  Taylor, Vicky and the entire staff were incredible. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL--so modern and hip which is exactly what we wanted. The food was superb, the ballrooms were just newly renovated with new carpet, chandeliers, the works. The Great Room was perfect for ceremony and the Foyer was the best area for cocktail reception. If you haven't seen Altitude (33rd floor of hotel) you MUST! It is the most breathtaking view of downtown Dallas in the metroplex. We could not be more thrilled and our guests LOVED it!! 10 stars from us for sure!!

  Ricky Hawkins and the W staff was absolutely amazing! From the second I checked in, I knew that it was going to be a pretty special day. Ricky was very responsive, enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped keep me stress free all day, and even handled any issues that arose without alerting me. I highly recommend him and the W Dallas if you are considering and still looking for a wedding venue. It's worth every penny! I had an unforgettable night!

  I fell in love with the venue the moment my fiance and I did our first walk through. The fact that the location itself is ideal in downtown and the scenery is so beautiful made all the difference. Many venues you are forced to put so much extra time and money into decor and rentals, not at the W. My guest were so impressed with the beauty of the hotel itself, everything is classy down to the restroom! Angela Keepman, my onsite coordinator was so helpful and made my concept of a cocktail party come to life. This venue was all inclusive-linens, tables, china, cake cutting, space flexibility. These are features you will not find at other venues. We were treated amazing! During our reception the staff served us and made sure we ate and had cocktails which was great. We needed additional tables last minute and the staff quickly took care of this. All employees were extremely professional! We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Cooks Hall in the hotel which was very affordable yet such great cuisine. Angela was so flexible with helping me choose the right menu and aiding me in not exceeding my budget. Our experience was excellent and I would recommend any bride to marry at the W! You will be treated like royalty.

  Everything about our wedding here was great except one thing: the a/c was a little hot the day of the reception. Other than that, good value for the money, and they treated us great. Best deal in Dallas, and they take care of so many things for you. Trish is wonderful and so easy to work with. Very prompt responses to all our concerns. Great experience overall, minus the a/c situation that wasn't fixed after repeated requests the day of the reception.

  The space was wonderful and we had a lot of fun during our wedding weekend here. The staff was accommodating about creating personalized events and special touches for us. At times, communication was not the best. I was often bounced around to different people. We had some issues with sound at the rehearsal dinner. However, the guests loved their stay at the hotel. The food and views were incredible!
