  A truly experienced, professional!

  There are not enough positive things my Wife & I could say about Jim, and the services he provided on our wedding day. He did our onsite ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception from 5:00pm-11:00pm.
  
  Jim has everything you can ask for in a DJ, from his professional setup (no exposed cords, perfect sound on QSC speakers, & a gorgeous light show!) to his experience with weddings and being able to help guide us through our day.
  
  Our guests danced, ALL night! The music was great, the lights were awesome, and everyone had the best time at our wedding. Again, we couldn't thank Jim enough for everything he did, he is worth every penny!

  Jim was nothing but the best for our wedding. He did everything we asked and more and was part of the reason the night was the best night of our lives!!!

  Wedding DJ For Rustic Barn Wedding

  We hired Ultimate Sound for our wedding DJ and the music did NOT disappoint! The song choice was perfect and got everybody up dancing. It was the most fun I’ve ever had dancing at a wedding. I would hire Ultimate Sound again in a heart beat.

  Absolutely MADE Our Wedding!

  Words can’t even describe how thankful I am that we found Jim Powers of Ultimate Sound Professional Disc Jockey Services! He made the night absolutely perfect. Our wedding was a mix of both older and younger crowd, ranging from grand parents to teens, and he had everybody up and moving and having a genuinely fantastic time. Jim was great at reading the room and keeping the party going. When he noticed people dancing to song like Love Shack for example, (generally the older crowd), he kept it going by playing a few more throwback songs like ones from Grease. When he noticed the younger crowd up and moving he had more modern hip hop and pop songs going. I never once had to worry or really even think about the music because he took care of everything. I also must mention that he did a fantastic job announcing everybody. He also added in a little game for the centerpiece giveaway that had everybody laughing and having an amazing time. I’m so pleased and would highly highly HIGHLY suggest him in your wedding! Thank you Jim for making my special night so special!

  Just what we were looking for!

  James was a fantastic DJ for our wedding. He was able to take our requests, but also read the room and play music that got people up and dancing. He was very flexible for meeting times and places which made our lives easier in a hectic time. I cannot recommend James enough and would rehire him in a heartbeat for the next event we have that requires a DJ.

  Jim was a great DJ. He was always very easy to get in touch with, made us feel very comfortable, helped us pick songs, customized the introductions for some special circumstances we had, and was very thorough overall. Would highly recommend Ultimate Sound.
