I can’t begin to tell you how happy we were with our wedding at Warwick Country Club. First of all it is an absolutely stunning setting right along the water. It has beautiful views, and without the crazy Newport pricing (including Newport hotel pricing for your guests!). The sunsets are also outrageous. On top of that, the day of wedding coordinator, Nancy is just outstanding. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Nancy went out of her way to answer any question we had (and QUICKLY), even if it was something as small as an opinion on colors/decor. Day of, Nancy is even better (if possible) - she is calm, cool & collected throughout ALL the stress and craziness, and really knows what she is doing. She is the queen of pivoting (if necessary!), and I trusted her inherently - and boy did she execute/deliver. On top of that, the waitstaff / bartenders are truly amazing as well - Marty, Dante, Mason, Brian, Jo… all of them are so great and professional. And just love watching the couple have a great time!! If you’re lucky with a nice day, it’s so awesome to have the deck be available for a reprieve from dancing for your guests. I would also like to highly recommend renting a dance floor (through WCC) - yes it does add an additional cost but it does open up the room A TON!!!! Not required though. You cannot go wrong with WCC!!!

Warwick Country Club was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding on 11/12/2022. When you arrive to the club you find this hidden gems perfectly manicured grounds and it’s stunning Narragansett bay ocean views, that literally will take your breath away. You can even see the Newport and Jamestown bridge! . When you walk into the reception room you will see a panoramic view of the grounds over looking the ocean, which makes for a great backdrop and contingency plan if your ceremony has to be indoors which is extremely hard to find in a venue. There is also a room called the “Blue Room” that is to place all of your detailed decor for all your guests to see which Nancy and her staff did a wonderful job.There’s a large deck with fire heaters and fire pit for all of your guest to go out and enjoy and take in the views of the bay. Nancy did an amazing job with everything. She was constantly in contact leading up to our date making sure everything was planned perfectly. The day before our wedding was a tropical storm and Nancy was adamant that the storm would clear before our 2:30pm ceremony and that we would have our Ceremony out side and we sure did. The sun came out at 11am and it shined with 71 degree weather in November! Nancy and her staff made the day flow so nicely, The food tasted amazing and was great sized portions, everything was perfect. There is a ton of options at this venue and all of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing this venue is. It is truly a hidden gem in Warwick Rhode Island and it’s right near Rocky Point Park for add photography pictures

We hired this vendor for our wedding! The pricing was completely reasonable for the breathtaking views and location. A ton of bay views, beautifully landscaped, so much charm inside, great food options and staff! Fire pit and 2 working fireplaces inside add a nice touch.

Our ceremony at Warwick Country Club was perfect! The location is beautiful and Nancy and team were wonderful to work with. They did a great job making sure everything went as planned. Nancy even took the time to grab a head count a couple of times to ensure every one of our guests we expected were there and sitting before we walked down the aisle. We would definitely recommend Warwick Country Club for your event!

Warwick Country Club was the most beautiful venue for our wedding day!! The staff was spectacular and Greg was absolutely phenomenal to work with!! Everything went perfect and we couldn’t be happier!!

Warwick Country Club was the best venue we could have asked for. Greg was so helpful from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The views and location are amazing for the price. The entire staff was extremely professional on the day. Also, our guests loved the food. Warwick Country club was also able to make our outdoor ceremony a possibility despite the brief rain!

Greg was absolutely amazing to work with and made me so comfortable throughout the process. The venue is gorgeous and they have so many options. We did a nice raw bar and late night menu. Food is delicious. Our guests could not stop complimenting on the location and food. The staff was amazing and so attentive. They made my wedding day amazing!

When we first drove up to Warwick Country Club, we were taken by the spectacular view. Then, when we walked into the room and saw the beautiful panoramic view of the bay, we were sold. The grounds are spectacular and make a nice backdrop for pictures. They have a gorgeous deck, and a fire pit where you can make s'mores, or just hang out. Brooke came on a few months after we had booked the date, but I am glad she did because she was wonderful. She is very detail oriented, and very personable. She stayed for most of the wedding even though she wasn’t scheduled to work because she wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. The other staff, Marco and Marcus were also very helpful. Everyone was very attentive to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and the food was delicious. I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Warwick Country Club.

