Wayne and his team were an absolute pleasure. We initially met Wayne at our engagement shoot. He immediately made my now husband and me feel at ease. We were so pleased with our engagement photos, we were confident that our wedding day would go smoothly. Wayne worked closely with us and our other vendors to develop a detailed timeline to assist any "day of" events. In addition, Wayne collaborated with our vendors (videographer, DJ, caterers, etc.) to provide us with the best possible experience. We would choose Wayne Charles Photography again to provide lasting memories of our special day. We give him our highest recommendation.Wayne and his team were an absolute pleasure. Wayne and his team are extremely professional! From walking us through the timeline days in advance to nailing everything the day of the wedding. Even though it was below freezing outside and lots snow on the ground, they were able to capture so many pictures of my wife and I. At times he even got down on one knee in the snow to get the perfect shot. He worked with us to capture the photos that we wanted along with keeping us on schedule. Everything ran so smoothly and now we can't wait to see the finished product. We highly recommend Wayne and his team to capture your special moment on your special day. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Wayne! He and his assistant were professional as well as fun to work with. Before the wedding, he took the time to create a detailed timeline of the day and let me and my husband go over the plans and make any changes if necessary. None were needed, and throughout the day, Wayne was relaxed and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing OK and if we needed anything. I was so thankful for his calm demeanor and the way he kept the day flowing. During the ceremony and reception, they were so discreet! And the quality of pictures we received were absolutely stunning. Choosing Wayne Charles photography was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding.My husband and I are so happy that we chose Wayne! Wayne and his assistant were fantastic on my wedding day! They were very professional but fun and compassionate. They made sure to capture all of the shots we wanted and were very accommodating. We did not feel like we were rushed around to take pictures. Wayne and his assistant truly captured all the magically moments of the night! I would definitely recommend Wayne Charles photography to anyone who is having an event and wants incredible pictures!Wayne and his assistant were fantastic on my wedding day! Wayne is an amazing photographer! He and his team were beyond professional. Prior to the wedding day, Wayne sent a timeline which outlined the entire day and the times for the day. It was well organized and it showed he was doing the best job possible. On the day of the wedding he arrived on time to all locations. He then followed my bride and myself to Broad Street to take pictures. We then went to the reception and took more pictures. He interacted well with the parents, bridal party, and flower girls. My bride then passed out (due to heat, we think) and Wayne was calm, compassionate and helpful. He encouraged us to take a break from pictures...Wayne is an amazing photographer! Wayne was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. The first time we met with Wayne we instantly clicked with him and knew he would be the perfect person to shoot our wedding day. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding Wayne was incredibly responsive and answered all of my many many questions about the flow of the day. On the day of, Wayne and his assistant were amazing to work with. They laughed and joked around with us and kept us at ease the whole day. They also did a phenomenal job keeping our almost 2 year old ring bearer smiling too! I was very nervous about time but Wayne kept assuring me we would...Wayne was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. Even before the big day, Wayne was a pleasure to work with—he promptly answered emails and ALL of my questions, was very professional and informative, and helped me create a great photo timeline for the big day. On the wedding day, Wayne and his assistant were on time (even though we were not!) and assured me that we would have PLENTY of time for pictures, which we did. He was put my bridal party at ease and joked around with everyone, which made us much more relaxed in pictures. It was over 90 degrees outside when we were taking pictures. Wayne and his assistant made sure that we...We absolutely loved having Wayne as our photographer for our wedding! He didn't hesitate when it came to walking in mud or sitting in a puddle if it meant getting a good picture. On the day of our wedding, he was even better! He had great ideas for pictures of his own but also made time to take the kinds of pictures that we wanted. During the reception, he made sure to go through the whole list of family pictures that we wanted him to take. He even stayed past the contracted time to come outside the Crystal Tea Room with us to take pictures of City Hall in Philadelphia at night time.

