Choosing Water Bear Photography was an assertive decision. Kimber was highly recommended and so I hired her services.
About her character and personality traits:
Since the day we met I was able to appreciate her caring and sweet personality. She is patient, kind, and made me feel at ease all the time. She is a great listener and offered her recommendations, creative ideas, and guidelines which were all were very helpful. She is truthworthy and truly a delight to interact with.
Her professionalism before, during, and after the wedding is admirable. She is responsible accommodating, punctual, flexible, customer oriented, and very diligent.
About her work:
Without a doubt Kimber is a true artist. I have never seen a photographer as talented and original as her.
Kimber is knowledgable and an expert. No wonder how her work has made her so famous. Her ingenuity is remarkable! Her prices are reasonable, actually inexpensive for the quality of work she delivers!
She took so many pictures before and after the wedding and I can hardly decide which ones to include in my wedding album or choose for my portraits and canvas since they are all phenomenal!
I am so pleased and satisfied. She exceeded my expectations! On a personal note, I want to add that as an older bride, I was quite surprised to see all the pictures she took of me. I look ten years younger at least. I feel like a queen and so happy she depicted my best physical traits so graciously. She captured every moment with so much detail that you can appreciate the emotions and our love story! She is blessed with magic eyes, silky hands, and imagination.

Kimber and her team are amazing! Planning a wedding can be stressful to say the least, but Kimber made it so easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! I never felt overwhelmed and our pictures are beautiful! -

Absolutely Incredible!
When my now husband and I were looking for a wedding photographer, we were looking for someone who was going to take good pictures and who would not break the bank. While Kimber is slightly on the expensive side, she is absolutely, totally, and completely MORE THAN WORTH IT. She genuinely cares about her clients. She cares about what you look like in them, if you are going to love them, and if you are truly represented in the picture. Kimber has not taken a picture that I have not absolutely loved. She has been the photographer for my engagement photos, a boudoir session, family portraits, and my wedding. Kimber was professional, punctual, and involved in other areas of our wedding planning. She has become a great friend of mine and I know that I have found my photographer for life!! -

Kimber is a compassionate professional with a camera in her hand and the eye needed to turn any spot into an unbelievable picture. Her work is amazing. We were blown away by how our engagement shoot turned out, so we were very excited about seeing her again on our wedding day. Kimber and Will arrived and made the entire process reassuring and comfortable. They provided all the direction needed to get the right shots, and handled all the impromptu requests we threw at them. We were given periodic glimpses throughout the day of the shots they were taking, and even just the raw footage was incredible.
Kimber is extremely dedicated not only to her craft, but to those she photographs. Equally as impressive as their shots is the transformation they receive in editing. Part of our engagement shoot was in a comic book shop, and the finished pictures made the lighting look incredible - as if they were shot in a studio and not the unevenly lit hall of a crowded room. The setting turned out even better than we expected. Fast forward to the send off at our wedding, we had the guests wave glow sticks as we exited. We told Kimber in our previous meeting about our plan and she took the time before our wedding to prepare for this exit by practicing with glow sticks around their dog. They have already transformed the shots of those dark steps into an neon-illuminated fantasy-come-true!
Kimber and Will make an incredible duo that we highly recommend.

Waterbear Photography shot the pictures for our wedding and it could not have turned out better. Not only were the pictures incredible but Kimber and Kate were absolutely amazing. They traveled to Hilton Head island, SC to capture the best day ever! They were very kind and able to get every shot we wanted and more. They kept our crazy families under control and captured everything that we wanted in our wedding photographs. Their ideas for shots were great and they turned out better than we could have ever hoped for. Even before getting our pictures back I knew we made the right choice. Waterbear Photography is able to really appreciate how important the day is and it truly comes out in the end results.
