  Amazing DJ services!

  Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Mason played all the type of music we wanted. It felt like a club setting (which we requested) and the guests complimented him ALL night. We were told by almost everyone that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and Mason had a lot to do with that. We feel lucky to have been able to book him.

  Best DJ in Costa Rica!

  We hired Mason for our wedding in Santa Teresa and he did not disappoint! He was incredible! Highly recommend his services to anyone hosting an event or getting married in Costa Rica.
  
  Mason knew the exact energy we were looking for, and brought our vision to life. He kept the energy up and was open to any and all requests! Our dance floor would not have been the same without him. You cannot go wrong booking WDJCR!

  Best Wedding DJ EVER!

  We couldn't have been more thrilled by our experience working with Mason. He was attentive and detail-oriented, finding the perfect balance between requested music and worthy surprises, riding the wave of energy from our wedding in real time. Best of all, he was fun and kind and meshed with everyone so well. We can't recommend him enough!

  Best DJ in Costa Rica!

  We had an intimate wedding in Tamarindo and were very specific about the type of music we wanted to be played and NOT played (our do-not-play playlist was over 7 hours long). Mason was responsive, understood the exact vibe we were going for, and exceeded our expectations on the wedding day. Our guests (including a guest who's a DJ in NYC) raved about how great the music selection and flow of the night. Everyone had a blast because Mason catered to our music taste as a couple and the vibe of our guests. Music is incredibly important at a wedding, so if you want someone reliable, who has spectacular music taste, and who will provide your guests with a killer time, hire Mason!

  More than we could have hoped for in a wedding DJ!!!

  Mason is the best! He made our wedding feel like a music show. Ourselves and our guests seriously did not leave the dance floor all night. Leading up to the wedding Mason was super responsive and helpful. He’s very flexible and accommodated us changing our wedding date and even staying late the night of the wedding. He’s super talented, charismatic, and brought amazing vibes to our wedding ceremony and party. I would 10/10 recommend hiring him for your wedding, you can rest assured knowing your party will be a blast and run seamlessly if Mason is running the show.

  Mason is amazing. You just found your dj!

  We're a couple based in NYC. Our friends like to have a good time. The party / vibe of the wedding was hugely important to us -- music being critical.

  The day after the wedding, a random couple approached us and told us they'd overheard such good things about the music at our wedding that they wanted an intro.
  
  Mason was awesome. He took direction but also didn't need anything to specific. He DJ'd two nights of events for us. Both were spot on.
  
  If we were ever in the same city and he was DJing we would make an effort to go see him.
  
  We could not be happier with our decision and couldn't recommend Mason more.

  Wow Mason is the absolute best DJ!!!

  Mason brought down the house (tent) at our wedding! He was so great at incorporating all of our suggestions into a cohesive vibe throughout the night. I’ve had numerous guests tell me he was the best wedding DJ they’ve experienced at all the weddings they’ve attended. He completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mason!!!

  Two thumbs up for Mason

  Mason was the DJ at our destination wedding earlier this month in Costa Rica. He was super easy to work with throughout the planning process, responsive, & crushed it on the wedding day. He incorporated all the music we sent him prior and kept the crowd engaged in the way he transitioned through songs. We had the grooviest time! Definitely recommend if you are in need of a DJ!

  Best DJ Ever!!

  Mason was better than we had hoped for in a wedding DJ. He was very attentive, had great communication and easy to work with. I could tell he truly wanted to make our day special. He played all the right songs, the ones I chose and did an excellent job filling in the gaps with songs that made everyone shake their tail feathers! He certainly has a passion for his job, which we absolutely appreciated!

  Best Night Ever

  Mason was easy to work with and great with communication. He made the process very easy. He nailed the vine we were looking for all night, so much so we asked him to stay another 2 hours, which was well worth it.

  We hired Mason, pre-pandemic, for our destination wedding. Mason was very accommodating when we had to reschedule and very responsive. He did the sound for both our ceremony and reception. Mason is great and kept the dance floor lively all night!! Strict on the no-playlist and has literally every single song... even when one of my guest requested Bollywood. All my guests had a blast and 10/10 recommend!!

  Mason was really great to work with. He was super flexible with our timeline and very responsive. He hopped on calls on numerous occasions to answer our questions. We also wanted a larger sound system and lights, and he coordinated the whole booking for us. We loved his style of mixing and transitioning songs. Everyone made comments that he was the best wedding dj they had ever been too. Thanks again mason for everything!!

  Mason was an exception DJ to work with. We got married in Nosara, Costa Rica in January 2022. We were coming in from New York and Mason came highly recommended to us. From the first call through the wedding day you could tell her cared about the details and wanted to get the music right for what we liked and the vibe we wanted for our wedding night.   He Turned a Reception into a PARTY!!!

