  Hire wandera weddings!

  I don't even know where to start- Hiring Andrea and her team was the best wedding decision we made *hands down*! I was first introduced to Andrea when I saw her plan my best friend's wedding. Without getting into too much detail, my best friend was the most relaxed I'd EVER seen her on her wedding day. Although I had no groom at the time, I told myself that I needed Andrea when the time came. Four years later, I found my groom and finally got to work first-hand with Andrea! All of my friends and family members commented on how relaxed I was that day, and it was true. I honestly had no worries, and without a doubt, It's only because of Andrea. Not only was Andrea the easiest person to work/communicate with, but she made the process fun! She allows the process to be whatever you want it to be. You can be as involved with certain aspects as you wish or take a back seat and know that you're in the best hands.
  
  It's hard to describe what Andrea offers in a paragraph format, so I'm just going to bullet list some thoughts:
  -Creativity - her aesthetic eye is incredible! We described our aesthetic vision to her *once*, and from that moment, she nailed every single piece of it well beyond what we could ever create.
  -She offers several packages and plans depending on the level of involvement you're looking for.
  -She was very flexible around meeting times - she always worked with our insane schedules to make meetings happen. I was surprised by how few times we had to meet. Once she was hired and explained what we were looking for, very little was required from us.
  -Vendor communication - I envisioned being bogged down with vendor communication for weeks before the big day. However, I did not talk to a single vendor for 1 to 2 months before the wedding. Additionally, our other vendors commented on how delightful it was to work with Andrea!
  -Decisions - Ok, so my husband and I aren't particularly eager to make decisions. Andrea helped us so much with this - she even came to our tasting (which was a blast), gave her honest opinions, and helped us communicate with our venue.
  -She was immensely helpful and supportive in the months, especially the weeks leading up to the wedding! She was so happy to do anything we needed last minute during the wedding week!
  -Her personality is always positive, bubbly, and funny - my people. She has mastered the perfect balance of fun and productive. She is direct when need be in a thoughtful way that keeps the ship from sinking.
  -Family/friend support - she was so supportive when friends/family needed help or had questions and didn't want to put stress on us. In fact, she encouraged all friends and family to go to her first, which we appreciated.
  
  I could go on and on. The point is - If you want to be the most relaxed couple on your wedding day, I highly suggest you hire Andrea. I believe that Andrea and her team were the main reason behind us having the best day of our lives. While we were enjoying the day with friends and family, they worked on all of the details. When we saw Andrea and her team throughout the day, they had the best energy. We genuinely enjoyed being around them and want to be best friends with them! The only regret you'll have is that you'll want them to be wedding guests instead of vendors! Andrea and team - we love you guys and cannot thank you enough for everything you've done for us!

  Best investment of our wedding!

  If I could like this multiple times I would! Working with Andrea was such a joy. From our first consultation call to our wedding day, Andrea radiated the most positive, collected energy. She was so encouraging, understanding, and yet clear with her direction. My fiancé and I set up an introductory call with her and worked out a plan based on our needs. We requested day-of/month-of wedding coordination. She was with us 2 months before the wedding available going into details, helping us work out timelines, intervening with difficult vendors, communicating with vendors, etc.
  She has expertise in florals as well and put together a stunning bridal bouquet!
  The wedding itself went off without a hitch thanks to Andrea’s organizational skills. Everyone loved working with her and she helped me stay calm as she had everything completely under control. We have said multiple times that she is the best investment we made during our wedding planning. You get you pay for with Andrea’s skills, and knowledge of the industry. I highly recommend working with her!

  Get ready for your DREAM wedding!

  Andrea is seriously the best! We loved working with her. Not only is she extremely talented at planning and coordinating weddings, she also has the BEST personality and will hype you up along the way! We worked with her over the course of ten months and she was so helpful in all the planning and helping relieve stress!
  
  Andrea has been coordinating and planning weddings for over a decade and has many connections in the industry. She was able to help us find great vendors within our wedding budget. She has a few different packages she offers and we opted for her planning + design package which was SOOO worth it. Andrea listened to all of our dreams and desires for our wedding day and helped to create a design plan from the moment guests enter the venue to the ceremony and reception, down to every last detail in between.
  
  Our wedding day was so perfect! We had several wedding guests, along with our bridal party commenting on how amazing Andrea was and asking us “where did you find her?” Even with last minute hiccups, Andrea quickly came up with solutions to get us back on track. For example, our wedding day was originally forecasted to be 70 degrees and the week before it slowly crept up to 100 degrees. With this last minute change, Andrea quickly ordered fans and parasols in time for the wedding day to make sure we could keep guests as comfortable as possible!
  