Celebrated my 50th birthday, loved it!

Warwick Country Club was the perfect venue for our recent July wedding! We fit 215 comfortably in the main room. Aimee and staff were wonderful to work with and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. The servers were quick, attentive, and there was never a line at the bar because bartenders moved so fast. We received countless compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! The view truly can't be beat. If you're on the fence about booking WCC, do it! You won't regret it!

We hosted our daughter and son in law's wedding at Warwick Country Club this October. There are not enough words to express how happy we are with our decision and the event the staff put together for us. The venue is perfect from the views to the ability to support everything for ceremony to cocktails to dinner and dancing. The food staff were willing to meet our wishes and totally got into our plans for a fun day from beginning to end. Food quality and costs are very reasonable as well as extensive options. Their local vendor list is excellent and again, our experience was incredible. The vendors are of high quality and priced well - flowers to cake to whatever you need. Last but not least - the staff. From the manager thru to the wait staff we were told not to worry and I can say not worried was I! They had every detail addressed, met every one of my daughter and son in law's wishes. The wait staff are attentive, professional and ready to tend to you and your guests every needs. Even my guests commented on how wonderful the staff is.... I highly recommend Warwick Country Club. Inside and out the venue and staff will make your event one you and your guests will not soon forget.

How do you even begin to write a review for a place that made your wedding dreams a reality? My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Greg during the planning process of our wedding. From the first day that we began working with Greg we felt at ease and knew that we were in good hands. Greg’s organization and attention to detail are impressive! I am an overly organized bride who tried to plan every little detail of our décor and Greg made our dream come to life and gave advice and feedback along the way. My fiancé and I have the pleasure of spending time at the Warwick Country Club outside of our wedding planning and we had heard the most amazing things about Marco- he lived up to every single one of our expectations. Marco was with us every step of the way. We had requested some fruit out of the blue right before the wedding and within 2 minutes he was back upstairs with a beautiful fruit display! Mason was also a big reason that our day ran so smoothly! Mason, Greg, and Marco worked hard with all of our vendors and made sure that everything went according to plan- we wouldn’t change a thing! This review wouldn’t be complete without reviewing the chef our food was amazing and cooked perfectly!! We are forever grateful for the beautiful and unforgettable wedding that the Warwick Country Club was a part of!

We had our reception at Warwick Country Club and got so many compliments from our guests. It was a venue that many people had not been to before and they were very impressed by the large deck and beautiful views. One thing we were worried about is that they do not provide tastings for the food prior to the wedding. We were happy to report that we were not disappointed. The food and service were great, especially the clam cakes and chowder! We also took our formal pictures at Warwick Country Club and they came out great, it's a beautiful backdrop.

Warwick Country Club was an excellent choice for us! The staff was very accommodating. They worked with us with anything that we needed. They provided us with great ceremony / reception site and tasty food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I don't even know where to begin! I want to relive my wedding day over and over! I got married a week ago and am still convinced that Aimee and Lauren are superheroes in disguise. Everything was perfect. From the first time we into Warwick Country Club to when we went to pick up all of our wedding stuff the day after - it was like a dream!. The ocean views are unparalleled. The floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the ocean. You can even see the Newport and Jamestown bridges! A wedding in Newport costs 5x as much and the views are equal at best to what Warwick Country Club offers. Not only is the venue breathtaking, the coordinators were unbelievable. Aimee handled everything without a hitch - honestly it was even better than what I imagined. On the day of the wedding, Lauren was on top of everything. She made sure everything went smoothly and that my husband and I were happy and relaxed. Aimee and Lauren knew what I needed and wanted without having to ask me. I truly believe that I couldn't have had the wedding of my dreams if it hadn't been for these 2 ladies - they worked seamlessly together! The food was fabulous (they made sure I got to eat), the servers and staff were SO attentive, and my guests told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I'm still hearing from people about what a great time they had. The decorations were placed perfectly, and despite having 3 rehearsals and 3 weddings in one weekend, they made me feel like my wedding was the only one in the world! They were so flexible, from allowing us to design our own rehearsal dinner menu, to letting us bring smores for the firepit and setting up cornhole on the lawn - it truly was OUR day. I only wish someone I know would get married here so I could go back as a guest! 5 stars is not nearly enough for how blown away I am by this venue and the people behind making my wedding day the best day of my life!

