  Very professional!

  From our engagement session to after the wedding, they had great service, communication and we loved all of our photos! 🖤 Quick to pose my wedding party and me since it was about 40° or less that day!!! Was very professional and of course beautiful work! Definitely recommend!

  Super talented and sweet photographer

  Yvette and her team are very professional, and we felt very comfortable around them! She knows how to pose my husband and I and works very fast, but not in a rushed way. We were falling behind in our timeline and yvette helped get us back on track! 🙌🙏 so so happy with our photos!

  Yvette was amazing! Her pictures were amazing, she is very creative and knows how to get the perfect picture! I loved working with her, she helped make everything we wanted work with our budget and much more!! My husband and I cant wait to decorate our whole house with nothing but these pictures from our wedding! We will be using Yvette any time we need a photographer and will highly recommend her to any one we know that needs some beautiful pictures done!

  Yvette was wonderful to work with! We had her for 6 hours at our wedding, and we had an amazing experience. We got our pictures quickly after the wedding, and they were absolutely beautiful. She made it all look natural and gorgeous. During the wedding, our family all commented on how Yvette was in so many places at once taking pictures of all the wonderful moments. I would recommend Yvette to anyone looking for a personable, professional, and talented photographer.

  Hire someone who actually cares about you special day and about you and your husband!

  I literally posted this review on every platform cause i felt like i got screwed over for the price - I wrote this in tears. This whole experience was impersonal and careless. Lack of communication and mistake after mistake. I expected quality over quantity for sure. I literally felt like i was just a dollar sign to her. I got married October 7, 2023 and guess when I received my photos? 2/7/24.. 4 months later! I was patient since it said in the contract that it would take 1-3 months but when I asked Yvette for the photos she was surprised that I didnt receive them. She claims she sent them in December! It broke me knowing i could have had them 2 months after my wedding. Its even more unprofessional that Yvette never notified me that she supposedly sent them out. I was livid/disappointed. When she sent the album/usb- the address was spelt wrong. She did fix it, i give her that but when i received my wedding (FOREVER) video, there was a mistake with the music - a literal long silence. Our reception entrance played simultaneously with another song. Not to mention throughout my father’s entire speech, you can tell she set the tripod there and called it a day. It was literally the back of his head the whole time. Thinking since i paid 4k and having her be my most expensive vendor and that she’s been a professional for 14 years AND top 10 in texas you should think she took pride in her craft making sure it came out perfect- I would think she knows what angle to shoot a speech. I also expect zero mistakes for the price and the importance of this. From the beginning i have even expressed to Yvette that communication would make me feel more comfortable and was very important to me when it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of her for my engagement photos. I had emailed and texted her but never got a response. She made me feel like she prioritizes certain clients. I can name a few. Unless you’re model status gorgeous/ a celebrity she will go above and beyond~ check whats on her pinned on insta. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and having her as a photographer made that experience 20x more stressful- Do not be fooled! Her photos are beautiful but she does not care- bottom line.. I wish i can get SOME money back at least!

  Beware of business

  PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LADY!!! She is VERY unprofessional, she kept bailing on a photo shoot because she was “out of town” and when asked for the full refund of 1800 she claimed she didn’t have the money and i had to wait till she came up with the money. (mind you i saw her instagram and she was out and about of luxuries vacations) she has YET to refund me the money AND has BEEN IGNORING my messages for about a month or so! PLEASE BEWARE. It seems to be a pattern as i’ve heard from other people, she has done the SAME thing to them as she did to me. i’m just warning everyone, so it doesn’t happen again. it’s not right nor is it fair.

  WARNING: Unprofessional and Unresponsive

  I am writing to express deep disappointment in our entire experience with you as our wedding photographer. From your attitude toward my wife during the months before our wedding to the finished product you finally shared with us, we have found you unprofessional, unfriendly, and unsatisfactory. You treated what for us was a very special day as if it were just another assignment—and one that you didn’t particularly care for.   I am writing to express deep disappointment in our entire experience with you as our wedding photographer. From your attitude toward my wife during the months before our wedding to the finished product you finally shared with us, we have found you unprofessional, unfriendly, and unsatisfactory. You treated what for us was a very special day as if it were just another assignment—and one that you didn’t particularly care for. What worse could be said about someone working in the wedding industry?
  
  I really hate to leave a negative review--and, in fact, never have before. I feel like I've done everything possible to avoid leaving this review. But, if you are unwilling even to respond to me, what else can I do? I feel an obligation to other couples, to warn them. I wish someone would have written a review like this before we made the mistake of hiring you as our wedding photographer. Below, find all of the issues we had with you--although I've already shared them a dozen times in the emails you have roundly ignored.
  
  1. In the lead up to our wedding, you consistently refused to answer phone calls, were slow to answer text messages, and were dismissive of any and all contact. This should have been our first, and the only needed, warning sign. Unfortunately, I convinced my wife that you were very busy and we should show patience. She tried to get you to visit the venue, but when you finally deigned to respond, you would not, claiming that you didn’t need to. From the final pictures, it is clear that you were unfamiliar with the location and did not choose the best locations to shoot or to shoot from. You very much needed to visit the venue beforehand. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I certainly wish I could go back and allow her to drop you. The attitude that you showed in the months before our wedding was borne out in the effort you showed on the day of.
  
  2. On the day of the wedding, you offered little to no direction to us, our wedding party, and our guests. You showed no interest in composing pictures in the best possible way, of directing anyone on where, when, or how to look. We have both been to and in plenty of weddings—and never have we seen a wedding photographer be so uninvolved and uninterested. Had we not been so involved in, you know, getting married, perhaps we could have demanded more of you, as you clearly needed a supervisor to make sure you did your job. In fact, I remember that I had to find you and bring you down to take pictures of my groomsmen and I. That cannot be the bride and groom’s job. So much more was expected of you.
  
  3. So much more was expected—and your failure to deliver shows in the final product. The pictures you’ve sent us are ill-composed, rushed, and hardly seem edited at all. The biggest moments are captured from amateurish angles; many of the “final” photos that you sent include blurry faces and blinking eyes. Your choice of locations and shooting angles demonstrates not only the lack of familiarity with the venue discussed above—but a total lack of care to get to know the area, to compose the best possible shots, and, really, to give a damn at all. The bride is not visible walking down the aisle! How can that be? And we had to wait two months to get these unedited photos, even though we were promised them in under a month. And, on top of that, we were delivered fewer photos than we were promised. After viewing the final photographs, my wife is horribly disappointed and I feel as if there has been a clear breach of contract. You simply did not do the job you were hired for. In fact, several of our guests have said they noticed you standing, with arms crossed and an annoyed look on your face, throughout the whole reception--instead of taking pictures!
  
  4. Worst of all, you have ignored us and treated us without any courtesy. I have spent months trying to contact you and work something out. You responded only once, claiming to see nothing wrong with photos of blinking eyes and blurry faces. You promised to re-edit the photos and give us the raw images, but never delivered either. We have never heard from you again. How can you not even respond? Are our concerns of so little importance to you? Do you really not care at all? Don't we deserve at least the consideration of a reply? But, no. Nothing.