  Andrea will take care of you all day long. She made sure our dinner was at our sweetheart table when we entered the reception, so unlike other couples we talked to, we ACTUALLY ate a full dinner at our wedding! She has a great team that she brings with her on the day of to help and they were sooo wonderful as well!
  
  Andrea is so positive and encouraging. She will make sure your wedding day is the BEST day of your life! I would not hesitate in booking her! You truly will not regret it and will likely end up with an amazing new friend!

  Stress free, easy to work with, wonderful human!

  Our vision for our wedding was "easy and fun" for ourselves and our friends and family because we didn't want anyone to miss important moments. Andrea made our wedding easy, fun, gorgeous, and a rocking party! From recommending vendors to negotiating with them last minute when we had large changes (thanks, COVID) to designing decor and florals more beautiful than we could have imagined - she did it all. Through every restriction change, Andrea had a plan A, B, and C ready to go. And when we had to go to Plan D the week before the wedding, she had it taken care of without showing her sweat. The day of the wedding, she had everything dialed in and my mom and bridesmaids were shocked how calm I was, but I knew she had all the details ready to go. Andrea is very easy to work with and was one of our biggest cheerleaders throughout the whole wedding planning process. I would choose Andrea in a heartbeat to help with any big event in the future and would highly recommend to any couple. She did so much more than we could have imagined and are so beyond grateful!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working on events with Andrea while I was in pharmacy school, so we knew she was the one we needed to help plan our dream wedding. Not only did she make sure we were on track with planning, but she also helped our vision come to life.   Andrea signed on to help us plan our wedding before the start of the pandemic (back in late 2019) not knowing what was coming. As things changed due to COVID Andrea adapted with us and our wedding plans. She was very helpful with finding the right vendors, adjusting plans for/with us, and making the planning process far less stressful and more fun (we commonly met to plan with a side of fun - i.e. wine tasting).
  
  Her attention details (and knowledge of what little things make a big difference) plus her great relationships with a number of vendors (here in Portland) added a lot of value to our event. Andrea got us an even more personal touch (and a little special treatment) with our wonderful vendor team that delivered the great event Andrea had designed.
  
  We enjoyed our experience working with Andrea for our COVID “micro-wedding” so much that we have already signed on to have her help us plan a bigger celebration with friends and extended family when we feel safe getting everyone together again for a big party. 12/10 would recommend Andrea to all engaged couples getting married in Corvallis or Portland.

  Don't think twice about including Andrea and her team in your special day!

  Andrea and her team was the reason our wedding day and the planning process went so smoothly. She is responsive, easy to bounce ideas off of and details you wouldn't even think you needed she already had a plan and back up plan for them! I felt so at ease with her and she gave me all the confidence in the world that things would just get done!
  We had a lot of moving parts to our Wedding, and Andrea went above and beyond to make all the components work effortless together. My family and I were so thrilled to be able to work with Andrea. We cannot recommend her more!

  Andrea and her team was the reason our wedding day and the planning process went so smoothly.   Best wedding planner you will find

  If you think you don’t need a wedding planner... think again. I read all over that you need a wedding planner and believe me it is the BEST place to put your wedding money. I had zero stress my wedding day thanks to Andrea and her team. The day before my wedding I was sitting poolside with my family and they were all wondering how I was so calm. THIS GIRL is why. Planning a wedding is overwhelming and I honestly didn’t know where to start. I would have been a head case without Andrea. She has a great design eye and is also a great person to work with. I have recommended her to all my friends, especially during these uncertain times when the stress level is through the roof!

  If you think you don’t need a wedding planner... think again. I read all over that you need a wedding planner and believe me it is the BEST place to put your wedding money.   Simply amazing!

  Andrea is simply amazing! She brought all my visions of my dream wedding to life. We talked throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding date. I was in a completely different state than she was and she was able to go to the venue (without me) and be the middle person between myself and the vendors. She was there on rehearsal day getting everyone in order and making sure things were in place for the actual wedding. Did I mention she was one of my bridesmaids? The morning of, she was there bright and early getting things all set up, running between the grooms room and the bridal suite, getting her hair and make up done all while keeping everyone/everything in order, on time and in check! She even did all the flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and the rest of the flower decor). She is SIMPLY AMAZING! I could have gone into this wedding completely blinded and I know she still would have made things happen and it would have been just as beautiful as ever. She is very detailed oriented, some of the things I didn't even think (in regards to the timeline) she had everything timed out to the TEE. I highly recommend her for any type of wedding planning, party planning, dinner parties etc. SHE IS SIMPLY FABULOUS and can I mention - she has amazing taste and an incredible vision!

