  Awesome DJ!

  We couldn't be more happy with our decision to hire Upbeats DJ's for our wedding celebration. Doug entertained every idea we had and made sure that our day was exactly as we wanted it to be. Our venue coordinator loved working with him and said he was one of the best she's worked with. His set up is "rad" and he did a great job keeping the guests engaged. We highly recommend Upbeats DJ's!!!

  Would definitely recommend!

  Shaun did an amazing job. I was 0 percent helpful picking most of the songs for the entire day and he did great with picking the perfect songs. He made everything go super smooth, and communication before hand was great, too!

  Upbeats DJs

  We used UpbeatsDJs LLC for our recent wedding and they were phenomenal! The process was so easy and Doug was AMAZING!!! Doug did a great job setting up our mics for the reception and playing music for our cocktail hour. Also, so many people told us how fun the reception was and we always had people out on the dance floor! Incredible night thanks to Doug! I would highly recommend if you want people on the dance floor of all ages!!!

  Exceptional DJ That Does The Most for You!

  Upbeats DJ, Doug, and his team were exceptional in every way possible from the moment we booked them, the weeks leading up into the wedding, and throughout wedding day. Doug was always quick to respond when we had questions and always made us feel like a priority. He was very professional, but also extremely personable. He made sure that we didn’t feel as if we just hired a DJ, but that we hired someone that was going to ensure our day went as smooth as possible, while providing a personal touch that made everyone feel welcome, excited, and part of the celebration. Doug was also very thorough throughout the whole planning process. He started reaching out to us a few months before the wedding to start planning our timeline of the evening and made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted. We even threw some curveballs at him right before the wedding and he quickly adjusted his plan and setup to accommodate our changes. Our venue even commented to us that Doug was the most prepared DJ they had ever had. He worked with each of our other vendors to make sure they were all on the same page for every part of the evening. All of this, and we still haven’t gotten to the music, lights and dancing. Our whole evening was filled with music that we loved and music that everyone knew. Our dance floor was completely full the whole evening and that’s all due to how Doug created his sets. He curated the perfect mix of slow songs, dance songs, singing songs, old music, and new music. The lighting system they use is also fantastic. It creates an amazing atmosphere without interfering with the photographer’s and videographer’s lenses. I can only give the highest recommendation and praises to Doug and his team and would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

  Good Atmosphere with Outstanding Music

  We hired Upbeats DJ for our wedding. Our DJ, Jordan Hampton, did a great job with our ceremony, reception, and dancing. He set up a clip-on mic for our officiant, which was very helpful. The music throughout the happy hour and dinner was tasteful and appropriate. He also did a great job with the dancing music, and we got a lot of folks dancing. We all had a lovely time.

  As most are aware, there is a lot of stress with planning an event or wedding including LOTS of decisions that need to be made which can be extremely overwhelming at times. DJ Doug was very understanding and respectful of our vendor's timeline and my ever-changing mind regarding music choices. He would offer honest advice and suggestions which were very helpful to me in the planning process. DJ Doug is extremely organized and even provides you with a professional looking music itinerary as a keepsake. He is able to gage the audience and offers fun choices of games to entertain your guests and get everyone up moving and/or laughing! Do yourself a favor and check DJ off your list of vendors to find......you will NOT be disappointed booking with DJ Doug!

  DJ was the hit of our wedding!

  DJ was fantastic. From the booking through the last song everything was customized and planned perfectly for us. I high recommend the cloud dance and the games offered. The equipment was great to look at and sounded amazing. We even did a flash mob!

  Best Emcee and DJ in the Dayton area

  Upbeats Djs was our DJ at Ivory Meadows on August 7 2022. They were above fantastic. DJ Doug was our DJ along with Damien. The organization, the way that Doug Emced our night was remarkable. Then all the music that was played was a great mix of our requests plus songs that we never thought of and it all worked magically. Doug knows what he is doing and Upbeats Djs has been around for quite awhile. All I can say we are so glad we went with them and DJ Doug!

  Everyone danced all night

  DJ, Doug was the kid at our wedding reception. He knew just how to get my side of the family dancing. I know that was a challenge and they are a tough crowd. But it seem like everyone was on the floor dancing by the end of the night. Thank you Doug for giving us the best time.

  We were lucky a friend recommended Upbeats DJ/DJ Doug for our wedding. Doug was professional, courteous, and fun. He was responsive to our requests and added crowd-pleasers that kept the party going. He was flexible with the event time and traveled quite a distance to be with us. We received very positive feedback from guests about his lighting, setup, and music selections. I would highly recommend working with Upbeats DJ for your occasion.

  We loved using Upbeats for our wedding!! They were so easy to work with and so knowledgeable on everything as well! Our DJ was absolutely amazing! Our guests werent big dancers but he blew it out of the water! I had so many people come up to me raving about him all night long! We really appreciate everything he did to make our day so special!

  Dustin was the best!! Our dance floor was never empty, he made sure we (bride and groom) had everything we needed even drinks! He went above an beyond my expectations. I would recommend Dustin to everyone, even 2 days out we are still getting complements on him!!

  Wow!!! The company Upbeats DJs as a whole was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process! We had DJ Dustin for our DJ and my husband and I are so impressed we wish we could rate him 10 stars!! He helped us through the planning process and gave us advice on specific song selections. At the reception, Dustin went above and beyond- from helping me through the food line, making sure my wedding party all had drinks, to helping teach the line dances… Dustin was absolutely amazing! DJ Dustin was great at reading the room and correlating the music to the time of evening. DJ Dustin was the best DJ we have ever seen!!   DJ Dustin was absolutely phenomenal! We couldn't have asked for a better addition to our wedding. From the smallest of intricacies that we couldn't have thought of on our own to the largest and most important instances of the night Dustin was there for us. When we asked Doug about it, he wasn't helpful in coordinating file type or size- he didn't seem to think it was even possible. As soon as we started talking with our events DJ- Dustin, everything flowed so much smoother, and if I could give him more than five stars I would. He was invaluable when helping plan the wedding, he even offered to help me finalize the centerpiece designs for our guest tables. At the event, he was wonderful at reading the room to know when to transition from upbeat music to slow music or line dances- and even joined in on the line dances to show everybody how they were done. When it was time for dinner, he ran up and insisted on holding my (the bride's) plate for me, and went to the bar on my behalf to get my drinks. Doug was very easy to work with and provided a great amount of flexibility for us as the date of our wedding changed several times due to the pandemic. Doug did a fantastic job providing music and tech for our outdoor wedding ceremony. He provided all the necessary equipment for our guests to hear the music we chose and every word of our wedding ceremony with the somewhat noisy background as our wedding was held on The Banks in downtown Cincinnati. Doug totally rocked our wedding reception! I was happy Doug solicited interest from us on the music we wanted to play but also had a fantastic playlist to keep our guests on the dance floor getting down to their favorite songs of yesterday and today! Doug is such a professional, and an all-around good guy. During our final venue walkthrough he used his expertise to provide recommendations on lighting that would make the space even more amazing on our special night! I highly recommend booking DJ Doug for your event, 10/10!