The pictures he was able to capture are incredible, he had great ideas and thought of ways to capture our day that were meaningful to us. For instance my husband is a huge golfer, so we went out on golf carts to get pictures! Planning a wedding and making sure you have vendors who are willing to work with you is super important. When we met him for the first time we knew he was hired to capture this special day! On a day that is so crazy Wayne was so calming, helpful, prompt...My husband and I were so fortunate to work with Wayne for our engagement pictures and wedding photography. During our wedding day, Wayne and his assistant, were awesome! I was very worried about getting to the cocktail hour and still getting great pictures and Wayne made this happen. Wayne is also full of wedding advice and he has a way of just making you relax. At the reception, I totally forgot about Wayne! He was running around getting great shots, while we enjoyed the moments.

Wayne was great from the start of contact. He was in constant contact and made us feeling great on our wedding day. From the moment that Wayne and his assistant arrived at my venue I felt confident he was capturing every moment. I loved that I could just go about my day knowing that everything that I wanted to be on camera..was already on camera. He was 10 steps ahead of my thinking and really made us all feel comfortable. I loved how he would help us all out and guided us on what to do to get the perfect shots during our photo shoot after the ceremony. Wayne is very professional and polite. He is easy to talk to and was very patient. Every time I email him he is quick to respond. He really made our wedding day special! Wayne is friendly and it was fun having him there on our special day. Our photos are beautiful and we love the design of our album. The canvas photo was an added bonus. We love them! Wayne is the consummate professional in every sense - very fast response via email, even when we sent numerous emails/questions/requests. Wayne was early to our location and scouted it to find wonderful photo opportunities. Wayne had an assistant with him, his wife, and she was also a joy to work with.

Our churches sanctuary was freezing, and Wayne was aware of the cold and worked very quickly and the shots were stunning. His equipment is top notch and he arrived with backups in case of anything - which were not needed in the end. Our wedding photography was unique in that we were actually married on September 27th, but due to a family emergency that day we forgot to get quite a few shots - we even forgot to get the shot of just the bride and groom at the altar.
What began with just needing that one pose and it turned into a full fledged photo shoot. Wayne's quote included up to 2 hours, but my husband was not as excited as I was to spend 2 hours taking pictures. My husband said "30 minutes tops" before the shoot, but enjoyed working with Wayne and his wife so much that we were able to get almost an hour of posing out of him.
I cannot stress enough how enjoyable the experience was. Wayne was very thorough, yet quick to move on when he knew he got the perfect photo. If you want gorgeous wedding photography, I whole-heartedly recommend Wayne Charles Photography. You will not regret it. -

We were extremely happy with all facets of Wayne's services. We first met him about the photography and when he showed us what he could do with the invitations, we decided to use him for those too. He took the time to understand what our vision was and was able to capture it easily.
He was very flexible and professional with the wedding photography and the results showed that he had a keen eye on composition and detail. The photos were great. We couldn't be more pleased.We were extremely happy with all facets of Wayne's services. Wayne is an extremely flexible and patient photographer! We chose Wayne to do our Engagement Pictures and he told us it was our choice where we wanted them taken. We picked Old City Philadelphia. Wayne planned ahead to see if there were festivals or events happening in certain areas (which we could avoid) and checked to see if he need permits, in order for our session to run smoothly. We took pictures at Elfreth's Alley, on the Ben Franklin Bridge, and in Franklin Square Park. They all came out so wonderful and we were able to create a signing book for our wedding! Wayne is a fantastic choice when it comes to photography! His work is pure gold!Wayne is an extremely flexible and patient photographer! The most valuable and priceless items from your wedding day are the photographs of the event as husband and wife with family and friends. Wayne makes sure to capture those special moments in a way in which the emotions shine through and you can reminisce about the day and all of the love for years to come.
His creativity is priceless. On our wedding day, Wayne pushed us out of our comfort zone to try various settings for pictures which was ok with us because we trusted him. Good thing we did - those pictures wound up being our favorites!!!

It took my husband and I over ONE YEAR AND A HALF YEARS to get our PARENT ALBUMS. they were upgraded because of the delay. OUR WEDDING ALBUM came over a week later, and was EXACTLY THE SAME. We HAVE YET to receive our actual physical, in-hand photo prints.
