  Vinny was amazing. From the first message I sent him, he was extremely kind and always responsive. He arrived with plenty of time to get ready. The mozzarella was phenomenal. Guests are still raving about the quality of his food! I would highly recommend Vinny for your cocktail hour!!!

  An absolute must!

  My wife and I heard nonstop compliments about Vinny! Not only was his food and service excellent, he was polite and engaging with guests making them feel welcome. When my wife and I finally had a moment to eat we didn’t have to wait one second! Vinny already had a plate waiting for us! A true class act and a must have at every wedding!

  The Best Cheese Ever!!

  Hiring Vinny for our cocktail hour is one of our favorite wedding decisions! Many of our loved ones enjoyed watching him at work, and everyone was blown away by how fresh and delicious the mozzarella was! Not only was his food incredible, but Vinny is so kind, straightforward, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to add something deliciously unique to their special day! I know I’ll be dreaming of that cheese for years to come

  We recently hired Vinnie Mozzarella for my son’s wedding - Absolutely incredible!! My family is a bunch of tough critics when it comes to mozz and Vinnie exceeded our expectations!! Mozz, prosciutto , and breads were to die for- everyone totally enjoyed it!! I highly recommend him for the cocktail hour. His great personality goes along with his presentation. You will be so happy if you hire him!!

  The Hit of the Cocktail Hour

  We recently hired Vinny Mozzarella for our daughter's wedding and could not have been more impressed and amazed with the experience. Communication was easy and always responsive. The whole process was very simple and convenient and the quality was OUTSTANDING!!! The mozzarella and prosciutto were "to die for" and was the highlight of the cocktail hour. If you want the best - you can't go wrong with Vinny !!! 5-Stars All The Way!!

  The most amazing addition to our wedding

  Vinny was by far the best addition to our wedding. Not only is his food delicious he is also the nicest man and was so attentive to my husband and I. Cocktail hours can be crazy when you are the newlyweds, but Vinny made sure we had plenty of Mozzarella and Prosciutto the entire time. EVEN DURING PICTURES. Vinny was easy to talk to while planning and more than accommodating. 5 stars feels like too few =) We love you Vinny!!!

  Vinny Mozzarella is the perfect addition to any wedding! Our guests raved about his food and said he was the best part of the day. We highly recommend choosing Vinny to make the best day even better. My wife and I were taking an endless amount pictures and starting to feel it when Vinny showed up with a tray of prosciutto to save us. He is a true professional and his services are a great way to have your day stand out, we highly recommend Vinny Mozz!!

  Vinny was a hit!! Days later and people are still talking about “the mozzarella guy”, even towards the end of the cocktail hour he started walking around making sure everybody got a bite. He was also super nice and easy to work with. 10/10 for sure!!

From the moment of our first contact, he was professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and very passionate about his product and service. He did not disappoint and delivered on every front! He arrived early for set-up and was well-prepared with plenty of food. His presentation was a show that both entertained and mesmerized everyone, including our meticulous, culinary trained guests. He posed for photos, answered any and all questions of the curious onlookers, and made sure the bride and groom got as much mozzarella and prosciutto that they wanted.   He’s the best! One of my most favorite moments of our wedding was when we were outside doing our first look, and looked inside seeing our friends and family watching, along with Vinny!!
  
  Words can not explain how amazing he is! I knew he would be the biggest hit of the night! His mozzarella, prosciutto, and assorted breads were to die for. And it helps that he’s the sweetest human! My family is trying to think of upcoming parties where we can hire him again! You will not regret having him part of your special day!

  People always have a regular cheese spread at a birthday or house function so why have it on your Wedding day? This isn’t that type of spread , it’s a production!

  Vinny is absolutely amazing and his mozzarella will please any traditional Italian family and others !!! He’s friendly, responsive to communications and most importantly of all his product brought me back to the Hills of Italy !!! Very highly recommended, I’d give him 10 stars !!!!!

  Incredibly happy with the product and experience !

  The best decision ever to wow your guests! As the bride, this was the one thing I made sure to eat during cocktail hour and wow it was so good! Guests are still talking about this enhanced station at cocktail hour. Vinny really puts on a show and interacts with the guests. We are so grateful for everything Vinny did to make sure our wedding was one to remember ! We are looking forward to using him at future life events (big or small!)

  The best decision ever to wow your guests! As the bride, this was the one thing I made sure to eat during cocktail hour and wow it was so good! Guests are still talking about this enhanced station at cocktail hour. Vinny really puts on a show and interacts with the guests. We are so grateful for everything Vinny did to make sure our wedding was one to remember ! We are looking forward to using him at future life events (big or small!)

  Hire them!

  Vinny & his brother are the best!!! They traveled all the was to MD from NY just for our wedding. They had a beautiful set up. The mozzarella is SO FRESH and SO GOOD!!! Prosciutto slicer on site is next level. It was a hit. Highly recommend!!!!

  Vinny Mozzarella was the highlight of our cocktail hour! Delicious fresh mozzarella and prosciutto topped with an incredible balsamic glaze or olive oil. Every guest we had said they couldn’t believe how delicious and fresh it was! Dinner and a show! Vinny hand rolls each boccoccini to order for guests and hand cranks the Italian prosciutto sliced! Thank you to Vinny and Eddy for a truly amazing experience! We will be looking for what other events we can have them at besides our wedding!! A true highlight of the day for two mozzarella lovers! Vinny and Edward are both such gentleman with an incredible passion for the finer Italian delicacies!
