  Ultimate Planners

  Oh my where do I begin? Patrice and her team of Ultimate Planners, you take the hassle out my wedding. If you guys weren't there to help me, I don't know how I would manage. You made the day a complete success. Excellent service given to us and guests. Your integrity and professionalism were beyond exceptional and it was a pleasure working with you and your team.

  Perfect planning, very detailed and strict on time

  What can I say I planned my event but didn’t consider how I would make sure everything runs smoothly while I was hosting the event. Then I was referred by a good friend to the new vibrant set of young ladies called ultimate planners who immediately took my burdens away. I mean they did everything, even secured my personal items and dropped them home for me after my event. Event concierge and awesome customer service at its finest

  Best Planners Ever

  The team was very professional, even when I had to postpone our meeting at last minute they were quiet flexible in rescheduling to a time convenient to us. They assisted in making our day a breeze, I could not believe we were on time for our wedding LOL (based on horror stories heard). They had a strict timeline for the day and seemed to have ensured that all our vendors were on time.
  
  Oh, they also assisted my MOH in planning and executing my surprised bridal shower as well, where I had a blast.
  
  I have no regret selecting Ultimate Planners. They provided an Ultimate service :-). Thank you ladies for a wonderful and memorable day.

  The service I got from Ultimate planners was next to no other. They were always there to answer every question and to provide assurance that every thing would be ok.
