Watkins Multimedia is beyond amazing. They were an absolute dream to work with from beginning to end!!! Everyone we worked with was so kind, happy, and supportive. They made us feel so at ease for the "posing" and photo/videography sessions and the outcome was beautifully captured, natural photos and we love every single one of them. HIGHLY recommend to opt for the video as well. We are in such awe of ours and have shared it with all our family (who did not attend as we had a "just us" weddingmoon vacation)and they loved being able to see our special day captured so artistically, cinematically, professionally, and so beautifully and they have raved about it. It is such a special gift to have and to be able to relive our special day is priceless. If you are getting married in Antigua there is no other way to go than Watkins Multimedia hands down! -

We used Watkins Multimedia for our engagement shoot and also for our wedding photography and videography. On both occasions, things didn't go according to plan in respect to time. The team were very understanding, courteous, friendly and professional and worked along with us to get the job. We were always able to reach out to someone when we had queries or concerns.
I recommend them 100%. -

Michelle and John Paris Wedding
On very short notice, Watkins Multimedia was able to photograph and video our wedding at Cocobay, Antigua. They were such nice people and made us feel so relaxed during our photo shoot. Having now shared our pictures and video on social media, we're recieving rave reviews. Watkins didn't just take pictures or video, they captured our love story in 4K!!! Michelle and I highly recommend Watkins Multimedia for their customer service and technical expertise.

I am not one to leave a review but my horrible experience with Watkins Multimedia has forced me to want to help other clients.
We booked Watkins multimedia for our wedding, and paid good money to have them shoot our special day. The photographer was late and we were unable to take our "first look" photos. Instead, myself and my bridal party were hurried through the " getting dress" photos. I was disappointed.
We were hurried every step of the way, no time was taken to allow good shots. They started to wrap up at the reception, we were surprised, but we wanted more photos and footage so we agreed to their ridiculous price of $500 usd per hour.
At the end, we felt the product was subpar, the video was not good quality and a majority of the shots were unusable.
Outside of being so upset about not having our special day captured in an exceptional way, they charged us for the full day even though they were late, they argued that they weren’t (even with proof) and had horrible customer service when we brought this to their attention. All in all, don’t use Watkins Multimedia!!

Dear Michelle & Junniel Paige,
While it is quite unfortunate that you have decided to launch this malicious attack in an attempt to compromise the credibility of our business, after much thought, we have decided to bring some clarity for our future clients wishing to work with us.
From the very onset of our communication with you (days before your wedding), you have verbally attacked our staff to the extent that you have had to apologize for your rude behavior. You even admitted that it was a result of you being stressed about your event, and had nothing to do with our company.
Thankfully, our team members are professionals and were not at all phased by your crudeness. Despite all of this, we were still determined to provide you with the highest level of service as we do with all of our clients.
We have sat with you both and attempted to bring some clarity to your many misconceptions about what actually transpired on your wedding day, but it would appear that you have decided to reject all explanations offered.
Once again, we were not late on your wedding day. Our entire team actually arrived earlier than the time that was agreed upon (which was 2:30pm) but your dress designer instructed us to wait outside while he assisted you in getting dressed, and assured us that he would let us know when we could enter the room to photograph you. So as not to waste any time, we opted to capture the groom first while we waited for the green light from your designer.
Please note that we have time-stamped photographs to prove this. The very first photograph that was taken at your wedding was captured at 2:29pm, and the final photograph was captured at 9:15pm. This is a total of almost 7 hours; the 5 hours initially booked and 1 hr 45 mins of overtime. In fact, the live streaming services that we offered to you complimentary, ended at 9:30pm. So how would it be possible for us to be 2 hours late for your event?
Please understand that we are a media company, and there is metadata available for everything that we capture.
We informed you during our last encounter that we possessed evidence of our start and end times, but you still persist to falsely claim that we were late. We would be more than happy to show them to you if you so desire.
Secondly, we did not rush you on your wedding day. Due to the fact that your wedding ceremony started later than it was scheduled to (at no fault of ours), we were losing light very quickly and that is the reason why you were not able to have a longer portrait session. We did the very best that we could with the time that we had.
Please note that you booked our services for 5 hours only. We operate on a running clock, so regardless of where you are in your order of events, it is our custom to courteously inform the couple that their time has ended, and ask if they would like for us to continue capturing the event. We followed this same procedure at your wedding.
We used the same, state of the art equipment at your wedding that we use at every event that we capture. We have never had a couple question the quality of our films before. We take great pride in what we do, and we would never offer any of our clients a product that does not align with the standard that we have upheld over the years. Your wedding film was captured and delivered to you in High Definition which is stated in our contract.
We would especially like to dispute your claim that you have had a horrible customer service experience with us. While you sat in our office screaming at us at the top of your lungs, we maintained our composure throughout your assaults and tried our utmost to clear up your misconceptions in a civil and professional manner.
In all of our years of operating and working with hundreds of couples from all around the world, we have never worked with a couple who has disrespected and degraded us in the ways that you have.
We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service to all of our clients. This is very evident in the other excellent reviews that we have received on this platform and several others.
It has become clear to us that your dissatisfaction stems from your displeasure in having to pay for overtime and personal issues that you have with members of our team instead of the actual services that were provided for your event. Your attitude throughout this entire experience has been very unpleasant and we sincerely hope that anyone reading this will be able to reason through the blatant lies that you have presented.
Once again, we stand by our products and the services that we offer and we will continue to maintain this Premium Standard in everything that we do.
