    Beckie and her team were incredible. We rented out a fair portion of their inventory and she was so easy to work with. She was flexible on our dates, knowing that we were quite a ways away. When our friends who were supposed to help load and unload bailed at the last minute, she and her team were there to help us make it go faster. She cares for her inventory incredibly well and it's worth every penny you spend. My guests were raving about how they felt like they were in a special little fairy tale - it was so unique and different. It was a lot of work but it was so worth it, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

    We worked with Beckie to enhance our outdoor wedding venue in Snohomish. She was amazing from the very beginning and provided ideas to make our day even more special. Her inventory of antique pieces offers a unique touch that you cannot find from your standard rental place.

    Becki and Team were such a pleasure to work with! Our décor was so romantic, it was the perfect touch to our wedding day! They setup and even installed the hookup for our lighting. Hands down the best to work with.

    I am so pleased with how our rentals for our wedding really contributed to the beauty of the event! Beckie has such an amazing assortment of specialty rentals that you can find just about anything to make your wedding or event that much more special. I would recommend her company/services to anyone looking to elevate their concept. She is wonderful to work with and is so accommodating!

    Vintage Ambiance’s rental products were an amazing addition to our wedding. We rented wooden baskets, tea cups, mirrors, and items I'm sure blended into the flowers and space which I took for granted as the groom. What was amazing about the rentals is that the items were the owner’s mother’s which has significant sentimental value, but in consideration for her mother's memory she choses to share the items with others. The range of items to rent, the authenticity and accessibility were perfect for our wedding - and any wedding really. The items really made the “ambiance” something special, and I am so very grateful for this service.

    Words cannot express how much I love Vintage Ambiance and how thankful I am to have them be my rental vendor. I was given their information by the lady who runs my venue and am so happy I contacted them. They have the most amazing items! I went with my fiance, mom and my two daughters to view all that they had and Amy met us with much enthusiasm. She let us look around and gave us ideas on different items we could use. We picked out a couple but having not been to the venue in many months we were having difficulty picking everything out. We went back a few weeks later after looking at the venue again and picked out even more stuff!! If that wasn't enough, my mom and aunt went back a third time to finalize things. Amy was so great in letting us come back so many times! Becky and Amy are both so sweet and great to talk with. Quick communication, amazing items and wonderful people. I would recommend any vintage lover to use them!

    Thank you for the wonderful job you and your team did at Axis, Pioneer Square, for our daughter's wedding in April. The metamorphosis was incredible and all the guests were delighted with the venue. The bride and groom were pleased beyond words that their vision was even better than they expected.

    I'm absolutely amazed that you managed the transformation in such a short period of time and so calmly. The fact that you took care of the delivery, setup, and the takedown was an added, much-appreciated bonus. Your treasures couldn't have been more perfect and the selection available was outstanding. You made the event truly memorable and unique and you and your team were a pleasure to work with.

    Vintage Ambiance is amazing! Our wedding coordinator suggested a lounge-type set-up for our wedding, instead of tables and chairs. I was skeptical of how put together that could look but she recommended Vintage Ambiance and it was spot on. I went to the warehouse to see all the stuff she had and pointed out some pieces that I liked. However, I left it entirely up to Beckie to select the pieces for the wedding and she did an amazing job. I was worried about getting to into the “shabby-chic” look and told Beckie that so she worked to make it more “vintage-elegant” and it was amazing. So many of our guests said that the set-up was perfect and really lent itself to a very welcoming and relaxed feeling. I didn’t go to our wedding venue until I walked down the aisle and left it to Beckie and our wedding coordinator to set up the room. They did a perfect job. The space felt bigger, even with all the people in there. I would definitely recommend Beckie and Vintage Ambiance to anyone.

    This was the perfect vendor for our vintage themed wedding. Beckie is super easy to work with, just schedule a time, pick the pieces you'd like and she delivers on time and picks it up afterwards. We were coming from out-of-state for our wedding and had a short turn around time and she was great about letting us pick out pieces the week of the wedding.

    Becky was a recommendation by my Day-Of planner to rent vintage Champagne Coupe's. She was responsive, and while not the lowest price per glass, was incredibly reasonable when factoring in delivery and pickup. We had a perfect mix of gold rimmed vintage coupe's for our champagne toast and I'd absolutely rent from her again!

    Beautiful Furniture

    We absolutely loved everything that we rented from vintage ambiance! We rented our plates, glasses, loveseat for the sweethearts table, bar, and some suitcases. Everything arrived in amazing condition and was even more beautiful in person. Our only issue is that they arrived about 3 hours later than our drop off time which caused a bit of a panic. Luckily they showed up in time for us to set up before guests arrived and we were very happy with what was delivered.

    I worked with Beckie to create centerpieces and signage for my wedding and was beyond happy with the results. Our wedding was in a garden and had an old world french theme to it so using her vintage accents was absolutely perfect. For the centerpieces, I rented cigar and jewelry boxes (which we filled with pictures), stacks of books, and votives. Since I planned our wedding long distance, I met with Becki only a mere 10 days before the wedding to select and rent all the items. She was totally cool and easy going about it all though. After calling, I met with her the next day at her storage facility and after showing me around, left me to my own devices (which I loved). She billed me through Paypal (all in all, it cost less than $10/table) and I returned the items the Monday after the wedding. Thanks for all your help Beckie, you truly helped make our day very special!

    Not so Helpful out of general Bellevue/Seattle Area

    Sorry South of Seattle residents during summer. Hire your own rental truck and take off work to maneuver through traffic.

    I loved the idea of this business and their rates are great. I was really looking forward to using the items I had booked. Unfortunately I never actually got to benefit from their services and still lost $297 to them.

    They have a fairly limited delivery range, which limits the range of customers that can enjoy this service. Due to work conflicts my spouse was out of town at the time of my event and I had no additional help to drive the hour up to Bellevue to pick up up my rental furniture. I was returning from Oregon the day before my event. I even attempted to hire a service which also did not work out. I contacted the company and communicated my inability to pick up the reservation.They were unfortunately, unable to help.

    I called asking if any refund was possible. I was told no, that refunds were only issued 4 weeks out. My reservation was made within the 4 week window. Typically I understand a policy such as this. But realistically it's arbitrary. At the end of the day I had circumstances that didn't allow me to pick up the reservation. Vintage Ambiance provided me no service but still profits $297 dollars. This is just bad business and not a good look. I will not seek to use them again as much as I originally liked the idea of them.

    Vintage Ambiance's reply:

    I'm sorry that you were disappointed. We've been told that we have an extremely generous refund policy amongst wedding vendors but unfortunately, it doesn't cover cancelation the day prior to your wedding. We do provide full delivery services to our south end customers. However, you requested Will Call, and it's unfortunate that you were unable to secure transportation.
