We found VIP Shuttle very last minute and they ended up being one of my favorite vendors for my wedding! Jermaine and his staff were true professionals: HIGHLY organized, very communicative, on point, on time and even had a cool app that lets you know exactly where they are at any given time to ease your worry. As a bride with a lot to worry about, it was the biggest relief to know we didn't have to worry if they could handle our complicated logistics as they provided transportation for both the wedding party and hotel guests from multiple locations over almost a full day time period. I will even add, they took special care of my grandparents to make sure they were able to get into the shuttle comfortably at the end of the night and they were truly impressed, which speaks volumes. Their shuttles were comfortable and truly a great value! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable wedding transportation! -

V.I.P. Shuttle L.L.C. really made our wedding party and guests feel like VIPs. Jermaine scheduled multiple calls leading up to the big day to make sure we had the correct routes and schedule in place. His team arrived early on the day of the wedding and were very accommodating while chauffeuring us around for pictures and to the venue. The unlimited rides allowed us to focus entirely on the day and less on the time. Without the support and excellent service of Jermaine and his team, the day certainly wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. We really appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend V.I.P. Shuttle L.L.C. for your party’s transportation needs. -

Our bus service for our wedding was VIP Shuttle. They did a good job. We had some problems, the driver did not show up on time--almost making us late for pictures. We told him to be at the venue at the end of the night at 10 and he showed up at 1045--making our guests wait. We were also promised champaign toast on the shuttle and never got it. It was overall a good value all things considered, but there were some problems.V.I.P. SHUTTLE L.L.C.'s reply:
Hello Kayla,
I do apologize for any mishaps that you feel were wrong, I did just check the GPS and footage for your driver for that day. Just to sum some things up when speaking to your husband we offered for the shuttle to arrive 15 minutes early but he declined and said he does not need it there until noon sharp so you guys can keep that extra time for later at night. And upon checking the drivers GPS and coordinates he arrived exactly at 12 noon to get the guys. When it came to the girls pick up I see that the driver sat at the residence for approximately an extra 17 minutes as he was told you guys were not ready so he sat and waited so he was on time for that pick up as well. As far as the end of the night the GPS coordinates also shows that he was at the venue and camera footage shows two guest getting on the shuttle around 9:40 PM and then the shuttle departed a little after 10 PM with him soon returning.
Your husband also concluded with an email to get a final copy of the bill and advised all services were rendered and everything went well, I’m very shocked to see this review and again I do apologize about the champagne, not all of our clients drink and it was not disclosed on whom would like to receive the champagne.
