    I was so stressed out over my wedding and planning just seemed overwhelming. I am so thankful that I decided to hire Vivian Paire & Co of I dont know how I would have made it through my wedding planning process. Even when the tables that I had wanted to rent ended up not being available at the last minute and I was devastated, Vivian handled everything so professionally and came up with a solution on the spot that made my wedding even better than I could have envisioned it. I would recommend her to anyone!

    Vivian was an excellent wedding planner. She managed to get everything down the the cuff links of our grooms men! It was great!! Definitely the best experience.

    Amazing wedding planner! I was so very happy with the results, it turned out absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend Vivian to ANYBODY. She is truly amazing!

    I would like to say that Vivian did an awesome job with designing our event. She worked with our budget and made sure she kept everything in the price range and provided us with full details and no hidden fees. She had a great presentation and found a unique style for our wedding. Ms. Dewong responded swiftly to each and every question I had regarding our special day.

    I would definitely recommend her to others and I can't wait to hire her an upcoming non-wedding related event that I am hosting. The time and effort she put into everything was remarkable.

    Having known this wonderful woman many years prior to me needing her services, I simply must say that Vivian Paire and her company provided exactly what I needed and MORE for my wedding. Everything... I mean EVERYTHING was perfect - quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value of work, and flexibility of time and resources... I could say no wrong about Vivian Paire & Co.! After having used three wedding planning companies prior to Vivian's (for a sister and two dear friends), I could confidently say that Vivian Paire & Co. offered the greatest services of all my experiences. I have always wanted a high class, or as my daughter would call it, "BOUG" wedding, so I am definitely EXHILARATED and JUBILANT to write this review for her. I recommend her fabulous and flawless wedding planning company to everyone who wishes to have their own quintessential wedding.

    The best at what they do! Prompt, responsive, and extremely professional. They understood my vision and worked to make sure that no detail was over looked. I loved that they were in constant communication and very proactive about reminding me of deadlines, vendor contracts, etc. I was most impressed by the fact that they would always find a way to work around my requests and not try to make choices that would be easier for them. Definitely SUPER HIGHLY recommended!

    I work for a photo booth company that does many weddings. This August for a garden wedding, we were contacted by Vivian. She is absolutely lovely to work with, she provided everything we needed to make sure everyone had a great time and the photo booth ran without a hitch. The bride and groom were very happy with our service and we owe part of our success to Vivian's great planning, especially in the details with the timing and schedule. We would happily work with Vivian Paire & Co. again!

    Vivian is an AMAZING wedding planner ! She is very organized, and such an easy going person she makes us brides feel comfortable and even more excited for the big day to come! I would definitely recommend her to you future brides! She's great and affordable ! Love her ideas and plans !

    My sister recently got married early August and she had hired Vivian to be her wedding planner. Being the maid of honor, I assisted my sister in planning so I was able to work with Vivian closely. She was very professional and extremely helpful. She brought wonderful ideas like alternative venues, floral arrangements, and etc to my sister and helped keep her stress in check. Vivian did a great job in keeping everything organized and creating a beautiful ceremony and reception. I will definitely hire her again to plan my wedding!

    I just returned from my honeymoon in Paris and I could only say one thing: Vivian Paire exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I were positively ecstatic over the wedding we had in London. I have to say that Vivian was worth 100% of the cost required to pay for her flight over to our grand London destination. From the venue to the food, everything was absolutely flawless. Vivian was there with us from the start, and you can trust me that we needed every minute of her expertise. My husband and I were a complete wreck with pre-wedding seizures (yes, seizures) because we simply could not get anything figured out. Vivian was there to organize and prepare EVERYTHING for us and we greatly, GREATLY appreciate her for it. I cannot be more grateful for this amazing wedding planner. I recommend her for all of your wedding-related ordeals for she is the crème de la crème of wedding planners. Vivian simply has this charm that wholly encaptures the glamour and importance of weddings.

    Vivian was very professional in our wedding service. I have known her for a long time as a friend, and she did not let that interfere with the professionalism and quality of service. She has great theme/decoration/event suggestions for those that are unsure and hesitant, and she provides a great value.


    I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

    I found out about Vivian Paire & Co. after attending a wonderfully put together party of hers. She planned an old friend's 50th anniversary party and did such an amazing job I just had to have her for my daughter's wedding this past July! Vivian listened to everything we had to say and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. My sister is already planning on using Vivian to plan my nephew's wedding next Spring!

