  Beautiful, clean, professional, we had great time we were on time couldn’t ask for anything more special .

  Mr Charles took us in after the formal limo driver car broke down. We called two weeks before the event. He was on time, nice, and very professional.

  This limousine company was extremely professional. I found them for a bargain and had a pretty strange request about time of service but they were more than willing to oblige. I spoke to many limousine services in and around the charlotte area and knew I'd made the right decision the moment I saw the vehicle. I would recommend them hands down.   who wouldn't want a limo for their big day? we had so much fun riding thru downtown and also our driver made it even more fun with a fully loaded limo of drinks and strawberries. truly amazing!

  Having Uptown Limousine as my wedding party's transportation was a gift for my husband and I, to which we were extremely grateful for but we honestly were and are displeased in every way possible and would have rather not had the headache. Please know that I am not a picky or hard to please person, in fact the opposite, however, I feel compelled to share my experiences. Here is what happened: our limo driver was over 20 minutes late picking my wedding party up which forced half of my wedding party to take a bus to the venue despite my wedding coordinator sending a detailed and color coded schedule for them. When the driver finally arrived, we only had enough time for one trip, and that was not smooth sailing to say the least. The driver showed up looking extremely unprofessional and did not know how to turn the A/C on in the back so it was extremely hot and stifling, she spent another 10 minutes trying to figure it out and even said it was her first time driving the vehicle. The driver got us lost and made us late to my ceremony. Granted the owner did not charge for the pick up in an effort to make up for the disaster earlier on...it was still an unpleasant way to start the festivities. I personally would not use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Prices were good, although I did not shop around for different prices...