  Mason was the best possible DJ we could have asked for to perform at our wedding! He was referred to us by our wedding planner and when we first started talking to him we knew he was our guy. My fiance and I were very critical with hiring our vendors and wanted to hire people we had a great instant rapport with when talking on the phone. Mason made time to have multiple FaceTime calls with us to discuss his package of services, the style and direction we wanted our wedding to go and his execution of creating an awesome dance party. Mason made the whole process very easy and all we really had to do was give him a playlist of songs we liked and he did all the rest...from organizing, mixing and editing (where needed) to provide the perfect musical arrangements during our wedding ceremony, cocktail party, dinner and reception. The reception is where Mason really wow'd us...every single one of our guests was telling us afterwards that it was the best music and most fun wedding they'd ever been too. We might be biased but we feel the same way. The reception was more than just first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, it turned into a full on bash with us and our guests dancing into the wee hours of the morning, jumping in the pool, doing shots, dancing some more and having the absolute best time! We can't say enough good things about Mason, but if you want to take your wedding celebration to the ultimate level of fun, he's the guy to hire.

  Mason's mix made my mom twerk

  Mason made our reception the party we wanted it to be. I didn't even want to book a DJ. I was so confident that my Spotify playlist on shuffle would be enough for our small reception but I was beyond mistaken. Without Mason, the night would not have been half as fun as it became. He seamlessly mixed every song my wife and I wanted (no matter how starkly different) and made Drake fade into Abba as naturally as you could imagine. The best reviews for Mason came in the form of the two straight hours of dancing from our small wedding party and the audible exhaustion when he wrapped up. If you book anyone other than Mason, you will be remiss in your decision.

  Perfect music for our wedding

  DJ Mason killed it with the playlist for our wedding reception. The vibe was perfect and several of our wedding guests gave us compliments on the soundtrack. We're so happy with how everything turned out. I wouldn't hesitate to book him for another event!

  Mason gets it. We provided him a playlist to play at our wedding or to give him an idea of our style. Admittedly, it may have been a fairly typical playlist these days- 80s brit pop and 90s and oughts indie and hip hop with a smattering of poppy punk.
  
  However, he built a beautiful playlist, including artists and songs we didn't include (but have seen several times live) that kept the flow going throughout the night. He knew when to play what, how long to play those songs, and really helped make our event incredible. Also gracious to our guests, immediately being willing to discuss or play some song outside what he had planned. I could not be more in awe of his talent and professionalism.

  The BEST music at any wedding EVER

  Mason was, hands down, the BEST wedding DJ of any wedding I've been to! From the cocktail hour, to dinner, to dancing, every song fit the mood, and us as a couple, perfectly. We provided a few examples of music we like, and he COMPLETELY understood our taste! He must have a sixth sense, because he was playing bands that we LOVE but never told him we liked. Our guests all said how amazing the music was, and even the photographer and wedding planner were dancing along because the soundtrack was so awesome! I highly, highly recommend Mason! He's the BEST!

We provided a few examples of music we like, and he COMPLETELY understood our taste! He must have a sixth sense, because he was playing bands that we LOVE but never told him we liked. Our guests all said how amazing the music was, and even the photographer and wedding planner were dancing along because the soundtrack was so awesome! I highly, highly recommend Mason! He's the BEST!

  Highly recommend!

  We hired Mason as our DJ for our wedding at Dreams Las Mareas and he was fantastic! We really, really lucked out with all of our vendors and I know reviews are so helpful when choosing, and I would say we HIGHLY recommend him! He was so easy to work with and so friendly beforehand. He worked our provided timeline really well. I felt so bad because the power went out a few times but it was not his fault, it was the resort, and he scrambled quickly to get music playing again each time it happened. He made sure to play a good amount of our must plays but we also had a lot of guests submitting requests, which he was so nice to accommodate as well! We also had a late change in venues due to the possibility of rain and he was so easy going and made it all come together. Thank you Mason, you're the best! Definitely hire him!

He was extremely professional - always responsive to email and willing to chat with us about what we wanted for our big day. The day of wedding, Mason kept the music bumping! We provided him a playlist but gave him freedom to feel the crowd and put in his own jams, and he did such a great job. When our wedding night was approaching its end but the guests were still dancing, Mason was flexible enough to go longer. Strongly recommend Mason to anyone looking for a DJ - top class!

  My husband and I got married at Pangas Beach Club in Tamarindo in December of 2019. We booked Mason as our DJ because of his professional website and responsiveness to our inquiries. Mason did not disappoint! We gave him a list of some preferred artists and song suggestions and he went above and beyond! From the dinner music, to the party on the dance floor, Mason kept the party going. All of our guests were on the dance floor, even our grandmothers. After the wedding, we received so many compliments on how great the DJ was and how much fun everyone had dancing! If you are thinking about booking Mason, just do it...you will not regret it!
