  Vail Concepts Catering were the caterer for our venue, Camp Hale. The food was delicious. Everyone raved about the passed appetizers and the buffet. We had a few vegan guests, and they offered plated meals for them. They said it was the best vegan food they've ever had at a wedding! We were so pleased with their service.

  We hired Chef Eric and his team at Vail Catering Concepts for our winter wedding reception with 100 guests at the Donovan Pavilion and we could not have been happier. Chef Eric was so patient, flexible, and incredibly responsive working with us in the months and days leading up to our event. My husband has a gluten allergy and he worked with us to craft an absolutely delicious entirely gluten free meal. The guests at our wedding were raving about how delicious the meal was - the best they have ever had at a wedding. They were so amazed that the team was able to deliver such beautifully cooked beef tenderloin for so many people in such a short amount of time! Service was perfect - there was no waiting for food or drink. Thank you so much Eric for being so easy to work with and giving us such a memorable reception!

  Fabulous! Chef Eric has catered for our wedding anniversary and birthday for the last two years. He made it all very easy for me. Proposed a fine, diverse and well balanced appetizer menu. Food was fabulous , staff did a great job and our guests loved it all. Well organized, very professional, food delicious and fine as well.

  We hired Chef Eric Berg owner of Vail Catering Concepts to cater our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the quality,creativity, and the preparation of the food. The presentation and the service were outstanding. Many of our guests were from New York City and very familiar with fine cuisine. They ALL raved about the food! Eric did everything he promised and more. I don’t have enough words to adequately praise Chef Eric and his staff for the wonderful job they did. Eric is truely a gifted Chef.

  Eric is the only choice if you are having a wedding or event in vail. He wowed us from our initial meeting and we continued to be impressed through the whole process. He is a little hard to get a hold of when wedding season starts but don't be scared... he's working his magic. Our wedding food was out of this world!!!! We had several people comment on the quality of the food. The portions were hearty as well. He was also flexible with ideas... we wanted brownies and ice cream with peanut butter sauce and he did a great job!
