  The wedding of our dreams

  Fatima was able to take our ideas, inspiration boards, and last minute calls and delivered a remarkable wedding. She took the time to truly understand our tastes, which was shown with every single vendor she recommended and option she suggested. On the wedding day Fatima and her team handled everything from managing all of the vendors and events to even contacting every single person involved with the wedding cake after we found out one of the guests had a specific food allergy.
  
  Fatima is the best, and we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding that truly felt like us.

  Best Wedding Planner

  Fatima was an absolute dream to work with. She created the most magical day for us. Her planning was top notch and absolutely all of her recommendations were spot on. She is a true master of her craft. From the location, to the photographer, flowers/decorations and make artists I could not have been happier. Our family and friends still talk about what a magical experience it was. I would HIGHLY recommend Fatima to EVERYONE. We planned the wedding from the US without ever doing a site visit or even meeting any of the vendors beforehand. We also only gave her 6-months to plan it and we kept changing the headcount. Fatima made sure we were comfortable with all decisions but honestly, there was nothing to even worry about. Everything was absolutely perfect. This is what planning a wedding should be like. Effortless. Allowing the couple to focus on what matters and Fatima will take care of the rest. I am truly astounded at what an incredible job she did. If you want to plan a wedding in Umbria, stop looking and go hire Fatima. You will not be disappointed.

  Fatima was wonderful

  Fatima is just the best! We decided to plan a wedding in Italy from California -- during Covid, no less. We knew we were biting off more than we could chew, but decided to roll with it and just have fun. Thank our lucky stars that we found Fatima to help us navigate the process. She is SO friendly and a joy to be around and talk to. Her excitement and passion for her work really makes it easy to plan with her, she really did feel like a dear friend when it was all said and done! But what really stuck out to us is that she is locally based in Umbria, she knows the vendors, she knows the relationships, and as a non-Italian, we cannot stress enough how important it was to have her insight and recommendations based on her local insight. So much of wedding planning and getting things done in Umbria was about the relationships -- thankfully we had Fatima in our corner, she saved us many times and we had the best day ever. Thank you so much Fatima for everything! Our only negative is that now we won't get to work with you anymore since our wedding went by so fast and is now over, :).

  We had a fantastic experience with Fatima, who runs Umbria Weddings and Events. After a short email describing what we were looking for, she came back immediately with three options which were all excellent. Very professional and calm, quick to answer emails and understanding. Highly recommended.

  To have a wedding in Italy was my dream and Fatima helped me to make it happen. For my greatest luck, I had the most professional, trust-worthy and very friendly wedding planner. I am very grateful that she did great job to assist us on our choices (catering, photographer, music band, venue and etc.) and handled every single aspect of the wedding with ease. Not only me and my husband had a great time but also our guests had an amazing time since she planned the leisure time apart from wedding too. I strongly recommend her to people who are looking for the destination wedding in Italy and especially in Umbria.

  I could.t recommend more Fatima and IW&E team!
  We decided to hire a local wedding planner from Umbria to plan our wedding as I am Italian,my husband comes from Russia and we live in Canada.
  She helped us with the full planning and everything was as I dreamed!
  She was kind and sweet all the time and helped us to get the best deals from suppliers and vendors as she proposed us many proffesionals from each required service.

  We absolutely loved working with Fatima of UW&E! She always listened our requests and responded according to our needs . It was essential to have someone in Italy to negotiate with vendors for us... As foreigner we never could have had such a perfect day without her invaluable assistance. She is sweet, professional, and always ready to give a hand!

  Fatima served us extremely well. We are US-based so she was flexible with our schedules to meet when worked for us. All her preparations were incredible - she provided plenty of additions and bonuses to the day that we had no idea were coming. She is EXTREMELY passionate about weddings! The only item I had any negative feedback about was day-off when things were to happen she wasn't more forthcoming such as grabbing the father-of-the-bride ahead of his dance rather than at the start of the dance, so there were some minor miscues that bothered me in the moment but were perhaps only apparent to me. I think all the positives and the bargain price made it well well worth going with her!

  My dream was to get married in Italy and my husband family lives in Gubbio Umbria.
