    Beautiful job!

    Kim was AMAZING! She totally understood my vision and did such a great job making our wedding ceremony and reception beautiful. She was so patient hearing all of my ideas and added such great pieces into the decor to make it look and feel exactly how I wanted it to. She set up on time, cleaned up super quickly and made it super easy and painless. So glad we had her help on such a hectic day, such a great job!

    Kim is an amazing person! She is so kind and had so many different options and ideas to help me figure out our decor. She was extremely patient with me, even when I kept changing my mind. She was a joy to work with and I look forward to working with her again!

    Kim Hardy is such a sweetheart to work with. She bends over backwards to make sure the bride (or whoever she's working with) is happy with the event decor. My wedding was absolutely gorgeous! She scouted the venue in advance to make sure she knew what she'd be working with, and everything came together beautifully. She even ordered additional materials for her store when she didn't have the right shade of blue I wanted for table runners. My cousin used her for her own wedding the year before mind and had a couple of complaints about how things were done, but I think it was likely an error in communication. My only personal complaint is that Kim was sometimes hard to get in touch with, which is truly understandable considering she was very busy with other events leading up to my wedding. I had to call and text a couple times to remind her that I still needed the quote she had promised me, and also had to remind her who I was when I was calling/texting. But in the end, everything was perfect. My guests loved how my wedding was decorated, so much so that a couple friends who are now planning their own events have called to ask me who my decorator was.

    It was beautiful and well done. They are a very popular decorator in south eastern Idaho, so they are really busy. I felt a little bit of pressure because of that. She had a busy schedule and made me feel like she was "fitting me in," even though I had started planning 4 months before the event. She was pleasent to work with though, and did an amazing job. I just suggest planning early and making sure you are flexible with her schedule.

    DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Extremely unprofessional!

    I was a bridesmaid for two weddings that hired this company to come decorate. They yelled at the bride in the first wedding, telling her that she couldn’t have things set up the way she wanted and that THE BRIDE needed to let them do their job. The bride was nice and timid when requesting things differently. In the second wedding we had just gotten our hair and makeup done and were in our robes when we noticed that none of the decorating outside in the barn venue had been done. We waited until about an hour before the ceremony and finally decided to jump in and get it done so that the brides day wouldn’t be ruined. We moved 4 BIG wooden barn tables out from the corner, if we hadn’t they would have blocked seating. We moved the cake table, card table, and gift table. The gift table was hidden outside of the venue on the far side of the barn, (not decorated) and where none of the guests would be. They sent two employees for the big venue, one of which sat with their baby the entire time. And for most of the time they were there, the other one sat on their phone! They didn’t start until we went out and started moving things. Which the owner yelled at the bride for wanting things moved to where the bride wanted them. She said we needed to cut the decorators slack as they were up late. As a business professional in wedding services myself, this is extremely unprofessional! If you are getting paid to do a job, you get it done and you do it right! Us bridesmaids were sweating off our makeup and ruining our hair, which we had just paid to get done and in our robes! We missed the getting ready photos with the bride so that we could decorate for them! Absolutely horrible service. The owner hung up on the bride when the bride contacted her letting her know her frustrations, she didn’t even ask for a refund, but just wanted to know her concerns. Unprofessional and her “expertise” is horrible!