    I never thought our wedding would be as easy as it was. I had always dreaded all the planning and coordinating involved, but Vivian took care of everything. She went above and beyond in so many different way, it's impossible to count! I was surprised by how formal and professional she was and thought of everything and everyone!

    Vivian was much more than professional and reliable. She went over and beyond our expectations. She made my husband and I feel more than assured that everything would be taken care of. She was never pushy, always honest, kind and good spirited.

    I do not understand how WeddingWire gave this terrible business a Couple's Choice Award in 2014. Vivian Dewong of Vivian Paire & Co., is not only an incompetent planner, but a compulsive liar and will easily jeopardize one of the most important event of one's life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WRITTEN HERE.

    1. In 2014, Vivian Paire & Co. created a fake portfolio by using stolen pictures from Pinterest, lover.ly and other places. I fell for this as I never thought someone who had an extensive profile on The Knot would commit such a thing. How did I find out? I did a reverse Google image search and found that most of her portfolio pictures were not of her work.

    2. Vivian constantly lies. She first stated in my first meeting with her that she's had 9 years of experience in the wedding industry and that she's in her late 20s. She made a mistake of making her personal social media accounts public. I later found out that she had merely turned 21 just a year prior. In a few occasions when she was more than 30 mins late, she made the most elaborate excuses, one of which was how her one dog fatally drowned over the weekend. First, if you really encountered a tragic accident, you COMMUNICATE before being late. You don't just show up 45 mins late and expect the client to wait for you -- time is money. Secondly, I later found out her dog is actually alive.

    3. Vivian is incompetent and rude in all client communications. Vivian not only writes unprofessionally and with grammatical/spelling errors, she would try to force me to hire her mom as the wedding florist. Vivian would refer to her mom by her name and only when I inquired she says, "remember, as I had told you, Kathy is my mom and she is the only person you can afford...". She constantly writes in condescending tones to her clients. I couldn't tolerate for much longer.

    I fired her half way into my wedding planning and it proved to be the best decision.

    Could not have had a worse experience working with Vivian Paire. Not only did she drop the ball with literally every aspect of my wedding, including such basic things as showing up to the wedding set-up without so much as a layout, but because of her carelessness an entire set of vintage crystal glasses from Pretty_Vintage_Table disappeared without any line of site to what happened and she returned hundreds of crystal glasses from Dish Wish Rentals broken, resulting in nearly $3,000 worth of damage simply from her carelessness. She came to my wedding unprepared, unprofessional and truly the only thing that saved my wedding was my brother in law stepping in to own all of the duties she was hired to be on top of. You hire a planner to take stress away from you on your big day, and to trust with handling important things, and not only did she add stress, but she proved herself completely untrustworthy and unable to follow-through on any of the duties she was responsible for. At a time that should be the happiest in my life, I am forced to spend all of my wedding money cleaning up her mess and blatant disregard for items that she assured me she would handle with care and return intact. I would strong discourage anyone from working with Vivian.

    Hiring Vivian was the biggest mistake we could have made, BEWARE of any positive reviews listed here, Vivian is unprofessional, unorganized, untrustworthy, irresponsible, negligent and a seriously sub-par wedding planner. My wife, who's day was almost ruined by Vivian coming to our wedding totally unprepared and crying to vendors while my brother managed the set up of the entire wedding, left a review deserving of the 3rd rate service we received. Days later a dozen highly rated reviews popped up, including a review for a wedding in London on the same day as our wedding (9/13/14), as well as another on a Saturday my wife was traveling with Vivian (8/16/14). This is just the beginning of the reasons why Vivian Paire & Co is not worthy of your trust, money or business.

    I urge you to stay away from Vivian at all costs. Not only did she cause absolute chaos in my life, from everything from starting an altercation with our florist to the point where she almost backed out of our wedding vs. work with Vivian, to directing our rehearsal dinner bus full of guests to our wedding reception instead of the rehearsal dinner location, to completely dropping the ball with set up and being extremely negligent with the take down/return of items after the wedding resulting in over $3,000 worth of excess bills, but she has been exceptionally rude and hurtful to my wife and I can't express how infuriating it is to see my wife treated with such disrespect and so upset at a time that should be nothing but happy for us.

    Any money we saved hiring Vivian was spent tenfold in excess fees, stress and chaos caused by her delinquency, and if I could do it again I would spend 3x as much in a heartbeat for a planner than is actually capable of managing an event.

    I will leave you with one last comment from my wife to brides that I am told should resonate: "If kicked off the Knot means anything to you, stay away."
