for itself. It is delicious..!! They were beautiful and elegant. Speak with Thomas! His wife decorates the cakes and is amazingly talented!

    Love the owners they were great. I have never like Tres Leches before but theirs were so good that that's what we picked for our wedding cake.

    My wedding cake totally blew everyone away! Absolutely delicious and gorgeous. I would use them again in a heart beat! It looked like a cake of off one of the fancy TV shows. Every layer was a different shape with a different design. 6 tiers of mouth watering goodness!

    The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And the cake was absolutely beautiful (And of course delicious)! It definitely exceeded my expectations.

    People have been talking about our wedding cake for the past two weeks. In fact, we almost ran out because everyone wanted more than one piece! If you want a cake to impress your guests, look no further.

    We were really impressed with this company after our initial visit, and we found out they not only did the cake for Jenna Bush's wedding, they also do cakes for lots of the Spurs players who live locally. I can see why they are so popular; the cake was a BIG HIT at the wedding, and everyone wanted to know where they could go to order more.

    I'm going to order a tiny replica for my first anniversary!

    The cakes were beautiful and delicious. The meetings to plan for the cake were professional and the pictures they have available are very helpful. Definitely the cake company to choose for any size wedding.

    The ultimate cheesecake bakery made a very delicious and beautiful wedding cake for my family!

    The wedding cake was unique on every layer and allowed me to do some layers one type of cake, while allowing one layer to be carrot since this was my favorite. I also had a cake topper with a few special request and they were able to accommodate all of them.

    Another nice thing about the cheesecake bakery is I did not have to save my top layer of my cake since they will save my information and remake it for my one my one year anniversary, making our special day taste fresh and yummy!

    To this day I am still getting compliments on how good the cake was.

    We got a single bride's cake from them, four tiers, white cake with bavarian cream and strawberry fillings. I don't tend to like professional cakes like wedding and birthday cakes, but this cake was very good. It was moist and flavorful and the fillings were amazing, and it looked gorgeous too! I chose a design from their portfolio and it looked exactly as expected, I loved it. It was delivered on time, set up quickly, tasted fresh, looked amazing and I have zero complaints. They let you try like 12 different flavors/variations when you go for a tasting, that is so helpful in deciding what you want. Oh, and she can do amazing looks with buttercream icing--I saw several designs that I thought must be fondant, but they weren't. I highly recommend this vendor.

    A great place for cakes! A little pricey but well worth! Everyone at the reception loved the cake, and the cakes were beautiful.

    Our two cakes were absolutely delicious and very pretty. Everyone told us they loved the taste of the cakes. I found them by trying every sample I could between Austin and San Antonio and they by far had the best tasting cakes. We had a lemon cream cake - I don't even care for lemon cake but it was fantastic - the groom's cake was a chocolate bavarian cream (or the ding dong cake). The only complaint we had was there was not enough for the slower moving folks in the crowd because people were going up for seconds.
    We are going to order a cake for our anniversary.

    They are fantastic! The cake is awesome. I needed a very large cake (over what we needed for servings to cover the guests) and it was ALL GONE by the end of the night. BOTH cakes! We got fabulous reviews from our guests about our cakes. Most actually went back for seconds and thirds. I recommend ordering more than just the perfect number because your guests will want more. In dealing with Tom, the husband who runs the bridal appointments and the final decorations to give to his wife, MaryJane the decorator, it was somewhat disconcerting. My husband and I had gone in on a few occasions and he seemed always to be so preoccupied with selling a cookie and making sure the front was covered (even though he had other employees there) that he kept getting up to help customers during the appointments that we had. It made us feel a little less important even though we were dropping a LOT of money on a cake. If you can get through the appointments there, the cake speaks for itself and I would not recommend any other vendor for your cakes. And, by the way, MaryJane is the most fantastic and sweetest person you will ever talk to!

    We loved the way our cake tasted. I only wish it looked like the cake we had ordered. The color & design was wrong. Our guest didn't know. But my husband and I did. It wasnt what I had hoped for.
