We had our two-tier wedding cake made here, and it was a hit - beautiful and delicious. We gave Denny a general idea of what we wanted as far as design and flavor (I requested a custom flavor), and he nailed it. Everyone raved about how gorgeous and tasty the cake was.

Denny and his staff made the wedding cake for our wedding. It was spot on and beautiful! It was also full of flavor. Our wedding day was on a very HOT Memorial Day, but the cake arrived on time and in perfect condition. The staff was friendly, and for a specialty cake as ours was, the price was within reason. I would visit again, and refer anyone interested.

This is actually a Jamaican eatery/bakery. It seems as though the owner is trying to expand the bakery portion. He is very nice and very flexible, and the cake was phenomenal. My guests said it was the best cake they'd ever tasted. I was so happy with the service and with the cake!

Can't say enough good things about Denny and the cake he made for our wedding. After lots of research and a couple lackluster cake tastings at other bakeries, we circled back to Weakness. It's across the street from our house and we eat there often. We never leave without a piece of cake. He's always got about 5 different types and they all taste delicious. I'd noticed he had photos up in the restaurant of several cakes that he'd decorated - all were very well done. When I did a little more research, I discovered he used to be a pastry chef for the Watergate. I was confident that he could make us a beautiful and (more importantly to us) delicious cake.

Boy did he deliver! We had a three-tier cake: yellow cake with lemon-raspberry frosting; chocolate cake with chocolate ganache; and sweet potato (soooooo goooood!) w/ cream cheese frosting. I sent him a photo of a simply frosted buttercream cake and he almost exactly recreated it - he even made us some pretty fondant flowers with gold tips as a creative flourish. The cake was so pretty and so yummy. And the price was exactly right. We could have paid double based on the going rates for wedding cakes around here, but I'm convinced that no one could've done a better job for us than Denny. Our wedding photographer AND caterer were even asking for his contact info - a high compliment when you consider how many cakes they regularly taste.

The best part - he's still right across the street, so whenever we want to relive happy memories from our wedding day, we can just walk over and grab a slice (plus, no need to store our top tier - we can just go buy a fresh one for our 1st anniversary).

We were so happy with Denny's work! Highly recommend!
