  Felt like a home away from home

  The Vanderbilt was the perfect place to host our intimate wedding. We wanted our celebration to feel like a comfortable, upscale dinner party and the venue absolutely delivered. We had our ceremony poolside and cocktail hour and dinner in the garden. From the set up, to the excellent food, to the staff - everything made us feel at home. Although there were some staffing changes while we were planning, the hand-off between venue coordinators was seamless and everyone was responsive. Our guests loved the newly renovated and designed interiors. We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat.

  Magical and elegant

  The Vanderbilt exceeded my expectations, it was truly a beautiful and magical experience. The space was perfect for us and the staff were warm and so helpful! The garden, layout and setting was a stunning backdrop to our intimate wedding. And their constant and quick communication was a great help in the planning process. I, and all our guests truly enjoyed our evening!

  Wonderful event team!

  Sandhya and her team were amazing! On July 1 2021, we held a pre-wedding 30-person family dinner here at the Conservatory and had Indian catering delivered, along with a henna artist for our family guests. Sandhya was incredibly helpful during the planning process - made sure all of our details were taken care of while also being very accommodating for our needs. On the day-of, she and her entire team were so attentive and thoughtful - I felt like royalty as the to-be bride! Thank you for helping us create such lovely memories!

  Highly recommend

  Sandhya and her team were such a pleasure to work with for our wedding rehearsal. She was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.
  She even printed and made us a beautiful frame with newport sand as a wedding gift. Way above and beyond all that was expected! Highly recommend using them for your next event!!

  Sandhya saved the day !!!

  Planning our bridal luncheon was difficult due to multiple change of staff over the year 2020-2021 since we booked the Vanderbilt for event .
  However once Sandhya was hired a month before our event, the experience was wonderful . She made the difference as she seemed to care a lot in making it go well for us.
  All was perfect . Staff was commendable and the food was excellent.

  Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

  We had such a magical wedding experience with the Vanderbilt Auberge. The hotel itself is impeccable with its old world charm and attention to details but the staff are who really made our experience out of this world - Sandhya made planning so smooth and ensured our vision came to life. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure each guest had a memorable experience - we cannot thank you enough! Cannot recommend more!

  First Class!

  The Vanderbilt was the first choice for our wedding reception, as it’s an incredibly beautiful venue right in our backyard. It provided us with the intimate, timeless celebration we had envisioned. We were able to plan our wedding in 6 short weeks with the help and organization of the team. The whole process was truly a dream come true and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision.
  
  Sandhya was wonderful to work with. She was unbelievably kind, ultra responsive and didn’t miss a beat in helping us plan our big day. We really couldn’t have done it without her- and still to this day when we think about our wedding, we think about how she was such a big part of it and could not be more grateful. And the entire staff at the hotel is first class and were truly amazing throughout. All of our family and friends still rave about how outstanding the food and service was and how well they were treated by the staff at our wedding. Everything was beyond expectation. Even when my Wife and I have returned to The Vanderbilt on occasion for a random dinner or drink, everyone there knows our name and we receive the royal treatment (thanks Sarah!). We couldn’t recommend the Vanderbilt enough!

  A magical evening

  With all the changes Covid threw at us the last 2 years, the Vanderbilt ended up being the flawless event we had hoped for - and the one thing that was seamlessly executed (despite several different POCs, site changes, etc) and we were touched by the personal attention given - details that I didn't request were noticeably present and beautiful. We ended up working with Sandhya the most, and she definitely delivered, absolutely making up for the previous stresses that were caused by no fault other than the pandemic. We walked away ultimately wishing she had a bigger role in our wedding coordinating!

  With all the changes Covid threw at us the last 2 years, the Vanderbilt ended up being the flawless event we had hoped for - and the one thing that was seamlessly executed (despite several different POCs, site changes, etc) and we were touched by the personal attention given - details that I didn't request were noticeably present and beautiful.
