  These ladies we’re fabtastic. They even had breakfast items for us in the morning as well as a bag including bobby pins and a small hairspray!

  My bridesmaids and I went to united artists for hair and makeup for my wedding. The whole staff was great. Kristen did a fabulous job with my hair and makeup. I would definitely recommend united artists for your wedding day salon.

  United Artists was great - Carrie did my hair when I was a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding, and since she did such an amazing job then, I asked her to do my hair and makeup for the wedding. Carrie and Michael met us (bridal party) at our hotel the morning of the wedding and did hair and makeup for those that wanted it. They were great and we also had lots of fun talking with them (and lots of laughing) while we were all getting ready. Carrie also did my nails and the salon the day before. I would highly recommend United Artists (especially Carrie and Michael) for anyone.

  I am a little late but I wanted to make sure to let Carrie and the girls that traveled to Havre de Grace for my wedding that they all did such a great job! I was so happy with the work that you ladies did. I got my pictures not to long ago and my hair and makeup look great. My girls were really happy also! Thank you for being patient I know we were a hectic group!

  Kristin did my wedding hair and make-up as well as hair and make-up for some of my girls! She arrived early and was flexible with all the services! Kristin was willing to travel to Lancaster so that we could get ready at our hotel. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone!

  I have to start off saying that in the end the ladies doing my bridal parties hair and makeup did a wonderful job. But if I could do things again I would book elsewhere. The headache leading up to the wedding day and the disorganization and lack of communication I received was awful, and very short of professional. About 2-3 months before my wedding day, I was receiving weekly, sometimes daily, updates as to how my contract was changing. I was told that stylists kept quitting, and there were no plans of re-hiring, and the starting and ending times kept changing for my wedding day services. It was absolutely ridiculous and caused me so much added stress. In the end 2 of my bridesmaids had to go in 1 1/2 hours early just to keep us on schedule for the day. Also, when I booked the contact I had stated that I wanted false eyelashes added into the contract. Somehow, this never happened and I only found out the day of as I was having my hair and makeup done. I had paid for the total in advance up-front, so I told them to forget the eyelashes. The stylists proceeded to go around to my bridal party asking everyone if they wanted eyelashes, not telling anyone they would cost extra. (I had paid for my bridal party, and they were told the hair and makeup would be no cost to them). At the very end when we were leaving, my bridesmaids were stopped at told they owed money for the eyelashes. Thank goodness they all had brought money along, but needless to say I was very upset. Also, I made it very clear that myself and my mother needed to be the first ones in and the first ones done because the photographer needed us back at the house first to start taking pictures. Not only were my mother and I the very last to be greeted by our stylist, but they didn't start us until 9:50 and we were contracted to start at 9:30, and even told we should come in as early as 9AM, which I refused because we had some people in our party traveling pretty far to get there.
