    The best of the best - truly made our day a dream come true.

    Belinda was absolutely amazing!! She went so above and beyond leading up to the wedding – she truly kept me sane throughout the whole process! She understood my vision right away and she came to every vendor meeting so we knew we could relax on our wedding day because she had everything handled. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and organized – it was a dream for a type A bride like myself. Belinda made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, made sure everything was getting set up correctly, and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. It’s very rare when you get a meet someone who is truly gifted at what they are intended to do life but also have the most kind heart and truly and genuinely care.

    We could not be more grateful for Belinda – she truly helped to make our wedding day perfect! We cannot recommend Wedding Bel enough!

    Belinda is who you need!!

    Belinda was an amazing coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for anyone else to coordinate the day. She made the day a dream exactly how we wanted it to be. She was detail oriented, took care of decor set up, easy to communicate with, and had an amazing attitude through it all. I can’t recommend her enough for all that she did. There is no one out there like her! Book Belinda for your special day and she will be sure that it goes on without a hitch and that you are able to enjoy the day!

    Belinda is amazing!

    Belinda is amazing! She is so organized, easy to work with and reliable. She offers great advice and suggestions for decor and other vendors. If I had to do it all over again (I hope I never do hah) I would pick her again!! I will be highly recommending her to all friends and family and hope you pick her as well! Ps she is also just fun and enjoyable to work with :)

    Highly Recommend!

    Belinda was recommended to us by our friends who used her services at their wedding a few months prior. Belinda was amazing since the moment we first spoke with her over the phone. She is very attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. She recommend various vendors for us which were amazing. Communication was easy with her, she met or spoke with us whenever we had doubts. Our wedding day was so easy and we were able to have so much fun! All thanks to Belinda! She also saved our wedding day by tracking down our cake vendor who was almost a no-show! She is also bilingual (spanish) which was a tremendous help with our Mexican family. Our guests really appreciated how kind and helpful Belinda was. Thank you Belinda!

    Best wedding coordinator you could ask for

    Belinda was amazing, profesional and
    personable! She makes you feel like you’re lifelong friends, even though you just met her. I don’t know how I would’ve made it through my wedding without her! She took care of everything and made sure it was everything I wanted and if anything went wrong I or my guests did not notice. She makes you feel relaxed and really just lets you enjoy the day. Plus I love the bride selfie she takes with all her bride ❤️

    Best Day of Coordinator!

    I cannot recommend Belinda enough!! She is the sweetest and even after our wedding, checks in on us. Helped us (mostly me the bride) to have a stress free wedding! She understood what we wanted and helped made it happen and if there were any questions on either end, we could just ask each other. Her team was awesome as well and I can’t thank them enough!! Again I cannot recommend Belinda enough to any future brides, you won’t regret it!!

    Belinda’s AMAZING!

    Belinda was truly amazing! She made my husband and I very comfortable from the start! She treated us like family! She’s very professional and nice and is very detailed. I loved that she provided us a timeline. My family also enjoyed her company at the wedding and treated them like family! I would highly recommend Belinda as a wedding coordinator ❤️

    Dedicated, Charismatic and Professional! Highly Recommend!

    Belinda went beyond my expectations. She is amazing! The whole day went smoothly, on time, beautifully and best of all stress free for both my now husband and myself. She was there for me throughout the whole wedding process, start to finish. All the set up was done by her and it looked so beautiful, and exactly what we wanted! She did far more me than she signed up for to ensure the day went perfectly. Belinda was so fantastic to work with every minute was enjoyable even through the hard decisions and planning.
    And she is bilingual!!

    I love belinda!

    Belinda was everything I could have asked for and more! From the moment we met it truly felt like we were friends just getting together to plan the wedding. On the day of she was my absolute go to gal and she rocked every bit of it! She managed every bit of crazy and chaos and to this day if something went wrong I have no clue about it because Belinda made sure that I didn’t worry about anything! I cannot recommend her more! You get the best more organized coordinator and truly a friend

    You NEED Wedding Bel!

    I cannot even begin to explain how crucial having Belinda for our wedding was. From day 1 she was responsive, organized, friendly and really made the whole planning experience so much easier for me. She pointed out small details that I overlooked and kept me on task with the planning. On the day of, my wedding turned out perfect. It was exactly as I envisioned it and she made it come to life. I am so grateful to have had Belinda by my side and would recommend her to anyone getting married!

