Megan is GREAT. As a wedding photographer, I work with a lot of different planners, and Megan is top-notch. She's caring, efficient, accommodating, empathetic, quick to problem solve, and an all-around lovely human being. -

Megan made our wedding day the best day of our lives. She knows exactly what she's doing and she has such a cool confidence while she's doing it. I was an anxious bride, but after every conversation with Megan I came out feeling really calm and reassured. She was supportive of everything we wanted to do (like throw a welcome party for all of our 125+ guests the night before) and helped us plan how to make it happen. She was instrumental in coordinating between our vendors. It was such a relief not having to be the point person on contracts and vendor questions and figuring out the timeline of the wedding. In all our vendor meetings to confirm details before the ceremony, I thought I'd have to take notes and lead the meeting, but Megan had it entirely handled; she knew all the questions to ask and things to mention—it was amazing. On the day of the ceremony, she had everything done perfectly. We got to be guests at our own wedding, rather than having to worry about running the show. I cannot recommend Megan enough as a wedding planner/coordinator, she's supportive and guiding and executed everything to perfection. -

I will cut to the chase: No need to go further. Hire Wedding Concierge for your wedding planning and coordinating needs.
If there was one piece of advice past brides gave, it was, "Get a wedding planner!" I was hesitant, as a control freak with a vision, but I knew I wanted to not have to worry about details the day of the wedding. From the moment we met Megan we were put at ease and excited about our choice. They offer a range of options for planning involvement and I would not hesitate to suggest any of the packages.
Megan is a genius at what she does. She is highly organized, knows the ins-and-outs of the industry, is an advocate for your needs and wants, is on top of communication, and is compassionate about the stress you might feel and supportive of your choices. Everyone in our wedding party was so impressed with how she corralled our excited bunch all while working behind the scenes to make sure everything was set, each step of the way. The wedding day would not have been what it was without Megan/Wedding Concierge team members. I am now one of those past brides telling you: Get a wedding planner AND have it be Wedding Concierge.Wedding Concierge's reply:

Words don’t really describe how wonderful Megan is! As we got closer to the wedding it became clear that having a wedding coordinator was something we truly needed to manage all the moving parts leading up to the day and the day of. After meeting Megan, there was no question. Megan is kind, caring, efficient, and organized, and overall fabulous! She jumped right in to the planning during the last 6 weeks as if she had planned the whole thing from the start. Her communication skills and weekly planning sessions are so helpful!
Megan completely took on all tasks big and small, kept me on track, and supported us both throughout the whole process! I mean she even came to my final dress fitting when my seamstress was nervous about my dress being hustled properly! Her itinerary for the rehearsal and day of was perfect; she listened to what we wanted and advocated for that with ease. Megan also helped me navigate some challenging situations and supported me with how to respond.
There is no way our wedding day would have been anywhere near as magical without Megan! If there was an issue, I certainly didn’t know about it; she took care of everything! From set up to break down, Megan made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She kept us on track and remembered every little detail she and I had discussed.

Megan planned and executed a flawless event to celebrate my milestone birthday. I first met Megan through a virtual holiday party that she planned and hosted for work colleagues during the pandemic. It was evident that she took great care in the party details and everyone had an absolute blast! Never having met us in person, she brought the team together and made the holidays feel festive and fun when we couldn’t be together for an in-person celebration. I knew from that time on that I wanted Megan to plan a wine tasting event for me to celebrate my milestone birthday and the event exceeded all expectations! She held a couple of meetings in advance of the party to ensure that no detail was left unaddressed. She asked comprehensive questions to ensure that the food provided met attendees dietary restrictions and preferences and she really focused on making sure that my wishes were incorporated into the decorations and beverage offerings. She did an excellent job choosing the wines for the event; everyone was very impressed and had a fabulous time! I smile when I think about our event; it really could not have gone any better.
