  Kristy of Volatile Photography is truly the best photographer a person could ever dream of. Kristy exceeded every expectation I had. She quickly responded to every email I sent her. She was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had about the wedding day and I trusted all the feedback she gave me. She was flexible and understanding through the entire planning process. She took time to come to the wedding venue the night before at the rehearsal to get familiar with everybody in the wedding party and family members whom she would be shooting the following day. She scouted the best locations for pictures and made sure everything was set with the venue coordinator. She did all of this in such a natural and comfortable way that I was completely confident about the wedding day. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and was extremely helpful in keeping the time schedule we had planned. She managed all of my family and bridal party in such a professional and easy going way that not only were we able to get all the shots we wanted, but everyone enjoyed every moment of the process. Kristy is fun and makes everyone feel comfortable having their picture taken. During the ceremony and after, Kristy fit in so easily to every situation and never interrupted a single moment, although each important moment was captured. And then came the photographs. I will never be able to do justice in words the beauty of my wedding pictures. I have hundreds of stunning images that capture the love, emotion, fun, and beauty that was present at my wedding. There are so many candid pictures of the most meaningful moments of that day that I will be able to treasure forever.
  
  I am eternally grateful for Kristy and all of the photographs I have of my special day. She is simply the best there is.

  I can't say enough good things about Volatile Photography! Kristy is wonderful to work with.
  
  We had (unfortunately) used a different photographer for our engagement photographs and found it to be a somewhat uncomfortable experience. So we went to our wedding coordinator to ask for help finding a photographer for the wedding day that we could enjoy working with.
  
  Thank goodness that led us to Kristy! She is very responsive, very professional, and really was great to work with on our wedding day. The photo packages she offers are wonderful - we were so thanksful for great options!
  
  Our wedding photographs are so beautiful, they just put a huge smile on my face - and my husbands! Looking through them it was like reliving every aspect of the day all over again - she exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend her to everyone!!

My husband and I had a relatively limited budget for photography, but Kristy worked with us to make sure we could capture our wedding for the right price. She also shot our engagement session, which was a fantastic way to get to know her, and get comfortable in front of her camera (plus we got some killer photos out of the deal). When it came time to shoot our wedding, Kristy came through to capture all our special moments even though she had a the challenge of shooting our wedding on a truncated schedule. When my husband and I sat down to review all the beautiful photos, there was one after the other "frame-worthy" photograph--we didn't just have a few good shots--we had a whole photo album full of them! Kristy truly captured our happiness, while also bringing out the best of both of us (and our friends and family). She’s a lovely, warm individual who clearly has a passion for what she does, and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

  I cannot tell you how happy I am that we were able to have Kristy come photograph our wedding for us. When we were deciding who to have come photograph our wedding I had shown my mother Kristy's photographs, knowing she would not be able to photograph our wedding since we were in Arizona. My mother had loved her photos so much that she had surprised me by arranging to have Kristy come to Arizona for our wedding. I just received the picture disc for my wedding today and am beyond thrilled at how the photos have turned out. They are the most beautiful wedding photos I have seen from any weddings I have attended. Kristy was great to work with and made me very comfortable!

  Kristy photographed our wedding this past September and she was absolutely wonderful! Her online portfolio illustrates her technical skill and amazing eye for beautiful photos -- her pictures are vibrant, and she deftly captures details and expressions. Equally impressive to me, however, was her patient, kind and cheerful demeanor that immediately put us (and our families!) at ease. Neither my husband nor I are entirely comfortable being the center of attention, and Kristy helped us relax on the big day, while keeping everything running smoothly. She is fantastic and if you're able to book her, count yourself lucky 'cause you are in very good hands!!

  Kristy did our engagement photos, and I do not think they could have turned out any better! From the very beginning, she was so helpful to me in figuring out what kind of feel we wanted for the shoot, and was never hard to get in touch with.   When we hired Kristy, not only did we get an extremely talented photographer, but we got an awesome person as well. We were planning a destination wedding from Manhattan to get married at Chateau St. Jean when we hired Kristy. We went on her website to look at her pictures, and were blown away at how beautiful they were. Then, when we had our conference call with her, it confirmed even further why she was the best choice. She was gracious, flexible, and spot on at making sure she knew exactly what we wanted out of our photos.

  Kristy was an absolutely amazing photographer. She has a real talent of taking stunning photos, but most importantly takes all of your feedback and direction into account. She asks really great questions to not only help you get the photos you want, but also the overall experience and expectation of the photographer's role that you have for your event.   Volatile did FANTASTIC work for our wedding in Northern California. She took note of what our preferences were in our meeting and followed through with a great balance of posed and candid shots, scenery and people, still and action shots, so that we ended up with tons of great pictures to choose from. Our photographer was honest, kind, and professional and I would highly recommend her work.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of booking Kristy of Volatile Photography for our September 5, 2009 wedding. She was nothing short of amazing! She captured every single moment so perfectly. Not only did she take beautiful "posed" pictures, but she also took so many great candid photos! I hardly even knew she was there. I also love that she took so many wonderful pictures of our location so we will always remember exactly what everything looked like. If you haven't had the chance to work with Kristy, I highly recommend choosing her for your next photography session! I know there will be many more photography sessions with Kristy in our future!

  Very fun to be photographed by Kristy. Especially if you're camera shy like me. You really don't even notice she's taking photos... And then when she's all done, you're left with a beautiful reminder of a wonderful time.

  Kristy did an amazing job photographing our wedding, I was so happy we booked her! She was there with me all day from the very early morning when I had my make up done.   I would recommend Volatile Photography to anyone. They are very professional and take wonderful pictures. I really like the versitility of which the pictures where taken. I would never have thought to take some of the picture that she took at my wedding. I was very,very please with the pictures I got.

  Kristy is a phenomenal photographer! From the beginning to the end she was extremely professional and personable; she is so very caring and sensitive. She is super organized and well prepared which gave me such peace of mind. Our photos came out absolutely amazing! We loved her photo-journalistic approach; she truly captured every little detail in such a beautiful way. We get so many compliments from our friends and family when they see her photos that shower the walls of our house. We are so in love with Kristy we have since been back for her to shoot our maternity photos and then birth photos and then baby and beyond… and OMG, she just completely amazes me- true art! We will use her for years and years to come.
  The value of her packages for what we got was great too!

  Kristy has taken many photographs of my daughters family. Every picture comes out amazing! She seems to capture such casual moments and makes them into wonderful memories. If you want beautiful, unusual photos for memories of any occasion....this is the photographer for you! I highly recommend Volatile Photography!

  Kristy was such a pleasure to work with! As a bride planning my own wedding, I wanted vendors that I could completely trust to do their job very well with little instruction from me. (I'm a perfectionist that wants to sit back and enjoy the wedding day.) Kristy was perfect in this regard and all of her pictures were so creative and captured everything I hoped. She also photographed our engagement session and gave us a wide variety of shots and locations around the wooded seashore. We will definitely use her again to capture the next big events in our lives.
