    Brenda and Henry at Koetsier Ranch are amazing!! Everything ran so smooth and all the guests were in awe of how beautiful everything was!!! The food is amazing!!!

    Koetsier Ranch has been my dream location for my wedding since I was a little girl dreaming of the big day. Not only did my dreams come true because of Koetsier Ranch, but they made it more than I could ever have imagined. Henry and Brenda are such a great couple, and they are amazing to work with. If you want a dream wedding, book Koetsier Ranch.

    We just celebrated ours daughters here this weekend and couldn't have wished for a better experience. The Koetsier's are amazing to work with and they were even willing to alter their recipes to accommodate our daughters gluten free diet. The food was amazing, the service was top rated and the venue was beautiful. Thank you for helping to make this an amazing event!

    They are a little hard to get a hold of or to schedule an appointment. It is so worth the money though! The day of my wedding was perfect and it was decorated even more amazing than I had dreamed of! Brenda has the best visions and took my centerpieces and elevated them so perfectly!

    Not only have am I getting married there but I've also worked for the company and I know you get your money's worth because I've gotten to see Brenda and Hery lead their crew in creating the event of a lifetime over and over again. I can't wait to get married there .

    Everything at my venue was awesome loved the people I worked with the people that helped us put the wedding on was a beautiful experience that we won't ever forget thank you Brenda and her husband for everything!

    Very receptive to ideas and had some great suggestions of their own. They are very experienced and know what they are doing. Everything was set up wonderfully! I would recommend Koetsier to future brides/grooms. You don't have to worry about rentals, they provide the basics (tables, chairs, table cloths, silverware) all in white, however if you would like color, they can get colored linens for an additional cost. Overall, it was a very good experience.

    First and foremost I would like to begin by saying I had read previous reviews and tried to give Brenda & Henry a fair chance. Prior to the event everything was going well. However come day of they were the least cooperative in achieving a pleasant day for the bride. Issues are as follows: 1) leading up to the event we suggested a layout the bride wanted and they only wanted to do the layout they were familiar with. 2) They were bad a returning calls. 3) Their plan B rain layout completely took up a third of the venue and when the chairs were removed it left a large empty useless space. EYE SORE, we could have had the layout we suggest and had the ceremony on the dance floor space in front of head table but they would not consider it. 3) REFUSED to allow us to set chargers down ourselves to avoid an additional $2 fee per charger ROBBERY!! 4) Though rain passed through at least 2 hrs before ceremony started and ground had dried up sufficiently they would not allow coordinating staff to transfer chairs to original ceremony area which is what the bride wanted and paid for they were just not having it. 5) Brenda would PURPOSELY place items ON TOP OF escort cards multiple times ruining the coordinators work. 6) Both Brenda and Henry were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! Can't stress this enough. Would not allow coordinating staff to eat or drink and got upset they wanted to feed photogs so that they could eat at the same time as guests so that they could get to their job in time for speeches. Just in general the worst venue and staff we have worked with. They completely disregarded what the bride wanted. The food was mediocre at best. Didn't allow photographers to eat so that they could get back to work on time for speeches. They ran out of time and had to leave their plates to get cold. Thanks for that Henry! They took away ladder as we were trying to put up draping for bride and then again when we tried to remove brides draping material. Both Brenda and Henry were visibly point
