    Fusion Trolley Was Gorgeous!

    We booked the Fusion trolley for our wedding, and we could not be happier we did. The trolley was absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. The interior was elegant and comfortable and far superior to any of the other trolleys we looked at online. They were extremely accommodating throughout the entire booking process. In addition, our photographers told us that our driver - Nicholas Sawyer - was the best trolley driver they’ve had. He knew the best routes to take, knew exactly where we were wanting get to, and even personally helped the bride and guests up and down the stairs. Highly recommend!

    Our driver Andrew arrived early, made sure the temperature was comfortable inside, and provided great service! We had an SUV Limousine to hold our 16 person bridal party for our wedding. We fit comfortably along with flowers and props from the wedding. The vehicle came with water bottles and champagne with glasses as advertised. No compliants here!

    We used the trolley for our wedding and it was an awesome twist on the traditional party bus. We had a positive experience and the staff/drivers were patient and awesome to work with!!

    We got married this past november and they were on time and delivered what we wanted. There were a few changes leading up to the big day and they made all the right accommodations. Excellent company to go with.

    Fazh was the best! He helped me with my requests and booking was as easy as 123, literally. There was zero hassle and confusion. Everything went as smoothly as expected. The only problem was the driver mistakenly said we only had the bus for 4 hours, but the 5th hour was free. Everything was all sorted out by the time I spoke with him, I don’t know how or when that was sorted out, but I’m glad it worked out in the end. Other than that, no complaints, I would recommend booking them.

    We definitely recommend Way To Go Limo. They were so helpful, nice, professional, and the limo was SO clean. Todd, our driver, was so nice and a lot of fun. Fej, the owner, was also great. He met us where they keep the fleet so we could see inside the vehicles and decide which one we wanted.

    Amazing transportation company. The party bus was clean and very well maintained. The driver was super courteous, on time, even a few minutes early, and an excellent driver. Reservations representatives were courteous and very professional. I would recommend Way to Go Limousine to everyone.

    Things I've really liked about Way To Go was they are very easy to work with. I didn't feel pressurized at any point from beginning to the end and I think it was the best party bus rental I have ever had in a long time. I came across this company while driving down on Dundee Road in Palatine. Amazing fleet. They also have a real nice Pink Hummer. I think I am going to do the Pink Hummer rental for my daughter. She will be real amazed.
    Great customer service people. The driver Todd showed up about 20 minutes before the pick up time he kept himself real professional and relaxed. Driving skills were excellent. We rented 40 passengers party bus or what they call it a limo bus, it was just amazing.

    Way To Go did an OUTSTANDING job on our September wedding. We were looking for a large, white party bus to fit our very large wedding party. Their bus was top of the line; clean look, smooth ride, quiet, and had all the bells and whistles. We also needed a second SUV limo to transport family members, and W2G upgraded us for free.

    We researched SEVERAL party bus/limo vendors and all seemed to have a high number of negative reviews. W2G had virtually zero, and after hiring them, its obvious why. After exchanging emails, which were responded to almost immediately, we visited W2G's Palatine office. We took a look at the vehicles and discussed pricing. Based on that positive experience, we hired W2G that same day.

    W2G provided first class service. I would and do recommend them to friends looking for a limo vendor. And one example of how W2G goes above and beyond, my grandmother realized she left her purse in the limo about an hour after the service ended. The driver drove all the way back to our venue to return the purse. Thank you, W2G.

    We hired Way to Go Limousine for our October 10th wedding, and we were very impressed! They were on-time, professional, and the limo was very clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation on their wedding day!

    Faz was great! I love these guys. They were super professional and understanding. It was my daughter's 8th birthday so I wanted to surprise her with a limo and faz was excellent. Our driver was very courteous and pleasant. Very nice person. Thank you guys for making my daughter's birthday very special. See you next year, she's already said she wants another limo for het next party.

    My wedding is in October but I wanted to write a review now about the great service I've had just in planning the transportation. Faz is extremely helpful and accommodating. I booked the stretch Hummer and it is the best price I have seen after much research. After booking, I promptly received an email confirming my reservation. This has been the easiest part of planning the wedding and has gotten me even more excited for the big day!! I will be sure to review again after my wedding but I know it's going to be another five stars if it is anything like the great customer service I've already experienced.

    Their service was awesome!! Definitely would recommend them to others. They were on time, the pricing was great (even included a fully stocked bar for the wedding party), great communication beforehand.

    When I called in I spoke to a gentleman named Faz, he was very helpful and flexible when arranging transportation for my bridal party and myself. We had an excellent time and the driver was funny and just made it an even better experience. I have used this company before for several other occasions. My sons prom, a birthday party for my daughter and a quinceañera. I have never received anything but exceptional service, great prices and outstanding drivers with great attitudes. For my daughters birthday they even came with balloons and took the 8 teenage girls to the hotel where we had a swim party. They never seemed annoyed that the girls were loud and goofing around.
    I would definetly use them again and recommend them. Thank you Way To Go Limousine for providing outstanding services my friends and family.

