Everything has been absolutely amazing with Vivienne Atelier! They are very responsive from the first time you reach out. They whole experience felt very personal and accommodating. The dresses are gorgeous and you can find styles that aren’t available anywhere else. I found the most beautiful gown on my first visit to them and I couldn’t believe that it was actually in my price range!! 100% recommend -

This place is one of Houston's best kept secrets! I first went to Vivienne Atelier as my second bridal shop, selected a favorite, and then shopped around. I went to 10+ stores around Houston but nothing compared to the service (Kelly was BEYOND AMAZING!), the quality, and the selection.
I went back today, and after trying on even more dresses during my second visit, I bought "the favorite" one from the first visit. What's even more amazing is that Kelly was the one that selected that dress, in the first place. She made my dress dream come true!
I ended going with a Pronovias gown, and the price was very fair, esp. for that designer. Amazing experience all around!!

Dominique Sent on 10/08/2018I recently ordered the most important dress I will ever wear from this shop. I love Kelly (stylist). She is so sweet and patient. She was with my for all three of my visits.
This was also the first bridal salon I got to go to and they have plenty of styles for me to try on to figure out which silhouette, fabric, and color I really wanted. All of the dresses here are nothing like what I have found at other bridal shops, they really are unique. Honestly when I tried my dress on I thought it was going to be 3 times the price than what was on the price tag.
You have the option to get your dress made to your measurements rather than having to order a standard size, which should be the only way you should be able to buy any wedding dress. I am short girl with hips, moving the waist line and adding details were a breeze. At other bridal shops, they attempted to talk me out of dresses that would need that due to the extra work with the lace overlay. Not here. -

I went to Vivienne Atelier in Houston, TX (along with 19 other dress stores before I said yes) and loved the service. The store was extremely clean and professional; the lady who helped me made me feel like a model! The dresses were also very unique and I ADORED the type of unique sparkle many of the dresses had.Vivienne Atelier's reply:

First off, I just want to start of by saying that the selection of dresses was actually good. It was my first bridal store stop and I found a dress that day. HOWEVER, lots of unnecessary annoyances they created.
- Agreed on certain prices in store and then they called me back a week later with different prices then what we had talked about and wouldn’t give an explanation as to why it changed.
- “Overbooked” their appointments when I was going to pick up my dress and gave me less than a days notice that it had to change (I was traveling from Dallas and had made the appointment a month in advance to ensure the timing worked out)
- The biggest one of all…They gave me the wrong dress! They claim they do a quality assurance check when the dress arrives, but they didn’t even notice it was the wrong color until I said something while I tried it on.
- Had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay the remaining balance after they gave me the wrong dress and I was going to have to wait another month for it. Then when the second dress got there, they called to see if I wanted to pay over the phone before getting a chance to look at it.
In conclusion, if you’re willing to deal with issues like this, then Vivienne Atelier is an okay place. If you want things done right the first time with people who know what they’re doing, I recommend looking elsewhere. -

This review is from my experience in the Arizona location but also with corporate. I had such a great initial shopping experience but I was extremely dissatisfied with the custom-made wedding dress I received from Vivienne Atelier. The dress that is advertised and that I originally tried on, was drastically different then what I received & paid for. The dress I waited for 6 months later, was missing fabric, including the flower applique detail that originally made me fall in love with it, and the overall quality was poor. Despite expressing my concerns Vivienne's Atelier was not willing to fix their error. As an out-of-state bride, I had to travel back to try to resolve the issue - the store manager verbally admitted that it was Vivienne Atelier's error as it was their own design line, but that they were not willing to compensate me for the fixes my seamstress would need to make, or offer a discount on the original price. After a total two months of going back and forth with them on this issue, I was only offered $100 to fix their error. After writing an email directly to corporate to determine a resolution - they didn't acknowledge my issue at all, and never responded - poor customer service.
The sad thing, is this could have all been avoided if they were upfront with Brides about their 'Off the Rack With Wait Period' option and didn't try to upsell. I was misled about the availability of a showroom dress that fit me perfectly during my initial visit. I was told that the only way to receive the dress was to have a custom dress made for me, which I later found out was not true. I recently found the exact same dress on their Instagram "Off the Rack" story (from Dec 2021), and called a separate store location and they confirm I could purchase this way. This has led me to question Vivienne Atelier commitment to their customers.
As a company that prides itself on the slogan "Every Bride Matters," I believe that Vivienne Atelier has failed to live up to that promise. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of urgency and the amount of out-of-pocket cost I have incurred to fix this mistake - and don't want other brides to experience the same and unnecessary stress during wedding planning. Save yourself the time & frustration, skip this one and go somewhere else.
