Ordered matching diamond wedding bands and the rings were very nice, however mine was unfortunately too tight. We called their support line and requested information regarding the exchange procedure. We followed their instructions exactly, measuring our fingers using the free ring sizer, filling out a return form, and returning the ring. The new ring came in about a week and it was a perfect size. Simple and speedy procedure and amazing rings and prices! -
