    Amazing work!

    Faiza and her team were ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! She did the wedding decor for my mehndi and wedding and a year prior to that for my brother's wedding. I couldnt imagine working with anyone else! She was very helpful and kind and worked with us to achieve the decorative look I wanted for each event. She has AMAZING ideas and resources. She went out of her way to add the little details I wanted (a COVID-friendly flower wall sans props and another beautiful backdrop with a yellow rickshaw and decorative umbrellas). I loved it all so much! It's safe to say we will be going through her for all our family events iA!

    The best wedding we could have ever imagined!

    Our search for a wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding started in February 2019. My daughter is a very meticulous person and more so when it came to her planning for her big day. We talked to quite a few wedding planners in the market, of whom Faiza was one. From the get go, Faiza had a very professional, honest and passionate approach to her work. To top it off, my daughter felt the most comfortable with Faiza, which instantly put my husband and myself at ease about having hired her for her wedding planning, coordination and décor services. And we are so thankful to have found her!! She is absolutely THE B-E-S-T!! Putting our experience down in words will not do justice to the outright amazing experience we have had with Faiza and her team throughout this entire process. This was the first wedding in our family so obviously we were on pins and needles about the whole event, but Faiza was so professional and organized that she calmly put everything into perspective and took charge for us. She started out with making personalized checklists, reached out to vendors for us, referred us to the best vendors as needed and in general told us to not worry about a number of things that she would take care of for us. From the time we met for the first time till the days of the event, Faiza was ALWAYS available to us via phone calls, texts or even last-minute meetings as needed. Not only was she on track with everything she had to do for our wedding, she would constantly also keep us on task by reminding us of things we needed to take care of on our end as well. She literally took care of every aspect of our wedding and made sure that it was absolutely perfect in every sense of the word, from the venue, catering, décor (to name a few aspects) down to the timing that everything would be taking place! She managed everything seamlessly which put us much at ease throughout the duration of the entire event. Not only is Faiza a lifesaver, she is an extremely pleasant, thoughtful and the most sincere soul you can ever meet. Her passionate expertise and genuine presence made all the difference in every step of our wedding planning and execution. For those of you reading this review since you are considering hiring Faiza and her team, do yourself a huge favor and go for it - we honestly cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you so much Faiza for everything!! Here’s wishing you the greatest success in life because you deserve it and more! Thanks to your entire team as well from the bottom of our hearts for making our daughter’s special day the best we could have ever imagined!

    Cant find better than Faiza!

    She is beyond professional and amazing. I had her as a coordinator and decorator and I can definitely say it was the best experience I had! She helped take care of many wedding bumps throughout my engagement and coordinated my wedding perfectly! Her vision is without a doubt beautiful. She helped lay out an elegant and luxurious wedding for me which I'm sure I would not have been able to achieve with the other decorators in Dallas! HIGHLY recommend Faiza and her team! Thanks for taking care of me throughout my Bridezilla moments!! 😜☺️

    Faiza is the best!

    Faiza made our décor looked amazing on both my mehndi and reception. It fit perfectly with our themes for both days. She was also very responsive and honest about what looks better with what. I appreciated how professional and easy to work with she was.

    dream maker

    She is a dream Maker ! my daughter dream wedding was too big for many many wedding decorates in the area but not for Faiza! she made her dream come true , she did what others couldn't do it she did our royal wedding as our guest described it, Faiza and her team are amazing , very organized when it comes to wedding coordination, very professional when they do their decor and very friendly when you deal with them they treated us as a family members I extremely recommend her for wedding coordination and wedding decor if you want some thing unique

    Our wedding reception would not have been as beautiful as it was had it not been for Faiza Rehman. She was willing to work with our budget and accommodate even last minute major changes to our initial stage setup plan, without breaking a sweat. All of our guests were AMAZED with her decorations! To top it all off was Faiza's attention to detail and compassion for meeting her client's vision despite budget limitations. For our reception decor, Faiza knew we were compromising on certain aspects of the decor to meet our budget. However on our wedding day, she surprised us and went out of her way to provide EVERYTHING we had dreamed of without raising our bill. Her unsolicited compassion to go the extra mile for us made our wedding reception a dream come true. We cannot thank Faiza Rehman enough and would highly recommend her services to anyone we meet :)

