  The BEST Luxury Wedding Planner in Greece

  If you’re looking for a wedding planner in Greece, look no further. We are based in the US and planning a wedding abroad can be difficult, especially since I don’t speak Greek. But Vicky was AMAZING. She is able to see the big picture but also get into the nitty gritty details of your special day. Vicky was always on the same page as us about our wants and vision for our wedding day. She fought on our side through some challenging vendor issues and always made sure our best interests were taken into account with every communication and decision. I had 0 worries about anything on our actual wedding day because I knew Vicky was at the venue and dealing with all set up, vendors, the timeline and all the guests. The set up was even better than imagined - Vicky really listened to what we wanted to experience and see on our wedding day.

  Can't recommend Vicky enough! Vicky made our wedding planning experience stress free and enjoyable, which is exactly what you want when planning an abroad wedding.
  She went above and beyond to make our dreams come true but always considered our budget and what was important to us personally.
  Communication is amazing, Vicky was always there to answer any questions we had and we looked forward to our online meetings and always finished them feeling super excited.
  On the actual day Vicky was there to make sure everything went perfectly and smooth. The whole day ran like absolute clock work, Vicky is so professional and we did not have to worry about a single thing!

  We cannot thank Vicky enough for helping us with coordinating our amazing wedding day. We didn’t feel we needed a planner but would highly recommend having at least a coordinator on the day to avoid any stress on the day for you and the groom. Vicky was very professional and helped us with a great timeline for the day, arranging our vendors on the day and making sure the day ran smoothly. The day was amazing and ran so smoothly! 😊

  We booked Vicky for our vineyard wedding in Corfu Greece months in advance so we had plenty time to plan and organize every wish of ours. She did an absolutely amazing job and we loved the result!! Vicky is really dedicated on her job and trying her best to accomplish every single personal needs we had. She is kind, hard worker, trustful and really organized. She had timetables and timelines to ensure a smooth process, guided us on the best outcome based on her experience and her amazing esthetics. Vendor team she proposed were really professionals with great collaboration. She knows what a venue needs so your day will look special even if other events happened there before. From her first email to the moodboard and execution of the event she was amazing and supportive. Everyone told us how beautiful was everything and how impeccable was their experience. The result was even better than what we thought about. We can't recommend her enough. If you trust her and her ideas you will have the most wonderful time of your life and will worth it.   The Most Professional and Caring Planner in Greece!

  Vicky is one of the kindest and hardest working people I have ever met.
  
  Over the course of one year, Vicky and I had meetings to plan the perfect wedding day. Every meeting was effortless and fun, always with laughs and sharing visions of how we could make my wedding day one to remember. She is incredibly organized and has beautiful taste and style. All of her ideas were catered to my own tastes as a bride, and I felt special and unique while she crafted mood boards and briefs specifically for me. I never felt any pressure or animosity from Vicky. She is extremely easy going and if I wanted to change something during the process or go a different route, she was supportive and helpful in finding a solution.
  
  Vicky really listens to you and wants the wedding to be about you, not her. She is not interested in showing off or proving that she is the best planner in the industry - her work ethic and attitude and love for the job makes her the professional that she is. The work speaks for itself. She wants to help couples live out a real life fairytale as she did on her wedding day with her husband. Vicky’s incredible experience on her own wedding day inspires her to help others feel that same magic. This is something that is extremely rare to find and is just so genuine.   Our magical wedding experience!

  We hired Vicky for our island wedding (Sifnos, Greece) in the summer of 2022. With only about 7 months to plan the wedding, she did an absolutely amazing job!!
  
  She was always in contact with us and adhering to all of our requests at any time we needed. She was easy to talk to and understood all of our needs from the very get go.
  
  She helped with everything, even down to finding the perfect Island for us to host the wedding even without having experience with the specific island beforehand. She really pulled off an amazing event, putting together the right decorations, flowers, vendors, location, etc. Our wedding had people coming from far and wide, with a mix of many cultures and Vicky was able to perfectly accompany all the different traditions.
  
  We highly recommend her services, as she will work her absolute hardest to make your special day go as smoothly as possible and to be the most memorable ever. She takes great pride in her work and that shows in the results.
  
  We could definitely not have planned this without her help, nor would we have been able to relax as much as we did during the day, as she was completely in control and made sure everything went as planned.

  Boho Christening

  Even though our little daughter's christening took place under certain social measures for covid-19 everything ran smoothly...Vicky and her crew organised all the details and our day turned to be pretty amazing despite the fact that we had just a few guests and no dancing!! The decoration was lovely, the candy table gorgeous, the favors were unique and everyone loved them and last but not least all the pastries were extremely delicious ! !
  That was the second event Vicky coordinates for us and we're very happy with her work..Highly reccomended..

  I was in awe when I stepped into the ceremony location for the first time, I have to admit. I mean, I know we had mood boards, schedules, and floor plans throughout the planning process, but oh my God, I could never have pictured it as magical as it was!From the beginning Vicky was consummate professional. After reaching out her company she informed us for everything and she won us with her vision and professionalism. Vicky herself took the lead for our wedding and thought of everything creating the most beautiful mood board we ever imagined for our special day. She understood our vision and personal style and did her magic due a covid-19 season to make it happen. She picked out selections of vendors, provided guidance and a stress free process.   Our princess baptism it was just perfect! We got an amazing and beautiful result. Invitations, favors, the custom made dress, organization, candy bar, flowers, decoration, timings...everything it was great.