    Absolutely Amazing

    I can not express how smooth my wedding ran with Belinda by my side. She was so sweet took care of all the stress from decor, vendors, guests, timeline and always making sure me and my husband were doing ok throughout the night and even packed up most of our stuff for us. I would highly recommend her and her team for any occasion. very professional ❤️

    Belinda is the BEST!!!

    I still get compliments on how beautiful my wedding day was and it's been over a year. None of it would have been possible without Belinda! She is so good at just knowing how to get everything exactly where and how it needs to be and is an excellent leader. She absolutely shines on the day of the wedding and knows how to take charge to get everything to be precisely how you want it. The only job I had on my wedding day was to simply show up and I wouldn't have had it any other way! :)

    Highly recommend!

    Belinda was my right hand gal the day of my wedding. She was extremely helpful, taking care of anything I needed. She is so sweet and easy to get along with. She feels like a lifelong friend almost instantly when you meet her. She has a special gift for connecting with people, especially brides. She is so dependable that it really helps with the stress brides may feel on their wedding day. I absolutely recommend her as a wedding coordinator. She is the best!

    Buyer beware

    Beyond heartbroken that I did not experience ANYTHING similar to what the other reviewers have mentioned. I hired Belinda over a year before my "big day" and was so excited as she was the first vendor I decided to go with to ensure the rest of the pieces fell into place as expected. We had a great initial phone call and then the rest just progressively escalated to the worst possible situation any bride could imagine.

    I should have listened to the first red flag where she promised to send the proposal over multiple times but failed to. After a few follow ups, I finally received it and put my deposit down. We scheduled a "first call" 15 months before the wedding, so essentially the conversation was "I have nothing really planned, but I'll let you know and we'll work together yada yada" and she sent over a couple food vendors that she knew of while we were still on the call. After that, I heard NOTHING from her. I emailed and texted over half a dozen times over the span of 3 months and she did not respond. Finally I gave one more "hey, I keep trying and you're not responding.... what am I to do here" type text and she finally responded with her excuses and then said she'd schedule time with me to catch up and get the ball rolling.

    Guess what? No call. She didn't contact me again EVER. I was DIY'ing my entire wedding in my in-law's backyard, so I was dealing with literally dozens of different vendors. Every other vendor I hired reached out to me during their normal timeframes to say "hey we're x weeks/months away, here's what I need to know to do my job // here's what we're missing // let us know what you prefer between these options // etc" -- at this point, I decided to be naive and assume she had her own schedule to work off of and would reach out when she is reach to start assisting, so I decided to stop worrying about getting in contact with her myself. I was beyond wrong.

    Belinda never contacted me. Not once (other than her automated system reminding me my payment is due). Finally, the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING, since she still did not contacted me, I reached out and asked for a refund since she did not fulfill her end of the contract. She responded BLAMING ME for not MICROMANAGING her!!

    She responded (snippet): "I have not received any communication or information from you regarding the details of your wedding in the last 10 months. As a result, I have been unable to coordinate or finalize any arrangements for the event. ... As a wedding coordinator, it is YOUR responsibility to keep me informed as to what you had booked, planned and done for your wedding"

    Again, I emailed and texted MULTIPLE TIMES with no response. She took the route of "if you don't micromanage me and hound me to do my job, I just won't take any steps on my end to proactively help" -- she never called me, never emailed me to schedule a meeting, nothing.

    She has an automated system to request for payment but doesn't even use that automated system to send an email to schedule time with her brides. If you don't call her every day, she'll take the petty approach and do nothing until the day passes.

    I was a fool and actually paid the rest of the invoice in good faith that she would eventually start doing her job and seeing how she could help. She offered to refund my deposit but not the full amount. It's been over 5 weeks and to no surprise, she has not refunded a single penny yet.

    If you just want to pay for a "pretend/extra friend" that you can randomly bounce ideas off of who may or may not respond (but probably won't respond, unless you text 10x), then go ahead and hire her. If you want someone to actually act as a coordinator that proactively does her job, please stay away.
