Great Experience!
From the complimentary engagement shoot to the day of our wedding - David's team was great to work with, all-around! Very polite and responsive. Despite running a little behind with hair and make-up, they took control and ensured we got all of the shots we wanted before ceremony time. It's truly been hard to pick our favorites! We can't wait to see how our photo albums and video come out. Book with Visionary Artists! Promise you won't regret it! -

I am thrilled and honored to be writing this review! David was our photographer for our wedding at the Art Factory Studios on November 25th and we could not be any more over the moon with his photography. Even a few days following the wedding, we are already receiving teaser photos of the day. Our package included an engagement photo session and one full day of photography (plus assistant). David was available 24/7 for any questions and ideas for photos before the big day, we all felt very comfortable the day of the wedding. David is a true artist. David is in the moment with his photography, capturing all the organic moments. We highly recommend Visionary Artists! -

Janice H. Sent on 11/22/2023Workers fought with one another and did not provide us with what we paid for. Very expensive and exhausting to work with.
My wedding was on October 28, 2022. Today it is November 22, 2023, and we JUST received the video of our wedding. During my very long back and forth conversations with David (the owner of Visionary Arts), I had to provide proof of our contract because he (couldn’t locate it), in order to obtain the 3 albums that we purchased beforehand. Not only did those come very late (over a year after the wedding) they were all identical. We were promised an album for us, and one for each of our parents and were told to send 100 photos for each to use in the albums. He did not use the 100 photos that we picked out. Not only were the photos picked NOT used, half of our family were missing including my husbands sister. Not one picture of her. On the day of the wedding David was fighting the entire day with the videographer. Everyone in the bridal party remembers this. There was no time management and poor organization. No detail shots were taken, they were mostly candids. We’re missing photos with most of our family members. They took no time to take the proper shots and organize in a manner that mattered on our special day. They had no clue who our family members were due to the constant bickering they were doing instead. Its over a year later and the amount of teeth I had to pull to get what we paid for is a complete disappointment. I provided more than enough time, remaining calm and understanding, but this just became insulting. To top it off, towards the end of all of this (last week), David discontinued responding to emails and would only respond when my husband intervened. This profession is not an easy one, but there are many more options out there that will treat you the way you deserve..ESPECIALLY for the price you pay.