This place is beautiful. Ocean views around the entire venue space. Greg seems very accommodating friendly and down to earth.

My fiance and I were very impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of Greg Donovan. He responds promptly to emails and is very accommodating. We cannot wait to have our wedding here!

My now husband and I just got married here on 9/9/17, and everything was absolutely amazing. All of our guests were extremely impressed by the gorgeous grounds, stunning views, and beautiful Bayview Room. The food was delicious, and we received several compliments on this as well.

I have to admit that things got off to a bit of a rocky start with this venue. About a year ago we experienced some challenges with communication; however, we were informed that the event sales manager was out at the time, which explained this to an extent. This is why I rated the responsiveness a bit lower than the rest of the categories. Thankfully once the event sales manager, Aimee, returned the communication greatly improved. Aimee was not only responsive, but also very accommodating. She worked diligently with me and my husband on every detail, especially the draft list as we are big craft beer fanatics. She not only got us an amazing draft list, but also managed to get cans of one of our favorite beers from a local brewery that she could not get on draft! This is just one example of the many times Aimee really pulled through for us.

The service the night of the wedding was absolutely phenomenal! Marco was the server for the wedding party, whom we were told we would want to take home with us. This was completely accurate, he was unbelievable. He was not only attentive to the bridal party, especially myself and the groom, but also a large portion of our 165 guests. I had many guests come up to me at the end of the night saying how wonderful the service was especially Marco! And Greg the banquet manager made sure everything went as smoothly as possible throughout the day, even when there was a small problem of forgetting our wedding bands.

When we were first researching venues for our wedding we were looking in Newport, but it was SO expensive. I am so glad we found this gem! The Warwick Country Club made our wedding day absolutely perfect!

The Warwick Country Club is such a beautiful venue. I originally wanted to get married in Newport but didn’t quite have the budget for the number of people we needed to fit. The WCC was on Narragansett Bay and absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing, the room held our ~140 perfectly, and they were incredibly responsive to my many questions/changes. We also had the ceremony outside by the bay which was perfect. I was very happy with the WCC.

This is a Great place for any event!

The best thing about the WCC is the view! My guests had a wonderful time enjoying the deck and wandering the grounds. The food was great, especially the surf and turf. While I was taking wedding pictures, they sent a waitress out with drinks and apps so I could enjoy the cocktail hour. The wedding coordinater was always available throughout the night checking in to make sure everything was ok. I was impressed that everything I dropped off the day before was set up perfectly. They were flexible with all of my changes. The prices are a little higher than most places but I think the view makes up for it.

excellent food and service - the night could not have gone better!

This place was amazing. I couldn't ask for anything more when it came to the view, setup,etc. and I would recommend it to friends. HOWEVER!!!! I would recommend that they get a new coordinator. If this woman was there when we first picked the place we would of gone somewhere else. She had no personality! And didn't listen, we asked for a quote on a sushi platter, it took more then a month with several reminders via emails. Four days before the wedding we got a price, not even 10minutes later I emailed her back saying no thank you. I then got a phone call saying I'm sorry it was already ordered and you have to pay for it. Needless to say, we did not pay for it, nor did we get the sushi platter. She just needs to find another job. Hire Lynn back! She was an asset to your place.

The Warwick Country Club is really a great place for a wedding! Communication early on was a bit spotty, and our points of contact at the club kept changing, presumably due to personnel changes. There was also a minor issue during our menu planning meeting, in which the coordinator had forgotten about our appointment and was double booked. But that aside, the club was actually very accommodating of requests and responsive to emails and phone calls. They also hosted a tasting event the November before our May wedding, which was a nice surprise.

And the actual wedding day was wonderful. The view is just spectacular, and we had great weather, so everyone could enjoy the deck and see the beautiful sunset. The food was great, and it is so nice being the only wedding on the property. So many of our guests had never been there before and all anyone could talk about was the great location. It is a great summertime RI wedding location - a bit off the beaten path but just as beautiful as the more popular Newport locations. We are really happy with our selection.