    I highly recommend Faiza, as a wedding decorator, planner, and coordinator she does amazing work. My husband and I just got married Dec 23, 2017 and Faiza did our decor, planning and wedding coordination everything was perfect I don’t think we could have done it without her. Faiza made sure everything happened on time during the wedding her and her team stayed at the wedding the whole time making sure everything was perfect. Michael did a amazing job being there for us as well they all worked together and made our day perfect!! Faiza made sure everything went our way from the beginning of the wedding till the end! She even brought us our cake after the wedding was over since we didn’t get to eat it during the wedding! I can’t stop thanking this wonderful women for what she did for us. I think every bride should trust Faiza and be 100% sure she will go beyond what you ask her to do to make things perfect for you! Issa and I can’t thank you enough Faiza!

    Decor with Faiza

    I have been to many wedding where Faiza and her team did the decor and I was amazed by the beauty of it all! I knew right there I would want faiza and her talented team to do our wedding and I couldn’t wait to start planning everything! They set up an appointment with me and i told them exactly what i was dreaming for in a certain budget and they could make it work! The planning all just began now but I can’t wait to see the amazing decor inside the beautiful ballroom and my dream wedding come to life. So very excited and looking forward to it all! With this reward it would just be even more amazing

    I had the best time working with Faiza and her team! They were able to work within my budget and provide all the glamour and extravagance I was looking for. She came highly recommended from friends who have used her for intimate parties to over the top weddings and were all pleased with the outcome. People are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was.

    irresponsible, incompetent, and worst of all impersonal

    They arrived late and then offered no contrition. And then damaged personal property, again offered no apology.... and it seems like paying upfront is not advisable if you want some decent customer service

    horrible and nightmare

    instead of coming herself she sent her assistant who was clueless.there was no coordination extremely disorganized.not proactive, forced us to book separate room for all of her crew.charged lot of money and her decorations were horrible. I will not recommend to anybody she is a disaster.

    Unprofessional and a Liar

    Horrible, terrible, unprofessional, LIAR, rude and the list goes on. Faiza bullied me the whole entire process and lied about what elements she'll bring on the wedding day and tacked on last minute charges a week before my wedding date! She also left out a TON of decor I paid for and didn't even bother to tell me what was going on. She also disappeared during my event and didn't even provide a bench for my groom and I to sit on! My advice, don't dare hire her - she's the worst and you're better off spending money with a true professional.

    We are sad to hear that your experience with us was not up to expectations. We welcome feedback of our service so we can learn, build and better deliver
    based on that. We always do our best to bring customer's ideas and dreams to life. Our process is never to bully a bride instead we strive to make happy memories and the couple's experience awesome. We hope we can explain some of the facts that may help to clear your frustration that has caused you calling names.

    We are extremely upfront about our pricing and it doesn't change once the contract is agreed and signed. No Surprises ever. Unless there is a change
    or addition by the customer. In your case, the only additional charge on the day of event was of $150 for the extra labor we arranged 4 hours before
    your event start time when you requested for help to setup all your tables and chairs as your rental company didn't complete their job. We did what we could
    to save your event, we contracted additional labor to get the event basics ready.

    Everything in your order was delivered per the contract. There was nothing missing. We are always able to help our clients with last minute requests before
    the event start provided there is reasonable time. Your wedding planner was on site for the day before you, if they would have requested us to arrange
    anything additional, we would have gone to all lengths to arrange it for you.

    To clarify, unlike other wedding vendors such as photographer, video and wedding event planner (who are contracted for their time to be on site for the duration of the event), the floral decor vendors come in and setup per the order contract in the allotted time before the event and after for strike. Floral Decor Vendors are not contracted to be on site at the venue for the duration of the event.