    Being the maid of honour I took the responsibility to hire a limo for my best friend I am so pleased to say that I am very proud of my decision to select Way To Go Limousine, Inc. for my best friend's wedding transportation.

    SIMPLY EXCELLENT. Amazing Hummer H2 Limousine.

    I had cheaper rates from other companies but I had decided to go with them because the guy sounded very confident and genuine which has made me think that they would provide what they have promised and I am very please to say that they went out of their way and had done a great job.

    Stunning Hummer Limousine, Well dressed chauffeur, neat decoration and red carpet service. They actually put 4 bottles of nice champagne which has made our night ;). Every thing went according to the plan.

    They showed up nicely and left with grace. I will recommend it to all of my friends. I will definitely going to use them for rest of our up coming events.

    Had a bad experience in the past renting a limousine. Now that I am getting married I cannot take any chances. So, I spoke with few friends of mine if they could refer a limo service to me. My best friend just recently rented an SUV stretch limo from Way To Go Limousine for her bachelorette party and she has recommended me to use them. Great choice Michelle.
    Start till the end they had showed nothing but professionalism. Very organized, great website, excellent rates and amazing Hummer Stretch Limousine.
    What I really liked about them was their commitment to deliver what they had promised to offer at the time of reservation. They did above and beyond. On time arrival, Red carpet set up, very classy decoration of limo, well dressed chauffeur with a bright smile throughout the time. I felt everything was so genuine. Everything was delivered as promised. As a matter of fact couple of my friends booked them for new year night and birthday party.
    Take advantage for their referral program and also the first time caller discounts. I think this is the only company that offers a 10% OFF for being a AAA member. Faz, had put together several discounts that we were not even aware of we ended up using those discounts towards upgrading our Expedition limo to a HUMMER Stretch Limousine.
    They are really flexible and willing to work with you. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    I'll start with the negative: our driver didn't know how to get from our photo site to the reception hall and we had to direct him. It wasn't a huge deal because we knew how to get there but that was kind of odd.

    Everything else was great.

    He was on time everywhere. We had 4 total stops and they were right on time.

    Beautiful tuxedo limo (white with black top). clean, good entertainment inside including aux for phones and ipods.

    Just married sign, red carpet from church to car.

    driver was very professional and nice. Smiled all the time and it didn't feel forced.

    I got two limo rides from the hotel to the venue, one for the girls and one for the guys, and a trolley on the way home for everyone. One nice thing was they had room for larger parties. Another thing was their prices seemed to be a lot less than other limo vendors I reached out. Granted, still think it can still be a little pricey but it was better than most places. One of the weird things was one limo driver called me the night before and was asking if I can be ready any earlier than 7:30am (which is already early) when I had booked this in advance. That was just kind of a weird thing to ask. I did not get any emails like others regarding the business going out though.

    I purchased a living social deal for Way to Go Limousine for 4 hours of limo service and am so glad I did! Our driver, Tom, was 10 minutes early and was very professional. He was very flexible and offered to help us with whatever we needed. I called them to confirm everything the morning of the wedding and everything went smoothly. Even though we had a 14 person limo and I had 14 people in the bridal party, it was a tight squeeze. It also took a while for the air conditioner to cool the limo down, but once we started moving it cooled down quite a bit. Overall, it was a fantastic deal and I was so glad I splurged on the limo for the wedding!

    Great experience!

    I used Way To Go Limousine for my wedding on May 26th. I got the bliss trolley & it was excellent! They were on time, the trolley was clean, & it had wrap-around seats which I loved. The only issue was that the driver did have a hard time with the directions & we almost ended up at the wrong church! Other than that it was a great experience.

    We booked a sprinter limo and a stretch limo for the day. The drivers were both on time and courteous. The limos were clean and comfortable. The sprinter limo had Bluetooth and we were able to play music from our phones easily. Coordination was easy and hassle-free, even when we had to make changes the week of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this company.

    My 4th experience with WTG .My Special day (Birthday) made even more special. Very Professional, Great value ,Easy booking,Everything Clean inside & outside the limo, cooperative & Operative drivers.

    WTG Limo provided 3 limo's for our wedding on 6/1/14. One to bring the girls to the ceremony, one to bring the entire bridal party from the ceremony to the reception, and one to bring bride & groom from the reception to the hotel. I will start with the complaint. It was a hot day and the air conditioning in the stretch SUV (2 of the 3 rides) did not work well. MAYBE 2 of the vents actually blew air, the rest had nothing coming out. When you have a group of people in tuxedo's and girls with makeup on a hot day, this is NOT a good combo. We were less than pleased with that, and as summer is now upon us we would advise making sure these items work. Aside from that, the drivers were on time, polite, and accommodating. We had champaign in our limo after the ceremony with enough glasses for everyone. Coordinating our schedule with them was easy and they were very responsive to our emails and phone calls. We even met with them months prior to see the quality of their limo's. We got what we felt was more than fair pricing. When the overall final service/product delivered doesn't meet your expectations, that is a major blow to all of the positives that came beforehand. I would recommend them, but I would suggest you be diligent in making sure everything works.
