We got married in Lucca, Italy in September 2023 and had the pleasure of Benedetta organising our wedding for us and if I had to summarise it in 3 words: it was magical.
Benedetta and Lu understood exactly what we were after, the “vibe” we wanted, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The expert guidance and suggestions were invaluable, and they struck the perfect balance between incorporating our ideas and offering their expertise when needed.
Our wedding celebration was 3 days long, so not only did they flawlessly execute the wedding day, but also expertly organised the pre-wedding and post-wedding events, providing us with a completely stress free experience.
Benedetta’s choice in vendors was impeccable, from catering to the string trio to the florist! The team dealt with the vendors directly which took a lot of weight off our shoulders, and there wasn’t a single hitch during the events.
Throughout the process the team maintained excellent communication, making us feel at ease and informed every step of the way! We chose the wedding planners and the venue without actually meeting or seeing them in person - and only needed one visit to Lucca for food tasting and seeing the venue in person - so if you’re worried about planning a wedding from abroad, you don’t need to be! I'm usually a stressy person when organising events and was worried about how I would be during the wedding e.g. stressing about the guests etc, but I was SO comfortable throughout the wedding because I knew I was in such good hands!
All of our guests mentioned it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had attended and we might be biased, but it certainly was for us. We can’t recommend the team highly enough - thank you so so much again for planning our dream Tuscan wedding :) -

Luccaorganizza/Wedding Planners in Tuscany made my dream wedding come true! From the moment I met Benedetta, I knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us. She was professional, communicative, and had wonderful ideas for our wedding. She worked very quickly as we had 8 months to prepare a microwedding abroad in Tuscany. We had the most breath taking ceremony & venue, I wish I could replay that day 100 times over. Benedetta and her amazing team fulfilled everything I requested, down to the best photographer in Tuscany, make up/hair artists, to the Bentley we rented for pictures, to the food and wine we drank, and a harpist to play at the ceremony site. Everything was truly seamless and perfect and all of my stress and nervousness from planning in the USA literally evaporated the evening before the wedding when I met the wedding team in person for the first time, I knew everything was going to be amazing. We had an all day affair with a ceremony in the morning, a lunch reception, and a dinner reception. The lunch and dinner receptions were absolutely gorgeous at Borgo Santo Pietro, the food there was incredible and we stayed three nights in their Borgo Santo Pietro Suite which was beautiful and breath taking. Benedetta and her team organized all of the paper work for us to legally get married in Italy. They made everything clear and concise and we were able to complete our document checklist in a straight forward manner. They arranged transportation for our families before and after the wedding as well. On top of providing the most memorable wedding experience, they also organized 3 days of events for our family and us after the wedding including activities and restaurants/food arrangements. We spent several days in Lucca at a beautiful villa recommended by Benedetta and we had so much fun! She recommended a private chef to cook for us at the villa two nights, a bicycle tour in the town of Lucca, and a fiat tour through the town of Lucca. The last night of our chef experience, she had personalized menus created for us with flowers and decorations with a wine tour of the villa. Our families told us several times that this was the best vacation they have ever had in their lives and we have to thank Benedetta and her team for that. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding planner for the Tuscany region, Benedetta and her team are the ones to make your day a fairy tale! My husband and I are beyond thankful for the Luccaorganizza team! We will never forget the amazing wedding they planned for our special day and they truly made it the most magical day of our lives. Thank you again, we will always be grateful for you all!

We cannot recommend Luccaorganizza and Benedetta more highly for anyone (especially other Americans/foreigners) looking to get married in Italy.
We reached out to Benedetta to plan our microwedding last summer, and in only a few short months she was able to help us achieve our dream. While Benedetta and her team did an amazing job with the entire wedding, they worked particularly hard to find us the perfect venue that fit our every need/request, making multiple site visits and thoroughly searching far and wide to make sure our vision was matched in the venue we chose. She was also very accommodating to our many specific requests- for example having deep colored (no white) flowers and having a particular food allergy catered towards, and requesting an atypical "broken arch" rather than a classic flower arch for the ceremony backdrop. She also as great taste and was able to choose many of the special touches around the ceremony and dinner site without us needing to make every choice ourselves which took a lot of pressure and weight off our shoulders. Her choice in vendors- from the private chef to the photographer and hairdresser- were all impeccable. She also gave suggestions for vendors we hadn't thought of including, such as a harpist and an opera singer that added a special touch that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves.
If you are an American, I'd also like to highlight that Benedetta helped us take care of all the legal paperwork which took a huge weight off our shoulders. She booked our appointments, contacted local offices, checked our paperwork before we even flew to Italy. This was a major concern of ours and it was accomplished flawlessly.
In addition to our wedding day, she also organized two additional days of events for our guests including a food tour around the town of Lucca and a truffle hunting tour and lunch. These events are some of the most memorable times from our wedding week and our guests still talk about how special and unique these experiences were.
If you are looking to plan your dream wedding in the Tuscan countryside, do not hesitate to choose Benedetta and Luccaorganizza. They will work very hard to make your day perfect. -

Lucca Wedding - 25th September 2021
Our first contact with Benedetta was in July 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and since then she was always positive and respectful with our choices and requests.
Even with all the trouble that the pandemic has brought for many, Benedetta and her team were able to give us an amazing wedding party, everything was perfect. At the beginning we were worried about the catering, if everything was going to be the way we wanted it to be, Benedetta gave extra attention to that and the aperitivo, dinner and all the food were amazing.
The whole event was wonderful, we would highly recommend Benedetta and her team, everything exceeded our expectations, our guests keeping saying till now that was like an Italian dream, everything went well.
We are already missing the day and all the preparation, Thank you Lucca Organizza for helping us with an amazing wedding.

Elena and Benedetta were quite simply an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the seemingly daunting and complex task of planning an overseas wedding simple, clear and fun (the way it should be!). Elena and Benedetta were flexible, super responsive and open to all of our ideas. They did a fantastic job of respecting our budget and provided so many insightful suggestions and alternatives.
