  If you ever need event rental products, John and his team are the only vendor you should every choose. He was very flexible with us and if we asked for something that we didn't see in the store, he either had it in his other warehouse or he ordered it for us. His rates were very competitive to the other event providers and even cheaper for some things. His delivery fee was reasonable. Most importantly ... he is open 7 days a week ... on Saturdays until 9pm.

Not Ultimate Party Superstore ... They arrived on the Friday before and set up everything as requested and returned on Saturday at 5:30 as requested to pick everything up.

  Ultimate was so great to work with! Our wedding was at Rock Castle in Hendersonville. It was downpouring on our wedding day, so we decided we needed to get sides for the tent and get more chairs on the day of, and they came out and set it all up immediately! They were all so calming and helpful that I didn't even get stressed out about it- they handled everything!

  Ultimate Party Super Store was amazing for our wedding and reception. They had a great selection to choose from and by far the best pricing. We got several quotes from other companies before finding this store for the exact same products - we saved so much money! They were extremely helpful in updating our order as our RSVPs came in, they were on time for the delivery/pick up, and we had them set up and break down everything to make things easier on our guests/bridal party. They will for sure be our first call for any party related rentals in the future and I encourage all brides to check them out! You'll be pleasantly surprised by their quote and customer service.

  We found this gem of a store by seeing a coupon in a bridal magazine - so happy we did!! We saved THOUSANDS using this place rather than the overpriced "EVENT/Rental" locations we also received quotes from. How can the same tablecloths, plates and napkins be that much less?!?!?!
  
  There was one goof-up on our delivery (chair covers were for folding chairs rather than banquet chairs) but Ultimate Party Superstore had new slipcovers to us within an hour. We also purchased our invitations and rehearsal dinner supplies from this store. We will use this place over and over again if the need ever arrises. They delivered to Nashville as well, no problem.