  Incredible!

  Not enough words to describe what a huge asset Andrea was to our wedding. I didn’t think I needed a planner/day of coordinator because both of our venues had onsite coordinators. I am so glad we hired her because I did not have a single worry on the day of our wedding. I felt so relaxed knowing Andrea had literally THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. I felt like she listened and truly understood what we wanted for our day and executed it gracefully. She makes it look easy!   #She'sWorthIt

  Andrea and her team were seriously AMAZING and a huge asset to my 2 day wedding weekend. (Day 1 was ~170 people, Day 2 was ~200 people). I honestly can't say enough good things about them. (Partly because I don't even know all of the behind-the-scenes things and last-minute problems that she and her crew just handled and didn't even mention to me on my big day). Meeting with Andrea a few times before the wedding day was extremely helpful. She made timelines, personalized schedules, color-coded to-do lists and made a daunting list get checked off easily. Having access to Asile Planner was very helpful too to keep me on track and help me chip away at the "to do" list without feeling overwhelmed. While I consider myself an organized person, working full time, taking board exams and planning a wedding proved to be a lot more time consuming than I had anticipated. I've hosted large parties with my family previously, but constant coordination of vendors, endless decision making and a never-ending influx of emails/phone calls was occupying all of my free time. The best thing Andrea said to me was "Don't worry, I'll be the one handling your vendors and coordination from here on out and I've already sent them an introduction and tenative timeline." I honestly don't know if any problems happened leading up to my wedding day because I was never made aware of them. The entire day felt seamless (although I did vaguely overhear that Andrea sent one of her helpers 30+ minutes away to get a special keg tap for my blackberry cider--these are the things I didn't realize existed, but she just HANDLED). I ate, drank and even had time to use the bathroom! All with Andrea's help. She even pinned the boutonnière on my groom when his groomsmen couldn't figure it out! #therealMVP. Her group was always present, but never intrusive so my family, bridal party and I got to actually enjoy the day. I've been to weddings where I've been asked to help take down decorations at the end of the night, or where I've seen the bride running around with her credit card waving it at the bartended because there was a miscommunication about what liquor was being offered. I didn't want that to be me and I wanted my mom and sisters to have fun. While her services are probably not the cheapest around town, I know her costs are justified by the amount of work they did! Andrea and her crew are the MVP bridesmaids that you need to have at your wedding and I can't imagine what I would have done without her. I referred my sister to Andrea for her wedding this year and I look forward to working with her again from the maid of honor's perspective this time! 10/10 would recommend and will refer her to as many of my friends as I can.

  Andrea and her team were seriously AMAZING and a huge asset to my 2 day wedding weekend. (Day 1 was ~170 people, Day 2 was ~200 people). I honestly can't say enough good things about them. (Partly because I don't even know all of the behind-the-scenes things and last-minute problems that she and her crew just handled and didn't even mention to me on my big day). Meeting with Andrea a few times before the wedding day was extremely helpful. She made timelines, personalized schedules, color-coded to-do lists and made a daunting list get checked off easily. Having access to Asile Planner was very helpful too to keep me on track and help me chip away at the "to do" list without feeling overwhelmed. While I consider myself an organized person, working full time, taking board exams and planning a wedding proved to be a lot more time consuming than I had anticipated. I've hosted large parties with my family previously, but constant coordination of vendors, endless decision making and a never-ending influx of emails/phone calls was occupying all of my free time. The best thing Andrea said to me was "Don't worry, I'll be the one handling your vendors and coordination from here on out and I've already sent them an introduction and tenative timeline." I honestly don't know if any problems happened leading up to my wedding day because I was never made aware of them. The entire day felt seamless (although I did vaguely overhear that Andrea sent one of her helpers 30+ minutes away to get a special keg tap for my blackberry cider--these are the things I didn't realize existed, but she just HANDLED). I ate, drank and even had time to use the bathroom! All with Andrea's help. She even pinned the boutonnière on my groom when his groomsmen couldn't figure it out! #therealMVP. Her group was always present, but never intrusive so my family, bridal party and I got to actually enjoy the day. I've been to weddings where I've been asked to help take down decorations at the end of the night, or where I've seen the bride running around with her credit card waving it at the bartended because there was a miscommunication about what liquor was being offered.
