    It was a great experience working with W Event Design for our wedding reception. They worked perfectly with us to get the result we dreamed of. Their vision and execution was flawless. Also, their communication and responsiveness to any questions we had was spot on and quick. We highly recommend W Event Design, they made our wedding reception a dream come true!

    Tess was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to meet all of our design needs, including designing a fabulous dance floor and installing it perfectly. I highly recommend her for all of your event rental needs.

    Fantastic experience

    All I can say is WOW! We worked with Tess and her team at W Event Design for our wedding and everything turned out perfectly. From a custom designed floor wrap to bistro lights for the tent where our cocktail hour took place, they completely elevated both spaces and matched our vision perfectly. Would definitely recommend for your special day!

    Do not use this vendor!

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! Tess was the SWEETEST woman upfront - WHAT A PHONY. We had requested estimates for 3 options for our wedding tent:

    Option 1) With full draping
    Option 2) With partial draping
    Option 3) With partial draping and twinkling lights

    I was very specific, organized and even included a corresponding photo to match each option. She provided 3 corresponding estimates, each vastly different amounts. We ended up selecting Option 1) Full draping of the tent. We paid 50% immedietly and the remaining 50% the morning of our wedding - I wish I didn't!!

    We walked into our tent that evening and it was very clearly only PARTIAL draping that was executed, NOT FULL THAT WE PAID FOR. It was also smaller chandeliers than we requested and each hung differently in the tent than we discussed as well.

    None the less, it still looked beautiful and I assumed a mishap must have occurred during set up and I would here from her the next day with what happened and would receive my refund for the difference in draping, labor and chandeliers. I never heard from her, I reached out thinking it would be a straightforward matter to resolve between 2 adults - since the differences were OBVIOUS.

    After all my attempts to contact her with no response, she finally sent me an email. Stating that to HER that was FULL draping, and that she used expensive materials and there was a large effort to instal etc. etc. and ultimately refusing to refund us the difference she owed us back.

    Let it also be known, that I wasn't even requesting a refund for the difference in labor and chandelier size, I simply wanted the difference between FULL draping we paid for and the PARTIAL draping that was executed. I had estimates for each example, so I knew what the differences were for everything. I also asked her what partial draping would have looked like if what we got was considered FULL to her, and did not match our corresponding photos used for estimates she provided.

    AND SHE STILL HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO US SINCE.

    Even after multiple follow ups, and even after our Event Planner - who also agrees with us - had reached out with no response as well.

    BAD BAD BAD business. Stay very VERY far away. There are too many other vendors in South Florida to take a chance with this one on your big day.

    We at W Event Design strive to make our client's vison come true. We are sad to hear that this was not your experience with us. We did respond to your complaint privately through email, even though you mention you have not heard from our team. I apologize if it isn't the response you wanted to hear, but we did reply to your complaint.

    In regards to the chandeliers, we did provide the sizes that were requested. There was some miscommunication in regards to the placement of the chandeliers, and we do apologize for that error. But the service was provided.

    In regards to the draping, our team specifically mentioned that the draping would only cover the tent poles and not the entire ceiling. Draping that covers the entire ceiling usually is provided by the tent company, and that is something we do not offer. This was explained in an email with screen shots and photos...before and after your wedding.

    All in all, we here at W Event Design were able to plan your wedding in less than 30 days, and we did the best we could to make it happen for you with such short notice. I really do apologize if you were unhappy with our work, we always strive to do the best we can to make sure our clients are satisfied. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we understand how frustrated you must be. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you.
