  Food was excellent and staff very professional. Asked for Blue Cheese on the side of my salad but it was on the salad instead, staff very willing to fix the problem with out complaint. All of our guests loved the food and enjoyed the friendly staff. No issues at all with this company. Food was hot and ready when it was time to eat. Chicken was very moist not dry like a lot of other catering places. Thanks for a great dining experience.

  Working with Valley Catering was just perfect. The people are all so friendly and accommodating, and the food is just amazing. Planning was a breeze, and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding, they were on top of everything! Everyone loved it, and we are so pleased.

  Valley Catering was extremely helpful when working with me on my budget. They have a number of food choices for the same pricing. Everything was healthy, fresh and the staff were fantastic to work with at the wedding. The left overs were so good we ate them for days. Excellent!

  We were super happy with our choice! Valley catering did our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing! They sent two caterers which assured with serving and while we were eating. As I am gluten free it was really important for me to find someone that actually understands the importance of gf food prep. They made lovely little signs to show what everything was. Warmers kept the food at a perfect temp. They also brought out lemonade and stumpy own coffee (so I was sold!!) I can't get over how good the food was and how wonderful the servers were! As a side note, the bill was pretty high, but we did have 50 people and I did check other caterers procing which would have been very comparable in pricing.

  We recently had Valley Catering cater our wedding. They were extremely easy to work with. I sent many different emails back and forth before everything was solidified and Erika was she was very prompt at getting back information to me. The day of, they were all very friendly and helpful. The food was great..just as we had expected and everything that we asked for. Very reasonably priced and we received lots of compliments. I would definitely hire Valley Catering to do another big event for us.

  They were great. They did a lovely job. I'm glad we got catering and I'm glad we got it from them. They even give the bride and groom a little to go bag. They served the drinks and they cut the cake/served it.

  Oh my goodness, they have some of the best food I've ever had at a wedding! During my search for a reception hall and caterer (my ceremony was held at my church) the lowest price I could find was $45 per guest. With Valley Catering it was about $24 per guest which included appetizers added on.

  Very attentive staff. Valley Catering, and the Adair Clubhouse in general, was extremely affordable, the food was delicious, and it was a great size for our wedding (approximately 85 people).
  
  Although it was an extremely affordable place, I feel that we did NOT give up on quality of service, atmosphere, or food. I also generally enjoyed working with the staff. They really cared about our experience, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend, no matter what your budget is.

  Great service, great food, and the people that served at the wedding were so nice.
  There are so many options with the catering plans. We had a keg too if anyone is interested. They have "tasting parties" every once in a while so you can try out their items. We did the January one for the new menus for 2012. Smart idea. We had awesome food.

  Valley Catering did an amazing job with our reception dinner. For us, the most important elements of the reception were food & wine. Valley crafted a delicious dinner that left all our guests craving more.
  
  I had a REALLY bad time with another local caterer who spent 6 months going back & forth giving us little to no new information. I'd finally had enough & reached out to Raina at Valley Catering. Within a week she had put together our dream menu and included my grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters I'd been dreaming of. She was patient when we changed our mind about one of the side dishes at the last minute and she worked with food allergies and vegetarians without hesitation.
  
  The food was AMAZING. Our venue did not have a heating source (stove/grill etc) so how they made this food so delicious after traveling from their kitchen to the venue I have no idea but it was GOOD. The staff was fun and friendly and they worked around a few curve balls that were thrown at them that day. They seem to be the biggest caterer in Corvallis & I was worried that they weren't "gourmet" enough for my "foodie-ness" but I'm so glad I put that aside. I would HIGHLY recommend Raina & Valley Catering.

  I loved working with the folks at Valley Catering! They know what they are doing and they do it really well. The food was excellent (we had a small, afternoon wedding so they served a buffet-style lunch, with trays of sliced meats and cheeses for sandwiches and several different side dishes). They even boxed up all the extras for us to take home if we wanted, so we decided to host an impromtu lunch with the out-of-town relatives the next day at our house and everyone loved it! I was very touched with how thoughtful they were, both during the planning phases and on the wedding day.

  I loved working with the folks at Valley Catering! They know what they are doing and they do it really well.   Valley Catering was a great wedding venue! They offer different price packages to fit your budget and the venue is so lush with flowers that by early may the entire patio area is practically decorated for you. It is the perfect place for a medium wedding (I had about 100 people -- it filled the space nicely). Also the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are vegan, but none of our friends or family are even vegetarian! Valley catering made all the vegetables and side dishes vegan for us (we opted to serve meat as well or else they may have been mutiny). Overall the experience was absolutely great. It would not be the same without their wedding coordinator Raina. She was absolutely fabulous! She even came to the Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner (both which were at other venues) to help us out with all of the details since my father officiated the ceremony. She is the type of planner that is a rare find and absolutely a delight to work with!
  
  The only downside is that alcohol can only be served for a max of four hours (Oregon has very strong liquor laws) -- however, this is one of the very few wedding venues I could find that even served hard alcohol or any alcohol at all. Also, although there is no actual noise ordinance (that I am aware of), neighbors surrounding the venue have (and did) complained about noise. I would recommend keeping the DJ and the Dancing inside if you want the party to go late.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend Valley Catering for a wedding venue. The staff was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the wedding planning/organizing skills of Raina are unsurpassed.

  With 190 guests, we knew we needed an efficient crew to make sure everyone was fed in a timely manner. Valley Catering absolutely delivered! We chose a taco bar (including one of my favorite vegetarian options I’ve ever had) and our guests got through super quick and there was plenty of food. Valley catering worked in tandem with our venue to keep to our schedule and I appreciate their local touch.
  
  As with all vendors, just make sure to pay attention to the invoices and ask questions if you have them. Valley Catering helped explain the invoice and answer our questions when we had them.
